Not at this time, see if it gets better, but a welcoming smile helps me at least to be more comfortable, and call backs would be nice not days later! However I love the video chat with my Dr Vicki frye its convenient and Vicki is very caring and she listens and always positive and calming with her words makes me feel better 😊

Staff is great, loved all the doctors. Only once have I waited, and there is only so much they can do when swamped. So polite and so patient.

Avoid Dr Lance if you want to be on time. By his own admission he runs at least 1-2 hours late daily. Others at this facility don’t have the same issue. Highly reccomend their pediatric doctors downstairs!

Save your trouble. They will make you wait forever after taking your co pay. Waited 1.5 hrs in the exam room, never saw a Dr. had an appointment set for weeks. Did not offer to return copay when I told them I was leaving.

Save yourself time and aggravation and do not go to Dr Susan Finch. Flaky Doctor. Shows up late and cancels last minute after they take your co-pay. I’m surprised how she stays employed.
