Excellent service I would highly recommend!!

I went to this dentist office because I was in severe pain from a toothache. When I got there, they xrayed my mouth and pulled two teeth from my mouth. I thought that fixed the problem, but I was still in pain and I had to go back for a second time. This time they took many x-rays again and couldnt find the problem. So he said it was a dry socket and filled it with a brown paste for treatment.THAT STILL DIDNT FIX THE PROBLEM. After two weeks of severe pain, I went to another dentist office. They examined my mouth and found that I was still having pain because this dentist office didnt successfully pull all of the tooth that was causing me pain out my mouth. The new dentist office had to surgically remove the rest of the tooth,which has given me no problem since.

Everybody was awesome from the dentist to his techs and page was awesome!!! And it only took him less then two mins to pull my tooth.

Well let me start by saying Doctor Leslie treats his staff like he does his patients. It’s always different staff there. I am starting my review today, but I’m gonna post every day till I get my story told!!! And I do have a story..... If you are considering using this clinic, please make sure you have an understanding of what you can expect. If you are getting teeth pulled and dentures in the same day, you may need to ask in advance if you experience any kind of pain or discomfort that you can expect to get pain med or antibiotics when needed!!!! Trust me you need to know this in advance!!!! Check back tomorrow for more of my story!!!!

My experience today was very good

Had a wonderful experience today with Paige, Kim, and Meagan. My wife, daughter and I all had general work done including cleanings and x-rays. Friendliest staff around, very knowledgeable, and I will be returning soon for all my dental needs.

My experience here was awesome. I was amazed as to how friendly and professional the young receptionist was on the phone. On my first and second encounter, I was greeted at the front door by a young man with a smile who was very nice. He took my temperature and afterwards everything else was great. This was my second time visiting Cleveland Dental Clinic and I would recommend them to my family and friends. Today Page and Kim was awesome and everything that was done to me was explained before hand. The dental hygienists was also great. Thank you all for such a wonderful

Great experience. Everyone was very professional and polite. Kudos to Kim, the dental assistant. She was exceptionally kind and explained a lot of things about my dental issues . I will return in the future .

This was one of the worst experiences at a dental facility. The only ppl who were professional were the dentist (who came in for 2mins and told me that he was going to prescribe me antibiotics and pain medication) and the lady at the front desk who signed me in. The person who conducted my visit (page) was inattentive while I tried telling her important info about my health that lead to my situation. Her words were(yeah that’s out of my scope of things) then there were other workers who came in the room joking and laughing around me. As Page handed me my prescription it was an antibiotic and I asked her about the pain meds the dentist told me he would prescribe and she continued to ask me to walk to the back with her and told me that the antibiotics was all I needed then begin to harass me about leaving a review for my visit and this clinic. The antibiotics prescribed were 500mg of amoxicillin to take EVERY four hours. The employee at the pharmacy and my mom(a nurse) were concerned because that is a high dosage while prescribed to take way too many times in one day. I’ve never had any problems with amoxicillin but trying to take it every four hours around the clock as prescribed made me sick. I called today (9/3/2020) to speak with the dentist and someone told me that the clinic is closed today. I asked to speak with management and she suggested page and I told her that I needed to speak with someone else. She suggested someone by the name of Sam I believe which she referenced as some man but then Shayann however that’s spelled came to the phone with a very accusatory tone and inexperienced verbiage stated that I should’ve told them that amoxicillin made me sick which makes no sense because IT HAS NEVER MADE ME SICK! What made me sick is the combination of the strength and the amount of times to take it. She then rushed off the phone and the other woman who originally answered stated that this is what the dentist always prescribes his patients. Regards if my wisdom tooth is infected or not that is way too many time to take amoxicillin 500mg EVERY FOUR HOURS! 20 pills with no pain medication like the dentist suggested. Even after I tried telling page how much pain I’d been in. I will NEVER go back to this clinic again and I have canceled my appointment for the extraction. What page was trying to do was overdose me with antibiotics with no pain meds so they could pull my tooth in less than a week. I will continue to take the amoxicillin but only twice a day. Also, it was NEVER instructed when I should stop taking the antibiotics. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Well here’s your review you were harassing me about Page!

My visit at this Dentist on Nov.20,2020 was Great❤,Love the Generosity of the dentist that waited on me her name is( Paige).I went in for a situation,ended up with even a better deal with her it was cheaper because I couldnt afford it.I will recommend this young lady and my experience here at Cleveland Dental here because they treat you like Family and that what I got out of (Paige) the dentist that waited on me.Thanks I know my mouth will be better now with my Smile😊.👍

The entire Staff was very Friendly and Extra Nice. I appreciate Ms. Paige fir All her concerns and help by providing me with Useful Information about my teeth.
