Had an appointment for the first time yesterday. The wait was not too bad, waiting room was nice & clean. The receptionist was terrible though. Not welcoming or nice at all, and you could tell she did not want to be there. After my appointment, when I was waiting for an appointment card, she made a face when reading my paper work, and then acted like it was a huge inconvenience to give me the card. The dental technician was extremely friendly, did an awesome job with my x-rays, and dentist was friendly as well, easy to talk to, and I believe he will do a good job on the work I need done.

Im very happy with my experience here. I had my 14 remaining teeth extracted here (in preparation for dentures) The work was done 8/5/21 and they did everything they could to make me comfortable. The assistants were dolls! Very sweet and comforting. The dentist, Dr. Kassim, is the best! The ambiance of the facility is lovely, staff very well organized, and scheduling seems well run.Please DO NOT confuse this Angel Care to the one further out on Euclud Ave. Its an over crowded dump and the dentist was a mean, loud, and snippy person. I wont go back to that one. EVER.

I Made 6 appointments for1 day so I didnt have to go back & forth with my family. they had other patients but they seen us with no problem. My granddaughter was seen & they took good care of her making her feel so comfortable while everyone else was seen. They told her what was getting done let her feel the equipment so she wont be scared of the equipment. My 1 child has ADHD they waited till they were almost with everyone else and seen her to make sure she was comfortable and had no problems

I was blessed with the opportunity to complete my externship for dental assisting school at this dental office. The staff and Dentist were so helpful and understanding and made sure I got the hands on experience that I needed. I love that this office is fast paced and esthetically pleasing ...when you come into the office it is a very clean atmosphere and the front desk receptionist Sheri is very professional and helpful. The office manager is very professional as well and pleasant to talk to. The Dentist Dr. Hani is very kind and charismatic and very well knowledgeable of his craft. Dr.Hani was very patient with me and walked me through what to do when assisting him and he made sure that I was learning something every day. I was very impressed with the way they run the office. Ihave decided to change my dentist and I will be bringing my children as well as myself to Angel Dental Care on Euclid to have our dental work done. I feel that I and my children willbe in the best care at this office...I definitely recommend !

I was scheduled for a 1 hour appointment that did not include a cleaning as needed. I hate unprofessional establishments. I dont work there so Joe I know what days the hygienists works. In addition, they did not change their gloves from person to computer to touching the buttons for x-ray. What happened to the good old days when employees cared.

Words cannot express how excellent the service i received was at angel dental downtown Cleveland. Dr H and Dr Maritza were extremely professional and gentle. I had very minimal pain after having alot if work done. They made sure I was comfortable and made my smile come back to life. All of the other staff there were very polite as well. I will be a regular at this location.

I went today for wisdom teeth that a previous dentist said they can’t remove blah blah but I made an appointment for Friday. Called Tuesday to see if there was an opening sooner because I was in a lot of pain and they got me in that same day. When I walked in the people at front were very friendly and the place looked beautiful. I actually arrived at 2:30 and was seen at 2:45 even though my appointment was at 3. I was in so much pain they numbed my mouth immediately so I wouldn’t have to sit there in pain. The wisdom teeth were removed in 5 minutes and I was out the door. I will definitely come back I love this place

Always very helpful and friendly staff. First time I came was for an emergency root canal. I was supposed to go to Case Western Reserves dental school, which is supposed to be the best, but they cancelled and I missed the call. When I went to the appointment, of course I left disappointed. LOL My brother looked up the closest dental office to where we were and it was this Angel Dental location! Im glad I missed the call and was in the area to find this place, because I wouldnt have chosen this location if I had been at home, looking for a dentist around my house. They took care of me! I love the diversity of the staff and I really appreciate their kindness and courtesy, which we all know isnt guaranteed. At this point, Im not going anywhere else.

I’ve been having some pretty bad tooth pain as far as my wisdom teeth and angel dental has always taken good care of me. Unfortunately since the tooth is placed between a nerve, the doctor took one look at my X-rays and told me he didn’t feel comfortable taking the tooth out because of the possibility of paralysis on the left side of my face. I still love angel dental and will continue to keep them as my primary dentistry.

I had cavity fillings done by Dr. Hani and I cannot express enough how grateful I am to have him as a dentist. He was very kind and patient with me, made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. The staff are professional, the office is clean, and the dental assistants are very friendly as well.After I had my fillings done, one of the dental hygienists polished my teeth up for me and even asked if I needed to use the restroom in the middle of the procedure. She was very gentle and apologized whenever I felt any pain. These people really care for their patients and they care about good quality service. If I could give 10 stars, I would! Highly recommend, especially to anyone who is terrified of the dentist like me! Never going anywhere else.

Sorry y’all long review!!! First off The staff was very very nice and made me feel very comfortable 💜... So I went to Angel Dental seeking a second opinion from a previous dentist that advised me not to get my wisdom tooth pulled because of complications.. Well the dentist here proved that wrong!! After I was numbed up He told me “Dont worry I got you”! And Before I knew it he had pulled 3 of my decayed wisdom teeth!! I was looking like OMG your done!! I am terrified of Dentist and would prefer 100 shots in the buttocks every day of the week - over 1 tooth extraction. Well today, January 26, 2021 I had 2 wisdom tooth extracted. When I tell you I didn’t know when the 1st tooth was removed - I mean it.My experience with Dr. Hami was a dream come true for a scaredy-cat like me. Decided to try this dentist because they are the closest within walking distance. Dentist is good at handling minor issues like fillings, easy root canals and cleanings. However the dentist is not experienced with dealing with advanced dental issues. The dentist will not tell you this, and will not refer you to the correct specialist.

I highly recommend Angel Dental Care -Downtown Euclid location. I had wisdom teeth and three badly damaged teeth that needed to be extracted and I needed to get it done as soon as possible, because I’m heading off to college the end of August.It took awhile because first I had to get set up with Medicaid, but once I did I started looking around my area with no luck. It was either they didn’t take Medicaid or they couldn’t see me till October or November (Well, that wouldn’t work!)I decided I needed to look further out from my area. I stumbled upon Angel Dental Care’s website and was pleased to read that they take Medicaid and not just for does under 21. I saw mostly good reviews with all their locations and so I decided to give them a call. I was then directed to the Downtown Euclid location which I was told would be the best place to get them extracted. So I set up my appointment for consultation.The consultation was good. Dr. Hani has very good bed side manners for a dentist. After the consultation was over, to my surprise, they asked me if I wanted them to do a cleaning and fillings. The ones who did the cleaning and fillings were very kind and patient with me, even stopping to let me go to the restroom.I finally got pre authorization from my insurance for the extraction and went in this past Monday. Once again, the service was high quality and they all were kind and patient with me. When it came to the extraction, they didn’t put me to sleep or give me twilight, which had me a little concerned, but they were very generous with the numbing shots and told me to let them know if I felt anything that they would give another shot. Besides the pressure and a little bit of pain when stitching, I didn’t feel anything. Less than 2 hours since I walked in the door and I was good to go!They also gave me two pain killers, antibiotic, and mouthwash which has really been a help in keeping the pain away. So you don’t have to worry about being sent home with nothing.Now, I have an appointment in around two weeks to do fillings on the rest of my teeth!I highly recommend, especially to those who have Medicaid, since it’s getting harder to find ones that will take you. Because one shouldn’t sacrifice quality because of the insurance they have.And for those who think good reviews is a paid review, I am in no way being paid by them. 😊

Dr Hani is wonnnnderful!!!!!!!! He cares about your comfort - even during the injections - more than any other dentist I’ve been to and I am 53!!!!! His demeanor is kind and compassionate and he is totally professional without being cold in any way shape or form. He looks at you when he speaks to you and treats you like a complete human being. His staff both at the front desks and in the chairs are top quality professionals and also as kind and compassionate as the doctor is. I couldn’t believe that I was in the chair for only 20-25 minutes from the time Mo came and got me, through the injections, tooth pulled completely and back out to the front desk!!!! It was great!!!! I was in the medical field for 20 years and I can tell you this is a top notch office run by top notch people whose intention is to truly help you. Thank you again Dr Hani, Mo, and the rest of the staff!!!!!!!✌🏻♥️

Went in for a bi-annual cleaning, thinking my chipped tooth wouldnt be covered under my insurance. But, low and behold, the Dentist made it work. I couldnt be happier with the service, professionalism or the results.No, I wasnt paid for this review & yes, this dental office can make a real difference in your smile and overall confidence, as they have with mine. Maritza, the the specialist who repaired my chipped front tooth with a filling, did a near perfect job on the color matching and shape!I cant even tell my tooth was ever chipped! 😂 Ive never been more excited to come or go from a dentist! These individuals knows what role to play with patient and they also seem to know when a team member may need some extra hands to help get the job as quickly as possible. The appointment was for my teenage son. I was very pleased that they let us come in the same day, the receptionist, dentist, and his assistant was nice and very caring. The dentist got my sons mouth together after the exam and prescriptions. I am now going to schedule all my kids appointments there! Thank you again

I can honestly say this was the BEST VISIT TO THE DENTIST EVER!! The location was easy to find and they have a great entrance for my baby stroller. The office is very clean and well-kept, and the bathroom was clean. The front desk reception was great, they were very friendly and welcoming. The staff was even better, Sheri was exceptional!!! I have a 5 year old daughter who was being seen that day and she is terrified of the dentist office but Sheri made sure my daughter was comfortable, she talked to her the entire time and put her at ease. My daughter was even sad when it was all over and time to leave. I will absolutely recommend Angel Dental Care-Downtown to everyone I know!!

OMG! Theyre awesome seriously I had a past experience being hospitalized yes over a tooth pulling but guess what..its irrelevant thats how great they made me feel. They made me feel comfortable just treated me with the utmost care.. Giving Maritza a hard time she was patient she doesnt play about her filling. The transformation was awesome. Sheri was hands-down the best assistant by her side the comedian Erin kept a smile on my face. Not to mention the wonderful doc Shani. Sir keep being you you never know what difference you can make. If I could give zero stars, I would. I’ve heard of patients not showing up to an appointment, but for the dentist to not show up is a new one. I can’t even make this up. I scheduled my appointment last week to have my wisdom tooth extracted and they even texted me to confirm, only for me to show up, early in fact, and find the office completely deserted. Thank god I am not in immediate pain, or I’d be really screwed, huh? I will be taking my services to somewhere more professional and I recommend anyone else considering this place to do the same. How unprofessional, I can’t believe this.

Made appointment online for routine cleaning. Checked in, waited, got xrays, sat down and was repeatedly asked if I was experiencing any pain. Dentist comes in and asks same thing. Turns out they put me down as patient with pain. Dentist told me that the hygienist just left so I will have to come back another day for my cleaning; after I had already taken off work early and paid for a ride. I needed a cleaning so the dentist said he could do it, but it wont be as good as the hygienist. Never again. Was very rough and I waited 4 days to write this review, but i still have spots if my gums that are still sore and torn from him being rushed and scraping my gums a couple times. I left soaking wet because he was careless with the water pick and had water running down my face and neck. Got inpatient with the polishing brush to apply the paste so he TOOK IT WITH HIS FINGERS AND RUBBED IT ON MY TEETH. Careless about cleaning it up. Needless to say I wont be back. Dentist made me feel rushed for how impatient he was. Left feeling not clean and a lot of paste still on my teeth. The girl who flossed me did not even floss all of my teeth. Extremely disappointed with how unprofessional this service was. Do not go here.
