I used this company for my grandmother for a few months. They were very accommodating to my changing schedule. Caregivers were great with my grandma! We loved Olivia and Sheila.

Very unreliable company. I hire them to take care of my parents. Every time last minute they cancel right before they are to show up. Holidays don’t even think about it. They NEVER have anyone available. But they don’t even bother to call you to tell you they don’t have anyone to cover the holidays. I called to inquire and their response is well they will have to stay alone.

As our Dad aged we found he needed 24 hour care. He was insistent that he not live with his children but rather be independent. If you find yourself in a similar situation, definitely call Visiting Angels. They have a very responsive office staff and great caregivers. It was a great choice for our family.
