Someone always greet customers upon entering. Pharmacy was helpful as always. They usually have everything I need.

Love this place I get my medicine and my sons medicine here and shop a lil bit they are very respectful and polite I would recommend to anyone

I called this Rite Aid in advance to see if they had my perception in stock before I drove all the way from the east side to get it filled because none near me had what I needed in stock. One of the employees put me on hold to checked and see if they had it on hand... They came back to the phone and said “YES” We Have It”, but when I got there, they said that they didn’t have it. So if u call in advance, don’t trust that they will have what you need available. Walgreens across the street or discount drug mart may be of better service.

You gotta give them a star because is mandatory, the worst customer service I have ever seen at a farmacy , you have to wait for the longest at the window most time no one said Nada, no Ill be with you soon or anything. They got a bunch of kids working the farmacy like the are working at Krispy Kreme! looks like the Clark/Fulton neighborhood Have not expectation and how the business they made rich treat them so badly..

I have switched from another Rite Aid to this location do to moving in the area. The people are very nice but have had the inconvenience of my prescriptions not being auto filled like I have asked and at times being auto filled at the previous location. I have had this problem on a few occasions and called to get auto refilled off from old location and fixed at this location. Still the inconvenience happens. Think Im going to make a switch at this point.

I had to call several times about my script, that was transferred from Walgreens, they said they would txt me about... Never gotten a response, I needed my script delivered, and they said the delivery was gone for the day🤔. .it was 9:00 in the morning!....

This Rite aid closes early EVERYDAY! The closing time of 10pm is a lie this is now the 3rd time this week I tried to stop at this store on my way home.. it’s now 9:25pm and the store is closed the last employee just rushed to her car! Lazy workers!

Never have the medicine you need, they always ask you to come back at a certain time to get your prescription, and its never ready, sitting at the moment in the drive thru with no one in front or behind me, touching the buzzer, and no one comes to the window for over 8 minutes, not even a , Ill be with you in a moment, nothing........
