When I set up the appointment for possible implants, I was told the initial visit was a free consultation and verified it the morning of my appointment. The first thing they did was put me in a 3D image machine for an ICAT scan. Then after the exam they stopped me on the way out and said I owed them $290 for the scan.

Would never come here again. This place is awful.

They will ask you to pay in full before your procedure. After doing so, they will nickel and dime you with little balances due $5, $6, $10. Anything to get more money out of you. Remember. You paid in full and the insurance told them what you pay. Doesn’t matter to these people. Hopefully people will complain and review enough to stop this fraud

Paid copay service In cash of almost $1000 cash as they required. After insurance paid their portion I keep getting billed for $6. Faxed info of all being paid in full. No response. I keep getting billed with no description as to why. I dont like being nickel and dimed. 0 for customer service. No call back and no response to fax. Just keep billing...

Dr. Crofton did a tremendous job with my sons orthognathic surgery. Throughout the entire process, he demonstrated kindness and compassion in addition with his superior knowledge and attention to detail in the oral and maxillofacial field. The offices staff also was very helpful and accommodating. My son is very happy his results and I would definitely recommend Dr. Crofton to anyone!

After calling 2 other oral surgeons in the area we were able to get an emergency appointment with Dr. Plank. Everyone in the office was very polite and friendly. Dr Plank was wonderful with my mother and listened to all of her concerns and her back story of her issue. They did the procedure the same day. I cannot say enough good things about this office and Dr Plank. Top notch! If we are in need of an oral surgeon again in the future this will be our first call next time!

WOW!!! Thats all I can say...what an awesome team. I have had a few consults with other surgeons, but this office was different. The girls in the front are very welcoming and calming, considering where you are. Dr. Croftons confidence in himself and his team made, me feel like I was definitely in the right place to have many implants placed. Not only did my surgery go well, but during my recovery (I have to admit) I was a bit of a baby and called them non-stop, sometimes more than once a day and even after hours. No matter who I talked to or how many times I called they never once treated me like I was a bother, instead like I was the only patient they had. I am so grateful for their WOW service they provided me, I will be referring as many people as possible who need implants.

LITERALLY I JUST GOT MY BOTTOM LEFT WISDOM TOOTH EXTRACTED AND I WAS SCARED AT FIRST WITH THE EXPERIENCE BEING MY FIRST TIME. BUT HELEN THE RECEPTIONIST, DAWN THE ASSISTANT, AND DR. CROFTON ALL MADE THIS EXPERIENCE WONDERFUL AND PAINLESS AS POSSIBLE!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!!!

I was scheduled for oral surgery but when a toothache presented itself I called the office. The receptionist was very empathetic and told me to come in the next day. She said she would do her best to try to squeeze me in between other patients. I was there no longer than 15 minutes and Dr Crofton was able to see me. He along with his assistant where very kind and professional and made my experience fast, painless and as stress free as possible. I highly recommend this office for your dental care needs. Thank you to Dr Crofton and all the staff who were able to accommodate me two weeks earlier than my scheduled appointment for surgery.

Is my first experience having an oral surgery, and I can say that every single person in that office, were so beautiful, professional and kind. I recommend this clinic to my love ones and friends. Thank you all for being so wonderful.

Took my four year old daughter here on an emergency referral due to an extraction problem at her usual dentist. Turned out our insurance wouldnt cover the oral surgery and that we needed to magically come up with $990 at that precise moment. Needless to say we were turned down after waiting two hours after hours to be seen due to money. When asked if we could do a payment plan or be billed and pay at the end of the month in full we were told we would need to leave and reschedule when we had the payment for services rendered. Mind you, this is for my four year old child, who we were told needed to have this tooth taken out today and that it was an emergency that we do so. The office agreed, that is of course until they found out we didnt have $990 to throw to their money hungry Dr, Crofton. The office help, Debbie was very unprofessional and should not be the face of the front office. The only person we encountered on our visit who was nice and knew that what they were doing was wrong was the doctors assistant. I wish I got her name, because she was the only one in that office who knew morally that it was wrong and didnt treat us any different when we found out about the insurance and realized how much this was going to cost. Horrible office and I would NOT ever recommend to anyone. Horrible office and unprofessional on every level.

Such a welcoming and calming atmosphere in this office! I went in for a few teeth to be pulled and was so nervous but from the ladies up front (Diana and Helen), to the ladies in the back and Dr. Crofton, everyone was so friendly and that helped calm some nerves. Dr Crofton is amazing at what he does as well, the treatment was excellent and I was only sore for a day. Highly recommend this office!

A GODSEND for me. Being new to the area, I depended on my dental insurance for a list of oral surgeons and oh, boy, did I get very lucky. Dr. Daniel Crofton and his staff squeezed me at the end of the day to remove a tooth that was infected, very painful especially since our new dentist was very unsuccessful in his five attempts to remove it. They were kind, knowledgeable, efficient and most importantly very experienced. Dr. Crofton and his group made quick work of the tooths removal. They were very kind. Please dont hesitate to use their professional services. I am truly grateful for them!

Wow!! The front office staff was warm and inviting, but OMG Dr. Plank was absolutely HORRIBLE. My sons dentist referred us for all four wisdom teeth to be removed. He kept saying he could do the top two with local anesthetic. I asked him three times about the bottom two he acted as if he didnt want to do it. This was after he walked in shook my sons hand & not mine. He focused on my son until he started asking him what he wanted. I chimed in & advised him of the fact that my son is a minor & does not make those decision, I do as his mother. That was the first time he even looked at me prior to his not wanting to extract all four wisdom teeth. He said he kept offering just the top two because he didnt want it to seem as though he was up charging me. Why? We came on the recommendation of removing all four wisdom teeth. It was either classism, racism or both to assume as well as push on us a cheaper procedure. My son was casually dressed because I wanted him to be comfortable, but I was dressed business casual so why assume. We would pay whatever we needed to for my sons health. Every brown face is not a person of limited means. I left but called back to ask for my charge for today & I was advised no one else ever complained of being profiled. I guess they should read their reviews.

Really nice staff and doctor. I was in pain and he took care of my pain and concerns of having a hole in my mouth. I am going back in a few months to have a implant and the doctor referred me to a few local dentist so I hopefully dont lose anymore of my teeth, but if I must as least I know where to go.

The staff is absolutely wonderful. & Dr. Crofton is great! I went last Friday to get all 4 wisdom teeth extracted completely terrified as i walked into the building pre surgery. The staff was so welcoming which took a little of the edge off. I’ve heard many horror stories of wisdom teeth extractions and i am so happy with how well i have recovered. Keep in mind, my extractions weren’t the easy, as in you couldn’t see them clinically in the mouth. Mine were in the bone. Only 1 week to the day & im pretty much back to normal. I highly recommend!

I took my wife here to have two extractions done they never explained they need money up front. Then after taking x-rays and putting her in a room thats when they explained payment.I had to drive back by then which was a whole 6 minutes they put 4 people ahead of her note:she was in agonizing pain and they were aware of this.they treated us upon appearance cause we were casually dressed.I guess they missed the rolex on my arm. While waiting my wife watched someone make a payment after their procedure. I would not send my worst enemy there........

Horrible office staff. Dr came out and boasted that we have a new oral surgeon and should any problems arise theyre available 24/7. Try to get a response when a problem does arrive. Good luck with that.
