I went in to get my sons hair cut it was around three they are open till 6 there was only three stylist there the rest had gone home they had three ladies in chairs and stated that they had three women getting a dye job and they couldnt cut his hair one of the ladies was just waiting and it usually takes at least 25 min before you wash the dye out on my opinion it would have taken less than 15 min to cut his hair she could have done it while she was waiting on the dye to set on the ladies hair,and she gave me and additude like we were not the right type of customer I had just gotten off work I was tired and looked it but I just said thank you and walked out and went to great cuts they did and awesome job gave the lady a 10 dollar tip

In answer to the customer that was unsatisified with her service at Gemini Reds ,she forgot to put in her review that I--- Penny Smith ---owner of Gemini Reds did try to help her with her problem and I did give her money back the very next day.There was a misunderstanding when she called for an appointment she changed her mind about what she wanted after she can in to the shop, She only stated on the phone that she wanted a haircut , but asked after she got there could she get a shampoo cut and style too .She never asked about the price for everything. We are a booth rental shop , but so are 95% of all shops in our area. I control none of the stylist money I own the equipment, and pay rent on the shop to Carrol and Greene Realty. Carrol & Greene have no control over what we do to the customers hair or what we charge. Gemini Reds has been in business for 35 years and we are sorry that Sara Patterson was not happy but in all fairness Sara you should have told the whole story including the ending of your experience. I tried to be as nice as I could and work with you and your money was returned for your extra service. So I apoligize again that we could not please you .
