I personally drive 25 minutes just to come to this location of Angel Dental!! The employees are respectful, caring and do what they can to make sure Im taken care of and satisfied. The dentist is amazing and gentle.... My kids are grown now and they drive 35 minutes just to be seen at this location. The best group of people to get the job done and the compassion is so joyful. They are professional in every aspect and definitely have referred them to many others. I also wanna add they work fast at getting same day visits and or emergency tooth issues in same day. You couldnt find another group of staff & dentistry wit such caring, compassion, understanding and professionalism as you do at Angel Dental....💪💯🦷🙏

I highly recommend Dr. Feras Ghazal, he is a great dentist. Very communicative and takes great pride in his work. Ive been going to the dentist for forty years and personally I have to admit, Dr. Feras Ghazal has been the best by far! His dentistry is more of an art form and it shows through his hard work and great skills.

This was the first time I ever been here! and Oh let me tell you how very impressed I was !!! from the first step in the door it was clean well maintained the receptionist was friendly. But the really impressive part was the dentist that worked on my teeth they were friendly very professional but most of all made me feel comfortable. Now lets get to the work All I can say is they did a Phenomenal job I absolutely am in love with My teeth now. I cried because they made a HUGE difference!! I’ve been coming here for years with myEntire family. The dentists and their assistants are very professional and very friendly. Their ability to relate and to help in emergencies is phenomenal! The two main dentists are so professional and courteous. I give the dental staff five stars!However, when it comes to making appointments and anything dealing with insurance, I think some training is necessary! I find myself following up and calling my insurance company to get anything done before I come here.The waiting time is horrendous! Especially when I need to get the kids in for any appointments! I highly recommend them for emergencies and adult issues, but for pediatrics, I cannot consciously sayThey are on top of their game. I had to take my children to another dentist only to find Several issues that Could have been seen, noticed and taken care of by them in the amount of time I’ve been coming here.Unfortunately, not every place is perfect but they try their best and put in quite an effort to try to help people!

Terrible, avoid at all costs. Scheduled an appointment over the phone, verified that they accepted my insurance. Showed up on time, they now say they can’t verify my insurance on the weekend and I’d have to pay out of pocket. Why schedule me on a day you can’t verify my insurance??? Ended up waiting OVER AN HOUR to get into my appointment. Front desk was rude and completely unhelpful.

My experience was great. The Dr. Lady that did my deep cleaning did a great job on my teeth, and even though I was in a lot of pain because I have very sensitive teeth the Dr was very sweet, patient and helpful. She made the process so much relaxing.

I had three or four people help me with a cleaning and a cavity and all of them were super friendly, including the Doctor. I just went for a cleaning but they noticed a small cavity and the doctor said he was able to do it the same day. I highly recommend Angel Dental Care!

Called today 7/3/21 at the West 117th Office in Cleveland, OH. Receptionist told me that they don’t do walk-in appointment and next available date would be in 2 weeks. She did not even cared to find out what was the problem.

This is my third time coming here, and I would recommend it to everyone. They are quick and efficient and painless as it can be. Probably the best dentists I have been to.

DO NOT GO HERE! Please save yourself time and aggravation by not going here. I wasted from 10:15 until 3:30 sitting in this office and never got seen. The girl who works at the front desk has no clue what she is doing. I made an appointment to go here for just my top 2 wisdom teeth to be pulled because those were the only teeth covered by my insurance. I had to go else wear for the bottoms but thats besides the point. When I first arrived I was told that my insurance denied the request. I sat in the office for hours on the phone with my insurance company trying to get them to fax over the information that said i was actually approved for the top two teeth only to find out hours later the girl gave me the wrong fax number. the fax number i was giving my insurance was one digit wrong because the girl wrote it down for me instead of giving me the business card that was right in front of her face that had the fax number printed on it. After I finally gave my insurance the correct fax number, I was told by my insurance it would then take a while for the fax to go through due to them sending so many to the wrong number and those would have to cancel out before the correct one would go through. I sat there waiting for an hour longer only to be told that i cannot get them pulled there because they never even sent out the request to my insurance for the approval to get them pulled at that office. I then asked why and how this happened and why i was even scheduled if they never sent the request and her answer was because you are a new patient. i drove an hour for nothing and never even got seen or an apology for wasting hours sending it to the wrong fax number. All the girl had to do was know how to do her job but as you see that was not the case. If you have another option i strongly advise you to go elsewhere, especially if you have to drive an hour from lake county. This office sucks do not go. DO NOT GO. Any good review you see is somebody who knows them personally and wanted to help them boost their rating. please do not go !

Before I was referred to Angel Dental Care, I went to another dentist closer to home. They told me I had a cracked molar and it needed to be pulled and sent me home in pain because they could not extract the tooth there. They stated that it needed to be done by their oral surgeon at a different site, who wouldnt be able to see me for 2 months becauseof Covid. Frustrated I went home and told my friend who said to call Angel and see if they could pull the tooth sooner. I called and they got me in the next day. After examining me, they said it wasnt a cracked tooth at all and that I merely had a minor gum infection and needed antibiotics and a deep cleaning. They were right because it worked and they SAVED MY TOOTH! Everyone there is so nice and really care about their patients. I didnt feel like just a number. They didnt care that my insurance wasnt that great either. I will never go any where else again!Thank you Angel Dental!

This place was honestly one of the best i’ve ever been too. They’re so nice and helpful. The office was very organized and clean and the staff was very respectful and the doctors are all very elaborate to make sure you understand what they are saying. The area is not as bad as it seems in the pictures, it’s actually a nicer area. 10/10 recommended anyone going there!!

The staff and physicians are always polite, courteous, and thorough. They are taking the proper Covid-19 precautions and best practices with regard to ensuring that patients are not ill nor able to infect healthy patients. I have had work done several times and have no ill effects or poor quality work in my experience.

I was calling to make an cleaning appointment and they lady told me to hold on and I was on hold for like 20 minutes and then I hung up and called back and the lady said how can I help you and the. I told her I just wanted to make an cleaning appointment and the lady gone say hold on a second and I been on hold every since and it’s been like 40 minutes

Been having terrible pain but didn’t have a dentist so I did a walk-in here at Angel Dental West 117. I was able to get a root canal on the spot by Dr. Thabet who did a REALLY great job! It didn’t hurt at all and it was done pretty fast! Very empathetic hygienists and staff too. I couldn’t believe how smooth everything went . I finally found a dentist office to go back to. Wonderful experience! Don’t put off going to the dentist :)

Secretaries are disrespectful. They will put you on hold while you’re talking. They will say they’re gonna give you a call back and never do. Doctors take out wisdom tooth and prescribe Tylenol don’t prescribe something to actually take the pain away.

The medical staff is really nice, caring and empathetic. The front desk staff, not so much. Unprofessional. They act like you being there is altering their DNA. They are cold. Not friendly. Not sure who hires those people, but they need to reevaluate their hiring practices for their front desk personnel. Customer service is as important as the air we breathe. Apparently Angel Dental doesnt have a pulse on this.

I’ve had no problems whatsoever I was told that if I let them pull my teeth while I’m awake and I’ve been waiting and eating cause when COVID hit everyone got cancelled so I kept waiting and I have a friend that had a painful cosmetic surgery so I said to myself if she can do that I know I could do it awake so I let my dentist pull all my teeth and I didn’t feel a thing and I didn’t have much pain afterwards the only reason I gave a 4 ⭐️’s is the wait for the plates! I started my experience at Angel Dental care as my last resort because I was in a lot of pain from a root canal and my other dentists were either out of town ( my luck) or my insurance suddenly stopped at their office. So, I came across angel dental care. Let me just say, everything about the office is incredible . Doctor Ghazal was the first to see me and his work was incredible. Doctor Ghazal officially became my dentist and I never seen anyone else ever since. I highly recommend him. He truly is a dentist who cares for his patients.

Well.. Where do i start? Completley dissapointed! Wasted over 4 hours of my day not to mention took me an hour to drive there! Was never even seen! The girl that works the front desk does not know how to her job!! And when i spoke with the office supervisor, i was told i was never seen due to an eligibility ussue with my insurance! That was not the case at all! So the girl at the front desk lied about the problem to cover her own butt! I never leave bad reviews but this one is long overdue and much needed! The front desk people are very rude. When you call in they put you on hold without any warning, and leave you on hold forever. They never know what’s going on. And last time I set an appointment, it was a total waste of my day because I came in and was told I had to reschedule because the doctor that takes care of the school age kids wasn’t in for that day when I specifically told the girl when I initially made my sons appointment, what was going on and what the visit entailed. So because of the lack of understanding and poor listening skills, I missed a full day of work, and my son missed a few hours of school that morning. My son had to wait another 3weeks to get another appointment because the front desk don’t know what they are doing. I think that Doc Nora I believe her name Is, is very professional. But they need to get rid all of the front desk staff because they are very bad for business and make the experience horrible. I know that there is other people that are more qualified for this job, and that may actually appreciate it more than the people that they currently have. Poor customer service, lack of communication skills, and no idea how to do their job, doesn’t care about people’s time, poor attitudes. After my son gets his spacer that have been ordered, I will be looking into another office, we will not be coming back to this office.

I went in during their walk in hours with a broken tooth that I was putting for 2 weeks because I was having trouble finding a good place to go to. They were awesome! They fixed me up quick and I got 3 cavities filled in no time at all. Im going back for a cleaning and recommending them to everyone.

The staff was very friendly. Please self advocate when getting Braces through Angel Dental. I was “cleared” to get Braces, but I should not have been, due to major bone loss that I had no knowledge of. The Orthodontist should have know by looking at my x-ray, that Braces would be BAD for me. I had more damage done than good. I paid over $2k and 6months later I had to have them removed. I was made aware of the issue when I went in for my annual cleaning. I went to Hylan Dental down the street and after Consultation and multiple procedures I received a “Perfect” smile.

We had the worst experience with this clinic unfortunately my family and I all the have done a bad job their work only lasts for couple weeks or so.It doesnt deserve even one star but goole doesnt let me to leave a review if I dont rate it. If I could rate it honestly it would be below zero. They have the worst dentists ever and other workers which they are learning. I strongly dont recommend it to anyone. Now we are looking for real dentist.

The dentist is really nice, he got everything done and gave me breaks if I needed it and overall just a really great dentist. The lady who did my fillings was really nice too, I think she was Russian I’m not sure but she was really nice and did a great job as well!

I have only had one phone number in the past month and they have never tried to contact me before reading my review.Original review: My experience with Angel Dental has been awful. My first visit there, I was given a root canal which resulted in a temporary filling. I was told 30 days ago that it would take 10 days to get approval from my insurance for a crown. Im currently walking around with a temporary filling that is falling apart. Following the root canal, i was prescribed antibiotics that i couldnt take due to a noted allergy. Despite filling out forms and telling my dentist about my allergy, i was given medication that could have caused my throat to swell shut. Luckily, my pharmacist pays better attention to allergens than my dentist or i could have been hospitalized. I am never treated seriously when I call complaining of pain in my jaw; instead, my dentist visited with me for 5 minutes and then insisted that my jaw is misaligned and that he could only treat my pain by performing fillings and giving me a night guard. I have never had a misaligned jaw in my life, but ever since the root canal i have pain in my face and trouble opening my jaw wide. The advice from Angel Dental i received was to eat soft food and talk less. They brush me off whenever i ask about my crown. I am currently looking for a new dentist to fix the mess theyve made, because I will never return to this chop shop or their indifferent medical team.

Normally those plastic bitewing things they put in your mouth are awkward/hurt or gag. The way she did them was also amazing no issues at all. Great place.

It’s never a dull moment at Angel Dental we called to verify that our insurance is active and that we can come in because my brother was in a lot of pain OFFICE MANAGER said is this his medical ID number I said correct she said he is good to come in I was under the impression that the insurance was good to come find out she was saying he was good to come In at 12pm. We arrive at 11:45am and we find out our insurance is inactive and they can’t do anything about it well the reason I called was to make sure the insurance is active they said okay now my brother is in pain it’s 1pm they are refusing to see him until we prove he has some kind of insurance this company wants their money before helping their patients that isn’t fair they could bill us. No instead we are waiting to speak to Representative from the insurance company to verify that we have insurance. Patients first this is exactly why I refuse to come back unprofessional office manager was very loud and disrespectful.

This office has excellent customer service and is one of the best offices i have ever been to. A young middle eastern lady at the front desk with short hair took care of my mother the way she would take care of her own mother. She made her an appointment with what works best for her and even helped her out to her car since my mom has a difficult time walking. She was very professional and friendly. I really appreciate all she did for her and I really wish I knew her name! Great staff and doctors. Dr. Thabet is our one and only and I highly recommend him and this whole office to everyone!

I had a appointment on 9/24/19 they was so sweet , friendly and nice my appointment was at 2:00pm I was seen at 2:15pm for a Wisdom removal and root canal , I recommend asking for DR. WALID THABET , he was very gentle , nice and didn’t rush , as well as his dental hygienist 👍 also he did a whole side of fillings so I’m so grateful I need that work done so bad as well , and did a mention I’m pregnant 22 weeks . Dr, Ghazal is great dentist, I use to love to go there BUT the receptionists dont know how to do their job , it happens two times during my next visit, they told me I owe them money from my last visit and the one who assisted me doesnt know, so I paid... and during the second time, before I left, I ask the lady who assist me ..thats it, she said yes... is there is anything else , she said no ..have a good day....and later on I got a voicemail telling me that I owe them money... I know things happen but not regularly!!!!!

Thanks to doctor Gazel and Galina!!! I was helped the same day with an emergency toothache, month ago and today I had 4 more fillings done. Very attentive treatment! Galina spent so much time to make sure my fillings done right and I can chew comfortable. My teeth now look good, and most importantly sensitiveness is gone!

This dental office refused to see my son after the insurance company called the dental office and informed them he was eligible! The insurance office faxed over paperwork that Fatima the front desk associate asked for and that information still wasn’t good enough for my son to be seen. Meanwhile my son has a cracked tooth and usin pain, Fatima showed no empathy and neither did the office manager. I do not recommend this dental office for their lack of care for patients!

The people are super nice. The place is spotless. They took care of what needed done. But the wait time sucks. Just make sure you have nothing to do when you make an appointment

For being a first time customer here the front desk receptionist was not friendly or even got half a smile. The floor where my daughter was examined with looked disgusting with black I dont know what the heck all over it. The equipment underneath her chair that was white was dirty and looked like it never had a wipe down. The woman who took my daughters x-rays definitely wasnt friendly. The doctor came in to the room barely made eye contact with me nor did he introduce himself was not pleasant. The only person that was pleasant was a woman who took my money at the end and then informed me of the almost three grand I will owe to bring my daughter back because I dont have insurance for my daughter.

This business is horrible , the management is extremely rude and it is a family business that runs on favorites ! I would recommend to whoever wants to apply to this job to think twice . I worked at this position for a Span of 7 months and I have never felt so disrespected and anxious in a job .

We waited a almost an hour to let us know they did not have the bracket and materials. The Hispanic manager had her 3 children there and the infant under her desk. She was more attentive to her children than her clients. I will find another dental office for my children. Very unprofessional. Last time I check this is a dental office not a daycare center.
