One of the worst places to go for your cpap respiratory needs and supplies. Stephanie and all the staff there should be relieved of their jobs!!! I went there because I needed a replacement mask because the one I received in a shipment was wrong and causing the area under my nose to become raw. When I got there I was told that they will only see people by appointment only. I explained I just needed supplies switched to no avail. Stephanie was the supervisor and said that she would have someone call me to make an appointment. I said that this office needs to be closed down and reported. The Orlando office is much better and able to provide customer service.I ended up going to the Orlando office and helped right away. I told them about what happened and were appalled to hear of my experience.If corporate reads these reviews, the winter Garden office needs to be looked into and all staff fired!!! I will never use them ever again. I notified my insurance company about this as well.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with (Winter Garden Location). I have been consistently lied to for about a week. I understand we are in the middle of a pandemic. I was told they are short on O2 and would deliver the following day a device to fill my O2 bottles myself. The delivery person showed but was missing a part and would return the following day. 4 days later and after being told it was on the truck no one has showed and now I am being told 2 stories 1)it will not fit your concentrator (2)we dont have anymore(which is it). Plus they have told me I would receive 2 bottles of O2. I have received nothing. Run from this company.

I came to Sunbelt to look for a nasal cannula for my husband oxygen machine. No one answered the phone so I drove to the place. To find out they didnt have it and they dont sell to the public. I was like wow!!

Kevin, first day of delivery, Very nice, , even had a dog treat for our dog. Showed me how to fill portable tanks. The main machine sounded like a steam engine so we kept the potable unit from the hospital to use and turned off machine he left. He said he was filling in for regular person who would be out next day. He did not have another unit in his truck and the connector stand for the small potable units that attaches to the top of the machine was broken and would have to sit on the floor. Next day regular person called and came and once he heard the machine we had, replaced it with a quieter one that also had a bracket for the refill section. Nice people, good service.

I am truly happy that I found them. Because I left my appointment today with all my CPAP supplies and supplies to change out my CPAP for the next 3 months. And this is amazing because who I use to use as my CPAP supplies only gave me 1 tubing and filter once a year and my humidifier chamber is as old as my CPAP machine over 5 years old, they never would send me my supplies. So my Experience today with Aero Care was outstanding to walk out of that building with all my supplies for the next three months I was in tears because I have supplies I’ll be able to use my machine and Not have to worry about not be able to breathe. thank you best company I’ve ran across so far.

Two things the word “OFF” IS SPELLED WRONG, YOU HAVE THE WORD “OF” INSTEAD OF THE WORD OFF. It changes the whole meaning of the sentence…. Second, When you click on the help area it says you can not contact this area. It has a 404 error message…

I appreciate the prompt response in receiving additional oxygen equipment/supplies in case of a power outage. The order was placed by the respiratory department at our pulmonologist on Tuesday afternoon and delivered by Juan Wednesday morning with in-depth instructions.Thank you.

Am trying to reach someone in billing Dept. to add insurance card so they wont keep debiting my account when I have coverage.The live person I did get transferred me to nowhere. Have been given 5 different numbers.Three hours later, no call back, no way to reach a person.Will cancel the debit card on file for autopay. That may get their attention.Will find another provider.This is healthcare at its worst.

Ive been with a CPAP for over 15 years now and when I switched machines and hoses/masks, it took a little while to get comfortable again. But J.R. and Stephanie Leady at the office kept at it until I had the perfect combination. Covid19 delayed things from the usual, I guess, but in the end, they did great and I recommend them. Very satisfied now. Great job. And thank you, AeroCare.

Excellent customer service as when I first got called for the delivery, and she totally understood my fear of a scam. She then said my doctors name and the piece of equipment. I apologized for the time, cant be too careful! The delivery driver called then texted his arrival. He was on time, and showed me how to use the device! You guys rock!

I rated the Service at four because the technician was very polite and wore a mask; however, he demonstrated the sleep device to my wife; handling it and putting his finger in the finger holder with his bare hands; then handing it to her; which is a easy way to pass on the virus; I believe all the technicians should wear gloves when handling items before handing it to the customer as an added precaution because of their age and vulnerability. These people will do everything in their power to kill you. They send you broken equipment and when you try to get a tech, they give you the runaround. I had to be hospitalized again because I could not get the oxygen I needed from the machine. We are seeking legal recourse to pay for the return trip to the hospital.

Terrible customer service and follow up. Impossible to reach on the phone. Had supplies billed twice under the incorrect supplier and the full amount was charged to my credit card twice and never refunded. Filed complaints with FDACS website.Reported to Google since all reviews during the past month are 5 stars.
