This was my first time ever going to this salon and it was so nice to have everyone greet you and they were so sweet and there prices are amazing!

This is a fantastic place. I got my hair cut by Nilla, the owner, and was blown away by the service. They really are connected with the community and care for their customers. They are hard working and their hair cuts are top notch for a good price. Good atmosphere with coffee and cookies while you wait. Best salon in the area.

The owner, Nell is very kind and accommodating.She provided me with a same-day appt. even though I was a late afternoon walk-in. I received the cut I requested at a reasonable price.Pleasant, friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere.

I had a great haircut from the women who told Lora Bubalo to find another salon to dye her hair (the hair dresser told me about the incident). The hairdresser was very pleasant, and very knowledgeable. This was my first haircut from Hair in Motion, and I will be sure to return.

I have never in my life been spoken to so rudely by an employee. I called to make an appointment to get my hair dyed, and I asked if it was okay to bring my own dye (I buy a specific color that is temporary). The person on the phone immediately said “why would you do that?” And then continued to argue with me saying that it is unreasonable to bring my own and that no salon would color my hair for me if I brought my own dye. Which is completely unture because I’ve been to several salons that will do exactly that. She told a coworker, while i was still on the phone, that some girl wanted to bring her own dye and then laughed. Naturally I told the woman that I had changed my mind and no longer wanted to get my hair dyed at Hair N Motion, she responded with “yeah, well we don’t want to dye your hair either.” Their website says they strive to be welcoming and accommodating, that is completely untrue.

This is my #1 place to get my hair cut in Cleveland. The staff is super friendly and the hair cuts are solid. Not a trendy high fashion salon. Just your above-average neighborhood hair cutters.

I have gone before and they did servicable haircuts, however today they rushed me to squeeze another customer in and did an absolute hackjob of my hair (i have a complex womens cut which they attempted to do in 15 minutes). The parts of hair I told them not to cut very much they took inches off, and everything was uneven and poorly done. This is the first time in my life I have ever cried over a bad haircut and I will have to wait months for it to grow out for a repair cut. I will not be returning.
