Terrible organization filled with ambulance chasers. Went after a senior citizen disabled Veteran with a case that their own Inspector said was fraudulent and that the claimant was crazy and the claim had no basis. Such hypocrisy!!! Anything for a buck...I guess. Preying on the uninformed and low income, just like a slave owner from the 1800s.

Not very helpful at all, I needed help for someone I know whos civil rights were clearly being violated but they just try to push you off telling you to contact other people. What is with some of these agencies in Ohio? Why do they conveniently push you off on others or tell you they cant help you?!

For reporters and donars they have staff to answer back but for people who actually need their services- their answering machine tells to write a letter (in an envelope - not even an email!).Seems like they exploited the images of the unfortunate immigrant kids on TV well enough to be able to have a real person on the line or at least an email account.Before donating to these kind of organizations try calling as someone that would actually need their service.
