The best. The saloon is well kept, super clean, beautifully decorated and you will see the nicest staff ever within this hidden gem too. I called for an express keratin treatment im a hair covered muslim lady (hejab / hijab) I was enquiring regard secluded area to do my hair. I was surprised they limit the customer to ladies appointments during my treatment and i was super comfortable 😊😊My hair dresser Dany, i will call her “the hair good witch” from now on. She picked the perfect treatment and products to suit my hair and she was super gentle and caring with my kinky roots and the results turned GREAt.Definitely will be back again and again

It really pains me to be writing a poor review for this place because I had such high expectations going in. Upon arrival the staff were friendly and welcoming. My appointment started right on time and my technician was SUPER nice! But unfortunately I feel my experience with my mani/pedi just wasnt great. The foot massage that came with my spa pedicure was not very comfortable, and I was in quite a bit of discomfort while my technician was prepping my feet and nails before putting the polish on. The manicure was better, but still not very comfortable. Overall it just was not the relaxing experience I was hoping for. Thankfully my nails did look very good when all was said and done. Im glad I gave Trés Chic a shot, but sadly I dont think I will be returning in the future.

Was very impressed with my first visit and glad I found this downtown gem! Katie did a great job on my manicure and I enjoyed chatting with her. Perfect spot for a lunch break mani. Looking forward to my next visit!

Beautiful clean salon, located downtown. Excellent vintage furnishings. The owner of this salon is truly an artist and hair is her canvas. My hair is beautiful after an appointment there.

The salon is a very cute vintage space, the decorations and furniture really compliment the layout of the salon. The girls that work at the salon are all super nice and they look and behave very professional. I absolutely adore my hair, it is the exact green tone I wanted, would definitely recommend!

Hands down my favorite salon. The staff are all so incredibly sweet and friendly. I come to see Danielle for all of my salon needs. If you need a beautifully melted balyage, she is the girl for the job. She also gives the most amazing pedicures on the planet. I leave feeling so fresh and happy every time. Be specific about being able to do natural hair on everyone. Let us know that u really aren’t able to do our hair so that we can go elsewhere. Just trying out a new salon turned into a tragedy because u weren’t honest about knowing how to do our natural hair.

Got me in same day, and provide a good head shave and beard trim with lots of appreciated extra services thrown in at no cost. All for a reasonable cost, I didnt have to be there for more than an hour, and I spent 33% less then fewer services and equal, if not lesser, quality I have received elsewhere. Thanks Chloe

Were from out of town to see a show and they were able to fit me in right away for a mani, color, and hairstyle at very reasonable rates. Great downtown location. Would be tempted to make the 2.5 hour drive again just to come back for their services :)

I have been a client of Tres Chic for over 3 years and have never felt better about myself. From the first time I called, Gisell helped me choose a time that was safe for me to have my lashes done after I experiences an eye infection, making sure that it was healed and healthy for me to have lashes again. She always does her best to make herself available for when I need to come in and even though I do not live in Miami full time, I come in every time I am in town and she treats me like a regular. Ok, and now enough about the business but her talent is amazing. I never get as many compliments on my makeup and lashes as when she does them.

Caitie Caroline is an awesome stylist, manicurist, and person all around. She provides suggestions and strives for perfection. I would highly recommend!

Pricey, but worth it - their haircuts and nail services are top of the line, their staff is talented and easy on the eyes, and their tea and coffee are phenomenal! Plus they have rum to add to whatever drink you choose!The only down side is the location, because the shop isnt really close to much residential housing or commercial shopping. Which means youll be driving there and not doing much else on the trip. When you call for an appointment, make sure to ask them where to park - parking isnt easy to find unless you do!

I have been here for nail service and was not disappointed. The massage chairs are great for pedicures. I saw Dani both times are recommend her. My husband got a hair cut with Caite Caroline and was pleased.

I went to Tres Chic for a gel manicure because I was given a certificate for them. Everyone was very nice and the salon is beautiful. However, within three days of the manicure the gel on one of my nails peeled off. I went back and they fixed it. I went back for a second gel manicure and about two weeks later the gel is peeling off four nails. It may be my nails, not sure, but I have never had gel peel off even after a month (im not always quick on getting back for another manicure). Other than this issue, I would highly recommend them.

I am a Tres Chic lifer. Catie was amazing and very knowledgeable about the products and services. I love all Aveda and she was able to tune me into the new stuff coming out. I jumped off a plane into Cleveland from Maryland and called in the airport and the timing was perfect. From the conversation with the receptionist to the availability of an appointment I feel absolutely blessed to have been served. I love the atmosphere and how positive and refreshing it is. I found from even the cleanliness and the quality of hand soap to the professionalism and passion of every stylist I’ve encountered to be such a pleasure. From my journey of not stepping into a salon in more than a year I was confident that my needs were met when I first took my seat in the chair. The owner is very passionate and has such an amazing spirit that has made me feel absolutely blessed to meet. May God continue to richly bless the works of you and your staff.
