Hands down the absolute best! Tina Collins, who checks people out, is the sweetest person ever! Shes always so friendly & helpful! They need more people like Tina!! Jennifer & Emily are great! Theyve been wonderful with us! They listen & help any way they can. I couldnt imagine going anywhere else. Its hard to find good people.

Was going to this facility and theyre Chattanooga location for a little over a year after my previous Dr of 3yrs moved out of state. I truly believed they were helping me and Dr Peter Kroll even perform back surgery on me 7 months ago. Having said that, at my last visit getting the news of them being shut down along w/over 60 other facilities my records were to be forwarded to another Dr w/a referral. Now come to find out it was a lie and everything was destroyed. I am completely lost and I truly trusted these people, I was so comfortable and really liked the treatment I was getting from Tina Johnson shes great and I cant blame her, its the ones who are doing the fraudulent activity and in control of the business Im still in shock!!! This is how it goes through, just when you find great care its too good to be true....

Oh my my, let me tell you and the rest of the world. Ms. Tina, Tina Tina. She should not be allowed to empty bed pans, unless they have do do in them. I was in horrible pain. Bone on bone in my hip and was trying to get a hip replacement. The pain was 24/7/365. Tina baby acted like it was nothing. No pain for her. Write my scripts, send me out the door. Would not even talk about pain. Oh no a increase. My boss wont ok it so Im not putting in because she will get mad. Why didnt she just say Im here for a paycheck, I dont care if you are in pain sitting in a chair or lying on your bed, forget it. Sometimes she would be nice and talk with a smile the whole time I was dam near in tears. If you have scripts that are exactly what you want forever go see her. She sits there like a robot. No brains. If she had a job she had to show progress she would be screwed. Im using nice words but oh how I wish I could cut loose. That woman ..... I had to remove the rest of that sentence, it could get me in trouble. Hold your head up high when you get your paycheck. Maybe youll get struck by lightning.

Im very happy at CPS. The minute I walk in the door, Im greeted by Brenda, who is always happy.. The nursing staff is always friendly. First I saw Anita Bayles, and when she left, I started seeing Piper Hill. Both have been wonderful to me..Very kind and understanding. There have been times Ive come in their office in tears, and it has nothing to do with the pain Im in, and Im shown compassion. I can honestly say that is someone who truly cares about their patient. I highly recommend CPS.

The only reason I gave one star is so I can leave a review. Ignorant place!! Shut this place down..dont go here.trust me.my wife Roberta Myers is now working in excruciating pain.because her urine was a little off.really? Had to reschedule an appointment. What a joke.we are in our 50s no record of abusing anything..this place aint nothing but a joke!!!!!!

Ive always had a wonderful experience here. They treat you like family and try to help get you in and out. All the staff is very friendly and remember you at each visit.

I have now consulted an attorney. My insurance provider has been made aware, along with the head management of this clinic. I’m not going to stop until action is taken against these people. If you or your loved one is in pain, you should drive to the nearest dog kennel before going here as you’d be treated with more respect. DO NOT GO to this place. I’m not just someone who didn’t get my pain meds, I’m someone who was treated with more disrespect and cruelty that I ever have been by people claiming to be professionals. I don’t happen to think that’s right. I can handle being told no, it’s just the way they went about it. Not only that my pcp has stopped referring her other patients to them. These people are rude imbeciles. I will not stop making calls and slamming there reputation until appropriate action is taken

This place is a joke. They dont care about managing your pain. They want to get you in there so they can bill your insurance and get you stuck in a contract so you cant see anyone 3lse for months. They treat everyone that walks through the door like a junkie. Dont waste your time going there. It will only prolong you getting in with someone who cares and really wants to manage your pain. They dont even ask what is wrong with you or what you have been through. The staff other then Brenda are the rudest in any doctors office I have ever been to.

Dont waste yor time or money ..worst place. Need to be shut down took my money said we not gonna see you anymore because my pot levels went from 485 to 60 and dr was on maternity leave and i couldnt go to Chattanooga so the gave me a strike for it what a crappy place

This place is a joke!!! They hread ya in like cattle and the Dr has no clue what she is talking about this place needs to be shut down!! Took my copay and said sorry cant help you have a great day...

Nurse practitioner Jennifer, has no idea what shes doing. Accused me of using drugs that showed up in urine test. Had put me on Tylenol 3 with codeine and naturally it showed up with other drugs that have codeine. If they sent it out to a lab they would get true readings. Need to send her to training.

Only one star.wish i could put negative5 star.this place is a joke.went to first vist and when it came time for my next visit they said my doctor no longer works there.so i asked to see anouther doctor and they said they didnt have anouther one and i should just find anouther pian clinic.so now i got to get anouther referral and do without my medication.you would think that they would plan ahead for things like that.i read anouther review of some one hiring a lawyer.let me know how that works out.i may do the same.very incompetent place.needs to be closed.

The only reason theyre getting 2 stars is because Dr. Paul Pinson actually listens. They would be fine if they got rid of that nurse practitioner. Shes rude and has no business reading any imaging test that you have done. She doesnt have the training required to read those things. Shes kicking me out just cuz I had car trouble and missed appointments. That Cant be helped, not to mention that public transportation dont come out here. We are out in the middle of nowhere almost to Meigs Co line. I believe I wouldve gotten better care if I actually had seen the real doctor in person. The practitioner is aware that I have some knowledge on a professional level of health care and she treated me like I was stupid and didnt know nothing. If you go here, demand to be seen by the real doctor not the practitioner!

I loved my nurse practices Anita Bayless, she treated you with much respect and compassion. I live in Chattanooga so Anita suggested I try the office here, I ended up seeing nurse practioner named Laura something, see never looked you in the eye while speaking get with you and treated me a shout if I were a junkie. I misplaced my Rx, called and reported it was so disrespected. I called the Cleveland clinic to speak with Rhonda to tell her what happened and see if I could come back to see Anita, next thing I know I was dismissed stating that I called to get another Rx from the Cleveland office. There was no way to dispute or fill a grievance. I would not send my dog to then now. I hope Anita goes to another facility, I would follow her anywhere....

Nurse Practitioner is horrible! Had several surgeries n cancwe with nerve pain. NPA was rude hurt me n told me she though I was faking. Been on meds for this m?kkjj by v b v// b

One of the worst Doctors I have ever seen they done xrays sayed everything looked fine had to go to a anough Doctor after I dease agree with them kick me out the same day....guess what the doctor Im seeing now done a MRI found 1 through 7 on bone and 1 disc is bugging...my op is dont bother stop or calling fine anough Doctor or you just got money to burn

You are treated so responsible & I am great fully

I have had nothing but a wonderful experience with them nurses and staff and dr are professional and nice
