This was my first time going to prestige salon and I had read really good reviews. However, I’m hoping this ones helps more than the ones I read. I asked her to color match my highlights (light brown) with my natural color (dark brown), and she dyed my hair black!!! Not even close to my natural hair color! It was absolutely awful. This is by far my worst experience with a hair salon!

I recently moved here from San Diego. I desperately needed to find a new hair stylist. I found Nicki from Prestige Salon based on her reviews.From the very beginning she was prompt to respond to requests for appointments and me needing to change the appointment due to my schedule.When I had my hair high lighted with a beige under tones added. This is the very first time someone has ever suggested beige. The color was amazing. No chunky highlights just smooth variations that looked completely natural.Nicki was extremely nice and very affordable.I not only give her 5 stars, I also added and extra bit to her tip. That’s how impressive the color and cut was.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I called and made an appointment at this salon for just a simple haircut and i had never been before so I didn’t know the woman who was supposed to be doing my hair (whoever I spoke to on the phone who said she had 2:30 available and would write me in). I got to the salon at 2:20, and no one even acknowledged my existence when I walked in. I didn’t know what to do and felt super awkward since I was ignored so I just sat down on the couch in the front. I sat there for the next 25 minutes waiting to be taken back for my appointment (or maybe just for someone to even speak to me to ask who I was seeing or something) but 2:45 rolled around and still no one had even remotely treated me like a human being much less a paying customer. I called a different salon and made an appointment for the next day right there in the lobby and left. No idea how their hairstylists do because they all thought so little of me as to act like I wasn’t worth their time. Garbage service.
