I absolutely love this place! ALL of the women that work there are so awesome! They are so friendly, and just as sweet as can be. They have all worked together for many years and that makes for a very comfortable environment. The prices are great! I just love it there. Although it is a franchise chain, it is nothing like one. I would HIGHLY recommend going. You will have a wonderful experience!

The ladies there made us feel at home. Walked into smiling faces from all of them. My daughter has PTSD and ADD they took their time with her and done an amazing job. I live in blue Ridge ga I will drive the 1 hour and 20 mins it takes to get there to get great service

Lianna did an awesome job on my hair. She was super meticulous and she made sure to get every split end, while also getting it to the length I wanted and the bangs I requested. My hair is so soft now!

The Stylest that cut my hair was great. She listened to how I wore my hair. The whole place was very friendly. I will most definitely be going back to see these folks.

Since moving to Cleveland, I have gotten my hair cut here twice. Each cut was very different in style and executed very well. Each cut was also the result of a walk-in cut (as opposed to an appointment), which speaks to the integrity of service.A special shout out to Melinda for this specific haircut. She knows what shes doing, tells it like it is, and doesnt try to mislead or misrepresent what is feasible. I will definitely be returning, if given the opportunity.

I love this place! Walk-ins are welcome but call for appointments if youre in a hurry. All the gals here are terrific, but I recommend Jen ask for her. They have a military/police discount too.

Showed up 30 minutes before closing and needed a quick buzz cut. They had an open stylist and they turned us away and said they couldn’t take anymore. Change your hours if you are going to turn people away half an hour early.

It was really easy and fairly quick for a Saturday (I thought). I wasnt able to get my hair washed or conditioned, so I understand the reasons why.

Called ahead and they said they could cut my hair in 30 minutes. I made the appointment. I was there in less than 5 minutes and when I walked in she asked my name, and I sat to wait. After an hour all other customers where gone and all 3 stylists where in the back. No one said anything else to me the entire time. I left and will not be back nor will I recommend. I guess they thought I was not worth the trouble.

I was extremely nervous to have someone cut my hair because I am growing out a pixie and didnt want them to cut off too much. Emi did an awesome job! I didnt have to wait at all, got me straight in. She really listened to what I wanted and helped my nerves. Plus Im used to paying $80+ for a haircut so you cannot beat the price! I will definitely be going back!

Whitney is fantastic! She cut my two boys hair ages 3 and 5. Not only is she fast but provides great service. She interacted with my kids and even made farm animal noises to make my 3 year old comfortable. We will definitely be back to see her for our next haircuts.

I just love getting my haircut at Supercuts no matter where i live or travel. They never mess up my hair. Tried Great Clips once and will never go back and that has been a long time ago. Supercuts is my place.

Most of the time I’ve gotten my hair cut here everything has been fine, I’m not extremely picky or hard to please. However, one of the newer employees gave me the worst hair cut I’ve ever had in my life, I could’ve done a better job cutting it myself. Be careful who you get.

After getting a really bad haircut at Great Clips,I was looking for someone who knew what they were doing.I went to Supercuts and had Devan to cut my hair,she was very professional and gave me the best cut Ive had in a very long time.She listened to what I was wanting done and I got exactly what I wanted.As a retired hair dresser,I can totally recommend this shop for a professional cut.

Took my boyfriend to get his hair cut here and we were both nervous about it but the lady that did it actually did a wonderful job!

Everyone is always so nice! Ive been to expensive salons and they never cut or color my hair how I ask them to and I end up paying a ridiculous amount for something I didnt want. This place is cheap and they actually listen to you instead of thinking they know whats best. Ill never go anywhere else.

Went in on a Sunday because all the ma & pa salons were closed and Ive given up on Great Clips. Checked in for a noon seating online but didnt get sat til approx 12:30.Told my Stylist this was my first visit ever, that didnt change her demeanor.She was cold from the beginning-- maybe she had a bad day, I totally get that, having worked years in the service industry. We just didnt see eye-to-eye on my cut and I could tell she was getting irritated w me b/c I had to ask twice to make the top layer shorter.STILL; gave her a 60% tip and that didnt warm her up!!! No sincere smile, no warmth from beginning to end AND no hot towel treatment.Think Ill ask for Jennifer next time, she seems to run the roost, taking charge and being the first one to greet each client, myself included. You can tell SHE loves her career; my girl just wasnt into me or her job that day, idk.My cut was okay, a step up from Great Clips but not boutique-quality. Great Clips tend to make bangs very blunt on the sides and Supercuts almost replicated that. :(Help me out pls Mgmt?

Had called & made appointment today for 6:30pm. I just needed a simple basic cut , there were two ladies working & one hollered at me & asked of what kind of service I needed & told her I made appointment. One more lady walked in & said one lady is finishing up a color & other is doing hair cuts, I said thats fine, I can wait. However the third lady started doing a walk-in customer with color & the lady doing hair cuts would not take me, she skipped me twice, though I had called in hours before & waiting over 30 mins. This place wasn’t busy at all. Not sure how I feel about this, she would not take me, I can’t help but to feel like I need to go to a place thats more integrated? Not going to come back, first impressions tell it all.

Walked in and walked right out . There were two women working when we walked in . The lady rudely asked still cutting hair are yall getting a hair cut? I replied yes she goes, 1 or 2 ? Still she has not walked up to the counter where you pay . Then she said Well there are two people infront of you and the wait to be honest is about 30 minutes do you still want a hair cut ? I said thats fine and sat down and the realized Im not giving my money to such cold customer service to be treated that rudely and we got up and left .

Definitely Unsatisfied!I came in to touch up om my hair and get a nice fade. The hair stylist decided she would make an actor out of me and butchered the whole left side of my head! Never going back:!

I should have listened to the google reviews. The people were friendly but the service was subpar. I asked for a 1-3 fade and got a 1 everywhere. So much for the fade. Also the clippers felt like they needed cleaning or replaced. It didnt feel like they were cutting that good. I would go elsewhere.
