I hope the physician knows that a new patient is unable to schedule an appointment for earache pain because they are booked so far out for “new” patients. This is the VERY reason that ERs are overcrowded all the time. So when you go to the ER, now you know why you have to wait so long...In addition, your receptionist and scheduler lack empathy or compassion.

Dr.Merritt is great! My son had surgery 2 weeks ago and I couldn’t be happier. Great staff great doctors! Will be coming back if needed.
