My granddaughter Alexis had head lice and we could not seem to get rid of it. I have never had head lice until now. (I work in a school.) A family member knew about Bernadettes Lice Removal. So, when I panicked and cried (earlier tonight), he told me to call them.The gentleman I spoke with was so kind. I have never written a negative review but...Gil was my landlord, and used this company’s PayPal to receive rent money. If he behaves the same way towards clients as his tenants do not invite Gil into you house bc he is a creep. He texted very inappropriate things to a female tenant, and even suggested she would be assaulted if she moved out to Ohio City. Super unprofessional. I’m sure other people can fix your lice problem...don’t invite other problems

There are few phrases that can trigger simultaneous feelings of horror, shame, panic and disgust in a parents mind. Mom, I have head lice. Again has got to be in the top 3. Frequent re-infestations despite doing everything right and hundreds of dollars spent on minimally effective and toxic products over the course of a year had me at my wits end. Thank God I found this establishment. The level of service, efficiency, and professionalism from the moment Gil picked up the call, to the moment I walked out the door was exceptional. Kind and considerate do not begin to describe this gentlemans character. First of all, I called on a Saturday afternoon and he offered to see us immediately. The treatment was quick, painless and while he efficiently took care of my daughter we learned a lot about the process, and aftercare, plus he threw in some jokes to put us at ease (my daughter and I felt embarrassed and just plain yucky). when I mentioned i would have to return the following week for my own treatment due to financial reasons, he responded with I wouldnt send you home with a head full of lice and arranged a plan to accomodate my treatment as well. One of the best features of the locaton is the unobtrusive entrance. No glaring Get your headlice treatment here to add to our embarrassment. After months of dealing with this I cant describe the level of demoralization wed been experiencing, so this was a big deal to me. The best part was hearing my daughter say I finally feel clean and free!!. Thank you Gil, you truly are a Godsend!
