I highly recommend you look elsewhere. To keep this short and to the point… I have always maintained my teeth and went in for cleanings every 6 months. I recently relocated to Florida and I hadn’t had my teeth cleaned in about 12 months. I scheduled my first appointment here to do x-rays so I could then get a teeth cleaning scheduled. Per the doctors words, I have gingivitis which I have never dealt with in my life. My teeth are very well taken care of and I have no swollen gums which the doctor said I had. I am unable to get scheduled for a regular cleaning. They are making me pay for a gingivitis cleaning that is going to cost me $300 out of pocket. insurance won’t cover this type of cleaning. This office only worries about up charging their patients. I won’t be back…

I like the service they offer, though, pricy. The facility is clean and the staff seems up to speed in their interactions with the patients. It is pricy, but I would recommend their services to any one who needs it.

The staff at Towncare Dental are courteous, kind and care about your dental needs. I feel that Dr McCall and Dr Torres genuinely care about the dental health of their patients. I have anxiety issues when it comes to going to the dentist and Dr McCall has done his utmost best to help relieve my anxiety as well as taking care of me during my procedures. My family and I have had to switch dental offices multiple times since being in Clermont and we hope that weve found our home for our dental needs. Tracy, Ana, and Tiffany have also made my experience pleasant and appreciate them for all that they do.

I had a dental cleaning at this office. Hygienist was on time. He was very caring and took pride in his work. He made sure I was okay and comfortable. He had a positive demeanor.

From the time that you arrived the entire staff make you feel welcome. The office is clean, sanitize and well organized. My appointment was at 2:40 and about 2: 25, I was in the technician chair. I have been a Towncare patient since 2016 and I always has been treated with dignity, honesty and respect.

My appointment was at 10:30 am. The dentist saw me at 11:45 am. No fault of the dentist, but this always happens. You need to improve your scheduling protocol. My time is just as valuable as yours. Other than that, I will continue using Towncare. I trust the staff and dentist. P.S. I have no complaints with the wait when I come in to see the hygienist.

This is the best dental office I have ever been at. They were so professional caring educational and really flexible. Melissa is very knowledgeable about insurance. Tracy who sits at the front desk is extremely a sweetheart. The assistant Tiffany did not make me feel out of place since I needed all these dental work. Dr Torres took his time and explained all that I needed and answered all my question. Ana who is at check out is so friendly and worked out financially agreements with me so I could get my work done . Thank you guys so much for making my visit a Memorable visit. PLEASE READ ALL BAD 1 STAR REVIEWS BEFORE GOING HERE.. Had my first appointment and didnt get a cleaning done which I thought was odd. Also Was told I needed a deep cleaning which I also thought was odd. Ive never needed one and it isnt cheap and now after reading tons and tons of 1 star reviews, seems to be the same story for everyone else. Ive had a bad gut feeling since the appointment that something wasnt right and something was off. Wish I wouldve read the reviews before going in, but safe to say I wont be going back. Will definitely be finding another dentist that is honest

Never in my life ever been to a doctors office that appeared to have more tension than you could cut with a knife employees seem like they didnt like their job the dentist that looked at my mouth after he argued about my prescriptions with me made me feel like a criminal then told me I needed expensive deep cleaning before he could fix the cavities that were very apparent in my mouth Im 74 years old just want the cavities fixed so that the few teeth they still have work I did not want a rebuilding of my mouth and my teeth worst experience I ever had going to any dentist in my entire life. Also the wife canceled her appointment we previously went there about 5 years ago with a different dentist and a different staff they had a total different attitude.

Front desk staff is amazing NOT the dentist Dr. Torres. Dr. Torres can use some training on how to treat and talk to his patients. I dont recommend this office because the dentist Dr. Torres is rude and he doesnt listen to his patients. Common courtesy is when you enter a room with a patient you introduce yourself or at least speak. Hes rude and need some serious bedside manners on how to talk and treat patients if he plan on them returning. Dr. Torres need to be trained by Dr. Hunter at Advanced Dental Care in Ocoee on how to treat and conduct professional dental care with class.

I’ve been going to Townecare since 2019. The staff at the front office are excellent. Tracy, Anna( the two names I remember🌹) makes the check - in and check - out process very easy. Melissa the manager makes you feel like you are in good hands. Dr. Torres is an excellent Doctor who make a daunting process easier. Thank you for all you do.

I had an amazing visit from check in to check out Tracy at the front desk was so pleasant and nice. Dr. Torres and his assistant took the time to explain my treatment in depth. Ana at the check out desk was so helpful and Phenomenal in scheduling all my dental needs.I would be referring my entire family to see Dr. Torres.

Where to start... I don’t typically review on Google but needed to share my experience. While waiting an hour to only see the dentist (they won’t schedule you for a cleaning at the same time if you’re a new patient, which I’ve never heard of before, because they need to determine the “type” of cleaning you need), I could hear the entire medical history of the patient in the next bay. There was no privacy. I heard her list out the medications she’s on, how at one point she was unresponsive in the hospital, and she had a severely infected tooth. The dentist told her she needed a root canal. When first sitting in the dentist chair, the nurse took X-rays with a handheld X-ray gun which I also never seen before. I was later told by a reputable dentist that those are “very old school.” It was much more uncomfortable than normal dental X-rays because they have to move around a large plastic piece throughout your mouth and it digs into the bottom and top of your mouth. They took more than 10 X-rays so it was very uncomfortable. After waiting more than 30 minutes after that, Dr. Reyes came in and didn’t have a friendly bedside manner. I felt like I was treated like just another number. I have great teeth (have been told by many other dentists in the past), I’m healthy and I’ve had minor recession from grinding but he told me I needed to see a periodontist before they could help me OR clean my teeth. I’ve NEVER heard that before and always see a dentist 2x/yr. Clearly this only a way for them to make more money. Horrible. Needless to say, I’m getting a second opinion at a reputable dentist.

I went to this office for a periodontal consultation regarding replacement of three missing teeth. When I arrived, there was the normal wait-in-your-car process until they called me in, took my temperature and let me in the waiting room. There were signs inside about social distancing, and a notice that there would be no handshaking due to Covid precautions. There was a sign saying that masks were available upon request. I was already wearing my mask and so was everyone else. I was soon taken to an exam room and waited for the dentist.When he entered, Dr. Allen McCall greeted me and shook my hand barehanded. Then he said, Take off that mask. This is America! You have freedom here. Of course, I would have taken my mask off for the exam anyway. I didnt say anything but I thought, why would a medical professional make mask wearing into a political thing?After he examined my teeth, he began outlining his recommendations, starting with a deep cleaning. I told him I just got a deep cleaning last week. He rolled his eyes. He went on to say he would remove two additional teeth, then he would do a bone graft followed in a few months by implants. (He never addressed the three missing teeth I already had.) I asked if bridgework would be an alternative. He looked at me like I was crazy, and said, Why would you want to do that? I explained that I just wanted to know if there were alternatives because I have financial considerations to take into account. He said, You can just do nothing. I told him I know that is not an option, I was just trying to see how to make my limited insurance and savings go farther. I asked if there were parts of this treatment process that could be done by general dentist because my insurance pays more towards the cost of his work than that of a specialist periodontist. I must have made him mad, because at that point, he turned and walked out of the exam room.After that, his dental assistant took over and printed out a treatment plan and explained more of it to me, including some financing options. She explained that my general dentist would provide some temporaries so that I could actually eat during the period after having teeth removed and before having implants months later.Allen McCall is the most unprofessional and uncaring health care professional I have ever encountered. He was totally unwilling to listen, consider or answer my questions. The courteousness of the staff cant make up for such a rude and unprofessional dentist. I would never go there again and would never recommend this dentist to anyone.

The wait time was short, the office is pleasant and I was done and out in a very reasonable length of time!

Check in staff (Tracy) was extra friendly and very helpful. Dental assistant (Rosey) was super friendly and was very thorough when explaining the paperwork. Dr. Torres was was excellent, too. I couldnt be happier with my experience.

I usually have no problems with my teeth. However in this place I got hit with 11 CAVITIES and periodontal disease. A treatment plan was required for me. I found this very unusual but I am no expert and I have not been to a dentist in 3 years so I almost took their word for it.However I visited a different dentist and I had NO CAVITIES and NO deep cleaning was necessary (usually the case with me). I completely agree with some patients review about Dr. Torres being distracted and not fully there. He did however explained very well the periodontal disease issue which another dentist told me I did not have.Instead of risking a high bill and unnecessary treatments please shop somewhere. If you already visited this place, please get a second opinion.

Very informative with great communication skills

Front office receptionist is amazing. All the ladies are willing to assistant and accommodate to emergencies. Unfortunately, Dr. Orlando Torres, was not as pleasant. During my visit I could hear him speak horribly of a patient which is not professional at all. Plus, I am pretty sure some HIPPA law was broken. Furthermore, I will probably not be returning at all.

I had a great experience with Towncare Dental. They were prompt, professional, friendly, and the office had a very positive atmosphere!! I had full exam, cavities removed, a crown replaced, a post put in, and a cleaning. I have a very busy schedule, but they always got me in at reasonable time frame. And I wasn’t stuck in the waiting room when I arrived for my visits. I arrived on time and they would take me right in. Reasonable prices. Friendly staff!! Good work!!

First visit and will not be the last. The staff is WONDERFUL!! I’m specifically talking about the three smart, pretty ladies I had the pleasure of meeting today. After a really bad experience with another dentist my mom decided to try towncare in clermont when she had extreme dental pain. She was extremely happy with the kind, respectful, and courteous was she was treated here. Especially the receptionist Ana, she went above and beyond with her kindness and made her feel like more than a patient, she was so sweet! Would definitely reccomended and will definitely be going back again. They did an amazing job on her teeth!

I am very happy with my service. My tech is Jim. He was friendly and personable and also very thorough and caring about my service helping me ti keep my teeth hopefully for a lifetime 😁

They are the best dentist office I’ve ever been to! I went in because I had an emergency. They were the only office that would see me same day and took my insurance. I was in so much pain and completely terrified. They took special care with me and were so friendly. They made such a wonderful impression on me that I officially made them my primary dentist! Where do I begin? Melissa has an outstandingly positive and professional attitude. She talked me through every detail I needed over the phone, multiple times I should add. She was just as sweet and welcoming when I came in for my appointment today. I worked with multiple people whom were all very sweet and personable. One specific name I can re call was Maria, she knew how nervous I was and reassured me and comforted me every second of the way. I feel so grateful to have had my procedure done in this office as it was originally scheduled for my primary office. I was really scared and hadn’t been to the dentist in 10 years, but everyone was so kind and the dentist was amazing. I was afraid of being judged for not going to the dentist for so long, but I was treated with kindness and respect.

They understood my concerns and went above and beyond to address them. My needed treatment plan was clearly explained to me and I was able to schedule my appointments in a timely manner. Went in for a basic cleaning. Was told I could not get one that I had to have a deep cleaning. Which would cost me 579. And that I would have to do it 3x a month. I have never had issues with my gums. Dr Torezz was unfriendly and not personable at all. Just gave me a bill for nothing. When I started looking at the reviews, I was suprised to see that other people were told they needed a special cleaning save ur time and go somewhere else.

An experience with a periodontist can be scary and confusing but Dr. McCall and his team did an amazing job making sure that my experience was great. I was greeted by the sweetest girl named Tiffany who sat me and discussed what was going to happen. Dr. McCall then came in with Christina and they were both so friendly. Dr. McCalls chair side manner was amazing and Christina kept the mood light and comfortable. The entire staff was great and I will no longer be nervous about going to the dentist.

Don’t go to this dentist!!! The Receptionist is very rude and unprofessional. She will get a attitude when you ask to speak to her manager. They make appointments and when you call to check the time of you appointment they will inform you at that time they have to cancel your appointment since the dentist won’t be there. Why would you even schedule a appointment knowing that i have to see the dentist and they won’t be there that day ? And why would you not call me and inform me ? I had to call them to check on the time of my appointment to be informed. I would not recommend coming here for anything. Find a different office to go to save yourself the hassle. Check their Facebook reviews because i am not the only person that this has happen to as well.

Had a new hygienist yesterday and wife had him today. Both were very thorough. His name is Mustafa.We were both pleased. All the staff is great to work with. They have a periodontist and are adding an oral surgeon that helps you make it a one stop do it all. Or most of it anyway.

I had some major issues with my teeth and being very nervous, making the call made it much less nervous. The staff was very professional and most helpful in explaining the procedure and the financial responsibility. If I could some it up, it was like seeing old friends. I highly recommend them! I actually cant wait to go back.

Doctor took the time to share his X-ray findings with me and give me options for treatment. He was efficient and quick, but most importantly to me, it was painless!

All they care about is the money bad experience after two appointments and a emergency call they could not treat my wife, she needed an extraction. Another appointment needed for a surgeon. She is now home in pain thanks Town Care Dental.

I had the best experience at Towncare Dental Clermont. Melissa is an amazing manager who keeps the office running very smoothly. Stacy up front was welcoming and very helpful in explaining all of the insurance questions I had. Patty was the assistant who was with me during my treatment and she was beyond comforting. Dr. Torres took his time with me, explained in detail the treatment and asked several times if I was doing ok. I will forever be a patient and fan of towncare dental.

Wow, it is sad what has happened to the dental industry(this is not a unique problem with this office, it is an industry epidemic). If you dont think this place is up-selling you are quite frankly ignorant. The dentist may very well be great, but their corporate office policies and handling of patients(should be called prospects, because you are in. sales environment whether you choose to believe it or not) Part of the problem is that they are apparently hiring technicians and clerks instead of sales people. The dentist made recommendations which were ignored by the first technician, or hygienist Who proceeded to hit me up for over $500 for a cleaning. Then you are turned over to the front desk manager (really a sales manager or TO if your familiar with the term) to execute the drop Several unnecessary items were presented as if I had to have them(my friend is a hygienist, and they reviewed what they were trying to make me have done. part of the problem is they coded me for a root planing of 4 or more teeth per quadrant instead of 1 tooth which would have been more appropriate given the results their exam) For a sales person this is flat out incompetent, lazy, or application of strong arm sales tactics (Think timeshare presentation). A sales professional presents you with an explanation of what the items are, the benefits of the item, and any downside to not having them for the consumer to justify spending their resources on it. Then they help you out by offering to split appointments or offering financing. Literally they try to take your head off. If you go for it, they make out, if you dont, you feel like they helped you out when you go with anything less than the original offering(Hit you with $500, so you feel good about spending $300, when in fact it could have been $100) The dentist and the hygienist were at least personable, but the desk person was very abrasive(her basic attitude was: how dare you ask for an explanation of any of this to justify spending your money, just pay it and be happy) Hardly a hallmark of a sales professional. I am almost left with the feeling that the employees are not at fault, it could very well be a reaction to being frustrated from having unrealistic quotas and poor sales training. Im sure you will have a good experience if you are willing to just accept what they say and not require any explanations. If they had someone who new how to sell, they could have probably had me pay the $200 to $300 and be happy about it, but their attitude was flat out BS. You can tell how much they care by the cookie cutter response they will through up in response to negative reviews instead of actually reaching out to the client and trying to find solutions to their issues.

The office was clean and bright. Everyone was professional and friendly. They made me feel comfortable. The dentist explained what he found. I was given a treatment plan with prices. His assistant suggested what should be done first. The billing clerk was very helpful. She told us about a no interest payment plan and got me set up to start saving my teeth. I was impressed.

Excellent and attentive staff. Each staff member goes above and beyond to help each patient. Always a great experience. I have three kids (18, 14, 12). We are there regularly. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I will never return. My first experience was with Dr. Gonzales and she was fantastic...and then she quit. I then came here for an implant crown last year and decided to see how I liked the new dentist, Dr. Torres. He was very distracted between me and another patient, and as he raced back to my chair he proceeded to put his hands in my mouth without gloves! When he turned around to grab another tool, I asked the dental hygienist to please have him stop and put gloves on before he did anything else. The male dental assistant was extremely pushy about having some deep-clean gum procedure done that 1) would have maxed out my insurance, and 2) I have NEVER had gum issues in my life so this seemed extremely odd. I would strongly discourage anyone I know from going here.

My children are new patients to this practice and we were treated like we have been going there forever. The receptionist was very kind and friendly and remembered my childrens names before we even signed in. Michele, Brenda and Dr. Gonzalez were very helpful and knowledgeable. Let us know what was happening every step of the way. Everybody who we encountered was great. From Dr. Gonzalezs assistant, to the hygienist then to the nice woman at check out. Thank you everyone for making our 1st experience a good experience.

This office is very helpful and went above and beyond what I expected as far as level of care and genuine concern for my familys well being. We have had several appointments over the past year or so and they are always a very pleasant experience. I really appreciate everything they do to make you feel comfortable and in good hands. To start, I had a dentist appointment at 7:30 am. Arrived to the office early and found out that they were suppose to open at 7:00 am. There were a few other customers waiting there also. Some decided to leave at 8 am. Overall, exam was quick.

I’ve been a patient there for ~4 years, the experience has gone from good to mediocre to recently horrible. The lady in the back office is the only constant, constantly curt and condescending. I only persisted to go there because it is close to home. Two things made me leave: first getting a call back 5 days after I left an after hours emergency message for a cracked tooth. I left the message Sat night then went to the office and was seen on Monday and they followed up on my call Thursday surprised that I was able to get in on Monday. Second having to wait on average 45 - 1 hour after appointment times gets old. I finally got fed up with this and decided to find a new Dentist office. Being treated like a human being and not cattle outweighs convenience. It took them a month to respond to this review. This is similar to how they respond to voice messages. Never going back nor recommending this office to anyone else.

I have to say Ive been to quite a few different dentists and Towncare in Clermont ROCKS!!! The dentist was caring and very knowledgeable! The staff on a whole was great and friendly! But Melissa in front desk was extremely helpful going above and beyond! Very professional, friendly and courteous! The team on a whole is fabulous but because of her assistance and great attitude! I will say 10 stars if it was available! Keep up the awesome work!

I had a wonderful experience at Towncare Dental and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a dentist in the area. It is a great facility with friendly staff who are willing to go above and beyond for you. I was new to the area and simply searched for a dentist, found this one and decided to stop in to set up an appointment. The staff were so friendly, explained everything to me, and were happy to accommodate my work schedule. The cleaning was easy and quick, the dentist himself was very friendly, and all of my questions were answered. I will definitely be a forever patient.

If you would like real dental service, stay away from this facility. The best interest of this doctor is sell sell sell you. Felt for a moment I was shopping for a vehicle. I went in for a routine cleaning and the doctor came back with deep cleaning along with an invoice of $1300+ later. He performs a show when assessing your teeth and quite frankly I felt as a side show. Ive been completing routine cleaning for over 18 years and this is the first time I require a deep cleaning of your quadrants. When I inquired if this routine procedure or can revisit after normal cleaning, the doctor responded by saying no. Have a great day sir. Very unprofessional, lack of interest of for the patience. Very unserreal experience and definitely DO NOT recommend this place.

I called Towncare Dental Clermont, on Friday morning 03/29/2019. To make a long story short, that group down there was nothing short of AWESOME. Melissa, thanks for working me in on such very short notice. You understood the dilemma I was in and hooked me up....thank you very much....Rose Marie...although you freaked me out when you opened the package with all those sharp, pointing objects 😁, you kept me calm..thank you....Dr. Torres, you were quick and efficient....got right into it.....You gave me 3 options to what I could do and explained in detail each one.....answering all my questions along the way......The team at Towncare treated me like I was the only client they had......the care, professionalisms, and class exhibited by this team was top notch....thank you again for making my experience a positive one....I will recommend you guys to anyone I talk to looking for dental care....👍🏻

Every time I go into this office, Im told something different. Lets start with the simple fact that I went today for a general cleaning and the technician told me I needed a deep cleaning. When I asked about the cost of it, he (Jim) said that it would cost $232 for the whole mouth. We discussed half and he said itll be $116. I agreed to do the cleaning. I go to checkout and my bill is $425. When I asked the receptionist about it, I was told that he added antibiotics which are $40 per quarter and irrigation. This is NOT my first experience with high cost from this company but Im very limited to the places that I can go to due to insurance. I have a long list of complaints that I can share about this office. Do NOT go here unless you have a money tree attached because there are a lot of hidden cost that are not discussed with patients.

I went today to get my teeth deep cleaned and whitened. I actually had a great time with Denise the Hygienist. She was so patient with me because I was nervous. She was also very knowledgeable and eased my anxiety. Everyone at this office has been so nice and friendly! I am glad my husband and I have found this dental office! :-)

I headed to my dental appointment today in a dismal mood, only to do a complete about face upon the completion of it. I had never had a dental experience such as this, where everyone made you feel at ease in their own way, from the reception to the dentist, an everyone in between. It was complete satisfaction all the way, including no pain from anesthetic injection or the X-rays and deep cleaning. It sure made my day. Many thanks to the whole team.

I have been a patient at Town Dental Care for nearly three years. While their service has been satisfactory their charge for cleanings is excessive. For the past year, each time I visited the price went up. Today I was presented a bill for $216.00. It is my personal opinion they charge what they feel the traffic will bear. I can get my cleanings done elsewhere for about half the price. Today was my last visit.

The wait time is quite ridiculous, majority of the time ,to only been seen for a maximum of 2 minutes for a consultation after leaving work an hour early to make it on time to wait for 15-30 minutes BEFORE BEING SEEN for a very short time. On top of me being upset, that my time wasnt treated respectfully, I also, came in contact with a woman at the check-out desk who always seems to be alone & overwhelmed: with phone calls and dealing with the line of people waiting to speak with her before their exit.THERE WAS AN ISSUE WITH MY INSURANCE THAT SHE PREVIOUSLY ENSURED ME WOULD BE HANDLED BY MY NEXT VISIT-WHICH IS NOW 3 WEEKS LATER AND STILL UNRESOLVED) I became vocal about her not handling it prior to my visit and she asked someone else to handle me because she didnt want to deal with it. I DEFINITELY TOLD HER ABOUT HERSELF AND THAT SHE SHOULD NEVER HAND OFF HER JOBS TO OTHERS BECAUSE IT IS RUDE.PERIOD. While Im with the new helpful receptionist, I overheard her say for them to be the ones to handle my check-outs because THATS NEVER HAPPENING AGAIN. I informed everyone, who is now coming out the woodworks, to see what happened, that ORLANDO TORRES (THE DENTIST) needs to do his job and speak to her about the poor service she is providing. IVE BEEN GOING TO THIS DENTIST SINCE I WAS A CHILD BEFORE THE NAME CHANGES AND AM NOW 24 AND THIS IS THE POOREST SERVICE AND STAFF I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED AND I AM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.

This was our 2’nd appointment with Dr Torres and I have to say this is just the best office we’ve ever been to! Starting with the staff of the most welcoming people to the expert service of Dr Torres , stat to finish a wonderful experience. Tiffany welcomes us , doing a complete and through exam with xrays. She is sweet and knows her stuff , even anticipated what special xrays the Dr would need ! She explained everything as she was doing it . What a treat to be cared for by this beautiful sweet girl. Dr Torres then preformed a through exam, gave us a full explanation and care plan . Took his time to answer all of our questions ! We were back the very next day for fillings ! He took his time and did a fabulous job on my two front teeth ! Couldn’t ask for better service or a more competent group of people ! Best dentist I’ve ever been to he is professional and won’t let you out until the work is perfect! So happy to have found this dental group !Patrick Seminario

Ive been there 3 times now. I appreciate their attention to detail during my exam and was treated very well. My daughter also had a good experience during her dental exam as well as we were seeking a second opinion regarding treatment for her. For 2 of the visits I had no wait. For one visit I waited 45 min. and had to approach the staff regarding the delay. I was very impressed with Dr. Gonzalez with her careful treatment and clear explanations.

Good: knowledgeable and kind assistants and hygienists, especially the pediatric one. The adult dentist was pretty good as well. I could also go back with my daughter, which I really appreciated.Hopefully improved: I believe there has been a shift in office staff, but we had issues with clear communication.Not so good: the sales and treatment plan pushing. Also, the pediatric dentist was not good with bedside manner ... I understood what she was saying, but I felt like she could have been more tactful and not tried to medically diagnose my daughter. Not horrible ... just not the best.

They over charged me for service back in April and I finally received my refund in January. Their staff kept telling me they had no record of me asking for a refund on the amount they overcharged me even though i requested it 3 times.Some of the staff arent very friendly especially the one collecting payment. If it werent for the manager, it would have been 1 star. He worked with me to assure my refund got to me as quickly as possible and followed up to make sure I received it.

Very personable and professional staff. Did not wait for scheduled appointments and when I called in for replacements of temporary crowns that had come off they got me in immediately. So far, very happy with this dental group. .

I was recently in Orlando and needed some emergency dental care. I had an exceptional experience at TOWNCARE OF CLERMONT. The doctors were very knowledgeable and I never felt any “up sale” pressure. The facility was extremely clean and welcoming. All of the staff I encountered (particularly Melissa at the front desk) were incredibly professional and helpful. I would highly recommend this location for your dental health needs.

Although I live on the west coast, I dont mind the travel to get my dental services at Towncare Dental. They offer patient centered care and a high level of professionalism. I specially want to mention Rossie, one of the hygienist, for always taking her time to explain procedures and give me tips on proper dental care.

I booked two back to back appointments for my daughter, who was coming from afar to get a check up and one cavity filled (we already had x-rays done and an exam done elsewhere). When we arrived, we were told that she did not have the two appointments (only time for the exam) and they would not do the procedure that day. In addition, they would not accept the records transferred from the other dentist and wanted to do another set of x-rays (though the others were done merely months before). I felt they were doing unnecessary tests to hike up the bill and I was very disappointed that they completely disregarded the two back to back appointments we made to avoid another long trip. I would never go back to this dental office.

Super Rude treatment from both nurses, saying sling words that are unprofessional. Also office creates issues that are never their to make money which is already overpriced.

Entire Staff is all about up-selling. 1st time we went there they tried selling us the $99 special teeth whitening and fluoride treatments. Told my husband he needed $500 deep cleaning since he doesnt floss well. So we agreed the the deep cleaning. Went in a second time for cleanings again pushed up-selling. Never been to a dentist where the actual dentist does not come in to check your teeth once the hygienist is done. This time they said my husband would always need special cleanings going forward every three months that would cost us $120 a pop. My husband told the hygienist no that he has had deep cleaning in the past and he only wanted the normal cleaning. The hygienist refused. So we requested to speak with the manager. She disappeared for 10 minutes then claimed the office manager had left for the day. She said she left a message for the office manager to call me the following day. No call back. I have called the office 4 times and left messages and was assured Gisele would call me back. She has done nothing but ignore all calls. Poor customer service........We will be taking our business elsewhere.

Town care dental is the best dental clinic in Clermont

I consider myself lucky to have found this dentist (Dr. Gonzales), she is thorough, gentle (even the shots arent bad!) and she was willing to work with me. I do appreciate her and her staff.

Such sweet staff. My mother comes here and she is always so happy with Melissa, Terry, and Cristina. Rosa is her hygienist and shes is great!

The office staff is discourteous, condescending and very unheipful. The actual service isnt much better. For my first appointment I waited in the dentists chair for one hour, falling asleep while he dealt with another patient, with no apology. I am new to Clermont and this is my first experience with such unprofessional services. Stay away from Towncare Dental. There has got to be a better dental office elsewhere in Clermont.

I had the best experience ever in my life of having my teeth fill. The dentist made the total experience painless. Kudos on a job well done.

Picked this office because it was close to home and accepted my dental plan. Was hoping they would be a good choice and I am glad to say they were. Found the staff to be exceptional and the doctor very skilled. Go see for yourself!

Deceptive practices. I believe that the dentist repeatedly tried to sell me unnecessary products and services. I have repeatedly received incorrect information about the cost or price of products and services.Recently the hygienist told me that the procedure I need costs $400. I recall that he asked me to sign an I pad to acknowledge the discussion. I was never shown a treatment plan with over $1000 In charges.Now the office worker tells me I signed this treatment plan agreeing to pay these charges of more than$1000. Such deception. Just tell me the truth! Tell me the cost when I ask.

Great experience. The staff listened to my problems and helped provide solutions (like using a bite guard during exam to help with my TMJ pain and coming early for my filling to allow extra time for the pain medicine to work).I was able to get all of my procedures scheduled for the weeks following my visit (instead of 2-3 months out like at other places). Brenda and Dr. Gonzalez are the absolute best!

Care is excellent. My complaint is that they are so busy and there are so many people using this office, it takes months to get an appointment. The practice has become so large that we decided to find another dentist. It used to be more personal and now seems more like a factory.

The staff there is very friendly and they have great customer service skills. I have been there multiple times and in pain prior to coming in, and leaving some visits. Although the staff expressed my pain level to the dentist he was not interested in providing me any medicine. I have decided to allow him the opportunity to show that he cares about his patients, however, I would not have returned if it wasnt for the staff there...not due what my future looks like with the current situation.

Had to wait for 30 minutes to get in and the Doctor dismissed me because I made a 5 minute phone call before my exam. Horrible treatment from both nurses, saying unprofessional words such as Ah naah

The first and last time I will ever send someone to this dentist office. The dentist is rude and the office staff isnt much better. My boyfriend went there because he was in pain. They said he needed to have several things done. Ok fine no problem they were paid in full and up front. Since then its been a pain in the butt to get an appointment and try and get the issues fixed. About the only time he can get an appointment is when he threatens to want a refund so he can go somewhere else. They always say oh we dont have anything available for like a month or two then when he asks for the refund so he can go somewhere else they mysteriously have an opening. To this day hes still in pain all the issues have not fixed and they were paid in full back in August here it is basically November. Screw this place!! I will never recommend this office to anyone.

I agree with the other posts about upselling. They told me I needed a deep cleaning which would cost me $300 + after insurance kicks in. I asked for a list of what that includes. 4 sets of antibiotics @ $40 each, a home care kit for $69 etc! I said no to all that and decided to go ahead with the deep cleaning with the understanding that I can go back in every 6 months for a general cleaning as I had no problems with my teeth or gums.After the deep cleaning however, I was told I need to go back in every 3 months because I had Periodontal disease and it would cost me $91 out of pocket for each visit! I told them I just want to get a regular 6 months cleaning, I was told they wont do it because this is what the dentist says I needed irregardless of what I can afford or what I choose to have done to my mouth! I was also told to go get a second opinion from another dentist because this is the way it should be! The whole experience just left me very uneasy and mistrustful of them not to mention $165 poorer. Needless to say I will be looking for another dental office.

Dont go here, Went for a regular cleaning, had me on a deep cleaning plan. 392.00 for deep cleaning with insurance. They need to listen there customers. Not trying to upsell everything. Damn Crooks.

Best and friendliest dental experience Ive ever had, hands down. I didnt only feel like I was taken care of, I felt like they really honestly cared. I wouldnt got anywhere else.
