Brian is very professional. My surgery was postponed one week and the equipment had been shipped based on original date; no extra charge for the extra week. Prices are the best I found.

Equipment was in great shape and served my husband well, the only problem is BE VERY CAREFUL TO RETURN EXACTLY ON TIME! We did not have paperwork in the box which said it had to be mailed back exactly on the eighth day. Starting on the eighth day you are charged. I was waiting on an insurance form to be returned from doctors office to include in the box. Again, equipment was very helpful for our week face down BUT BE CAREFUL ON RETURNING!
