Hands down the BEST dental experience. Dr Hayat was very gentle and quick with my extraction. I would recommend Hyatt Dental to anyone .....especially anyone with dental anxiety.

My first time there and my last, very unprofessional time management is bad. I was seen for pain and cleaning. Dr.Hyatt was in the middle of cleaning my teeth when one of her coworkers came to her to tell someone whats to speak to her she got up from doing a procedure on me to talk to this this person and never came back.i went to hudac dental the next day an they said she never clean my teeth or replaced the filling she was supposed to do .they never called me to check on me to see why I left or if I was coming back.i recommended no one to go see them.

I went in for a consultation and as advertised implants was 1,000, I needed 4, and she knew I had no insurance she looked at me with disgust rolled her eyes and left the room! One of her children that she uses as helpers brought back a 12,000 estimate and she would not come back into the room to discuss the estimate or offer a payment option if there was even one but instead I waited 20 mins in the room to have a paper just about thrown to me with a huge over priced estimate! Not as professional as she appears to be on website very disappointed and it looked like there was also a couple other unhappy customers there as well! beware....

I was so pleased with my experience at Hayat Dental. The staff were very friendly and helpful and Dr. Hayat made me feel very at ease which was huge for me as I have had bad experiences elsewhere and going to the dentist has always caused me anxiety. Will definitely return when other care is needed.

Ive been a patient of Dr. Hayat for years and she and her staff take wonderful care of me. I dont have to wait forever at my appointments and theres never any pain. Ive recommended her to everyone I know that needs a Dentist.

So I went in with 3 broken teeth one having an abscess that ruptured and had a major infection the dentist was working on 3 patients all at once bouncing from room to room managed to pull 3 broken teeth in less than 2 min but also tore my gums in the process and still have pieces of tooth in my mouth also had a rusty dental tool that was used on me didnt notice till after the fact I. Still in pain 5 days later and antibiotics arent helping needless to say I wont be going back

This is the second time I’ve walked into this place for service and was turned down. I have great insurance and was will to take care of any bill but since I came in a “walk-in” days, I felt I was brushed off with no work done after waiting an hour with only one other customer in the building. First time I was told there was nothing wrong. But still felt pain. I was told differently at another place. That day I was sent on my way with nothing even attempted. The dentist even asked the assistant if he could at lease do a cleaning and he denied. Second time walking in on a “walk-in” day on New Years Eve, I was once again pushed away with no care. Idk what this company is pulling but it seems that if u don’t make an appointment you can’t be treated for some reason. Either you guys are short staffed, lazy, or just rushing but this is unacceptable. I will not be returning and I will not be recommending anyone here either.

I got about a dozen teeth pulled and the dentist broke a bone pulling out a front tooth it was and still is protruding forward. Complained immediately so it wouldnt take much to get it was told it would go down (lie) Ive complained on deaf ears. Told them that was a hurting spot with my dentures in. I was given a bad analogy of dentures are like a new pair of shoes gotta break them in. I wear a new pair of shoes around my house before I go out in them if they hurt I return them cant return dentures government wasted money paying for. I have had no teeth they cant grind them anymore theres nothing left to. So its very upsetting when I go to improve my smile with some teeth and I have some I cant even wear and I have to go years before I can get more. Not at all like a pair of shoes My fiance didnt fair any better he got a partial he couldnt wear white eating food got caught. He went rack several times also to complain and get them fixed. They capped a tooth and it broke off from the messed up partial. So more waste of taxpayers money.

If I could give zero stars I would 😡😡 This place is very unprofessional. I went to them in Oct. They took X-rays and was supposed to send over claim info for dental implants. They couldn’t get the info to send right so my claims kept getting denied🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️ Claim was finally approved in Dec. My teeth has gotten progressively worse and I spoke to a rep that said Dr Ali would be able to pull teeth instead of periodontist (who’s only there once a month). I took off work to have that teeth pulled and deep cleaning by Dr Ali but on day of appt I was rescheduled because Dr Ali wanted to wait for Periodontist (she was sure why periodontist wanted certain teeth pulled). Before leaving on that day they informed me that claim for back dental implants were never submitted and assured me that correct claim would ( once again) be submitted. Fast forward to today🥴 went in to appt and claim still not submitted. I have been waiting since Oct to get work done and it’s now Feb. This whole situation was very unprofessional and a waste of time. Don’t go here if you need Periodontal work because she’s only there once a month and if you’re in pain or need done quickly, it can’t be done. Staff is also horrible 😡🤦🏽‍♂️The girl at front forgot to submit correct claim and she assured me it would be submitted in Jan

Hayte is the best dentist to go . staff are very friendly. Establishment was very clean . Everyone had their masks on . and we felt safe due to covid .. The doctor was awesome with my niece she was scared to go for her filling . But shes not anymore see you in july ..

Are you open? I was scheduled to get work done but the lines have been sounding like they are off the hooks for weeks. At least call your patients to cancel their appointment and suggest a different place if it’s because of the covid 19 but my tooth you started working on is now broken and hurts more than before 👍🏼

This place is horrible. The waiting room smelled like cigarettes and so did half the staff.The doctors are also so incredibly rude. Do not go here. Do not go here. I can not say it enough. Listen to all of the other reviews. It was an absolutely horrible experience. I’m writing this as I’m sitting the the chair of another dentist not even 2 hours after leaving Hayat. Save yourself the time and the headache.

I’ve had bad teeth most of my life due to cancer and genetics. I had all of my teeth extracted and received a full set of top and bottom dentures. Now for the first time in over 10 years I can smile again and I’m slowly gaining my confidence back. I recommend Hayat dental to all of my friends and family. Two years ago I visited Cleveland office.Office manager (Dr Ali brother) was so rude and yell me and the doctor who work over there.I was so surprise how he can yell who older then him and work together.I was trying to ask question and show him to my teeth.After that they told me Dr Hayat Ali is not coming and another Dr put temporary fill in.Later I went their Mentor location Dr Hayat Ali fill in but Tree times same fill in fell-down.She told me I need Crown.I lost my trust and I went another dentist.He said I do not need any Crown.I have been using same filling without any problem.Remember that the degree on the wall is not a guarantee of honesty.I m glad I get second opinion.

Amazing dentist both her and her backup dentist. Im super sensitive about anyone touching my teeth but before my major accident I seen her and she was amazing and really worked around my schedule. She got me a next day appointment when I know she couldve pushed me off for a couple weeks like every other office told me that that was the best they can do but she moved some stuff around and got me in and took awesome care of me even after being in metro for almost a year. She was amazing and even my 3 year old son loved going to her. Im gonna try and go back soon, Im actually looking forward to it. Thank you so much for blessing us with your skills.

I’m shocked anyone post anything positive about this place... I went years ago and had the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. Rude doctor who seemed to barely know what she was doing.. did a root canal procedure and as I was gushing blood asked me why I was bleeding so much?Then left cement on the bottom of the new cap. My cousin went in today for a simple cavity fill and became infected (not surprised because when I went in I didnt even believe clean tools were being used) a small bubble formed on her gums, she had to go to doctor and get antibiotics. Later that night as she was lightly brushing teeth blood was gushing from her mouth.I went To a real dentist (not in the hood) after my procedure was done and the dentist actually went to dentist school with her and said in school she was a whiner and bought all his old tools off him. Personality sucks as much as her knowledge of dentistry.I would Love to report her. And am probably going to do so.

By far the best dental care I have ever been to. Was able to see me right away even without an appointment. Completely gentle while working in my mouth while explaining everything that she was doing. From weeks of awful tooth pain to moments of fixing my up with a root canal. Completely worth it and I would recommend it to anyone and everyone!

I went here to get two teeth pulled and two teeth fixed. In 5 days the filling came out. I have dry socket and my jaw bone is exposed. I went today the dentist fixed the filling without numbing it. He didn’t even look at my dry socket and when I asked him to he walked away. I wouldn’t go here. Big waste of time and a lot of pain.

Fair prices for treatment needed half the cost at most dental offices. If you are in pain you can be seen and treated right away. Cleveland office is brand new and very child friendly. Staff is caring and compassionate.

I cant say enough about how pleased I have been when visiting Dr. Alis practice. From my first contact her staff is always very pleasant and professional. Dr. Ali is always very thorough in her evaluation and makes sure I understand everything that is being done. The place was dirty it doesnt look like they clean between appointments there was hair on the floor and the light contraption attached to the chair was dusty. When I go into an office I expect to see professionalism not people wearing backless shoes with no socks showing off their crusty feet, hygienists with hair all over the back of their scrubs, assistants hanging out in the hallway and door ways talking. Dont bother making a plan the dentist is just gonna tell you what to do. Never again.

Great experience had to get two wisdom teeth removed, and was dreading to get them pulled. I was in and out in 30 min, and 29 of which were letting the novacane set in. She had both teeth out in 45 seconds with no issues. Ali is in there setting records i highly recommend them and plan to go again

If I can rate it lower than a 1 I would. Let me just start out by saying I gave this place a chance, since they accept my insurance. Bad move. Its in the hood. Theres nowhere to really park besides in the back of a creepy alley. Pretty sure the equipment there isnt sanitized or kept up to code with whatever needs to make it clean. Went in to get a filling redone that had popped out. Ended up getting yelled at by the dentist because I was scared and clutching the seat arm rests after she manhandled a 1.5 needle through my cheek. A bubble formed on my gums. Had to to go to a real actual doctor to get antibiotics. As of right now my mouth is pouring blood from brushing my teeth. She was very rough. Dont go here if you care about your health.

Horrible the dentist told me that my insurance would not reimburse her for work she didnt originally do. Well I called my insurance company and they stated the dentist does not know what shes talking about and she would have been reimbursed. All she had to say is she didnt feel comfortable going behind another dentist. Also the place is a hot ghetto mess and is disgustingly filthy.. I will be reporting her to my insurance as a provider refusal for services.

This is probably the worst dentist on the planet. I had a root canal done two months ago & I went to another dentist & they said it looked like it had been in there for 10 years 😡 They dont clean between appointment because I went in there & there was hair greese all over the head of the seat. I do not see how this place is even still in business. Its sickening. Your teeth are your health so if you love your teeth then I advise you to not go there.

I came from New York to watch the playoffs, and my tooth was killing me. A friend referred me to Hayat Dental Center in Cleveland. She took me right in without an appointment and fixed my tooth. My trip could have been ruined, but thanks to Dr. Ali she got rid of my pain and I was able to attend the game pain free.

Came all the way from Texas after seeing three doctors flew out here for the week. And I was impressed five implants and three different bone graphs sites . Flippers X-rays the doctors here everything is top shape, clean and very professional the implant doctor was fully capable and explained the whole process the whole time. Also tomake sure I was comfortable and doing ok. Dr Ali was on top of things watching and checking up on me every few minutes I been to many offices before but the service and support I received here all week blows everyone away. This is the standard for doctors. Thank you again and glad I came here very happy with my implants. The bone graphs and extractions we did.

DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS PLACE. I went once for a referral to get my wisdom teeth removed and I have never managed to have so many insults thrown at me in the course of 5 minutes. The guy I was saw rude - he didnt say more than 5 words to me and called me the wrong name. This place is horrible, all the way down to the waiting area, which looks like a prison cell. Do NOT got here. The sooner these guys get shut down, the better.

This place is a mess. They are very unprofessional in the sense that they talk about other staff in a negative way while the patient is sitting in the chair. They talk about their personal life as if the patient isnt sitting in the chair. I dont recommend this place to anyone unless you want to be part of a Jerry Springer episode. Not to mention how dirty this place is, it doesnt look like the clean or sanitize anything. She also has people put fake reviews in.
