I was an employee for over a year. The office staff was fantastic and worked around my schedule. My pay was always on time and accurate. Any concerns I had were taken care of, even lending an ear for just a talk.

Great experience during a difficult time for our family. Everyone from office staff to the lady that helped my dad, everyone was very compassionate and caring. Could not have asked for a better end of life support team for my dad. Highly recommend this company.

The office staff is very helpful and do a great job keeping me up to date with my fathers care plan. It’s been challenging managing his care from a distance but his caregivers and all of the office do an excellent job of keeping me informed and up to date. I highly recommend this company

I love Granny Nanny’s. They sent me two face masks. This was a God send. Just goes to show how special they are. In a time of immense stress they are thinking about how to help others. From the bottom of my heart thank you! The face masks are beautiful.

My companion had daily Granny Nannies care from 2011 until his death in 2019. As his Parkinsons symptoms progressed over the years his caregivers were a lifeline, keeping his spirits up in addition to giving him loving care. They encouraged him to live the best life possible and applauded his efforts. Several of them were with him for 4 years of more and were (and still are) considered members of the family.I recently required Granny Nannies care - someone to drive me to doctors appointments, physical therapy and grocery shopping until my fractured knee cap heeled. Again, the help I received was excellent.Ive recommended Granny Nannies to everyone I come in contact with who needs caregiver help.

Really rating should be -1, I couldnt agree with you more regarding their book keeping, I just got a bill for 4 hours at $6 an hour that I didnt order. I used them once to go as an outpatient that required a driver and a person waiting for me, the girl over charged me by $31 and then to add insult to injury the company sent me a bill for $51, the girl gave them back the $31 which I deducted from the $51 and sent them a check for $20, the other day I got a bill for $24 for 4 hours at $6 an hour for which I never ordered, I will dispute this and trying to take my name off their client list, I would never use them again. Kim and Heather are nice, but management and billing is certainly lacking and insulting, furthermore the girl that drove me either took money from my wallet or left it unattended as she wanted to go for coffee and all the cash was missing except for $2. I feel I have more than compensated this company and the girl for any services rendered and would never recommend them or use them again.
