I have been a patient of Dr. Román for 5 months and I have felt very well cared for by the entire group of nurses and professionals at the medical center, except for the person who works at the reception Tania who responds with disdain and without any kind of education or respect for the patient, giving the medical center a not very good image and taking away the desire to return and recommend the medical center to new patients just for not seeing the person at the reception.

Visit Clermont office Dr Roman is the best physicians and everybody in that office including front desk employee Tania are the best she have compassion and care about their patients. Nurses Vanessa and Christina they treat you as family members they care about patients. Great job Claremont office you should train Orlando office on how to treat patients!!You are the best team!!

My mom recently went there for the first time, not impressed with the service, they took a long time to send in her prescriptions to her mail in pharmacy, so she was out of them for a few days, I called them to ask them if they can call in a short supply to a local pharmacy, the person on the phone was very rude and not helpful, I explained that my mother had run out and is requesting to have all of the meds they just filled sent into for a 1 week supply, right away she said you have to call the mail away pharmacy, I explained again that it is not here and regardless she needs medication for diabetes, heart and blood pressure, the next excuse was oh the insurance won’t pay, so I said for a 5 day supply we can pay put of pocket, again she has none, finally she says what are the names of the meds, I told her it was all of the meds that were just filled, she has only been there once, and only has 5 meds that all need 5 days only, she refused to help even though they are only maintenance drugs not controlled substances and was very rude, having worked in the medical field for 18 years myself doing her exact same job I have never made so many excuses to not help someone, and for maintenance drugs
