I had the best experience at this location! Riley was extremely helpful - I was impressed by her product knowledge and brand recommendations. She quickly greeted me and not only pointed out what she personally likes and why, but how each product differs. I stopped at the location for advice and a quick pick up and I was thrilled with the service I received!

I tend to shop here from time to time because its next to my gym. However today I was helped by Riley, and Ive never had a better experience! She was super friendly and really knowledgeable in her products. It really says something when a positive buying experience can make your day!

Really great store , I usually find what I need here all the time. Best staff everyone knows what they’re talking about when I ask questions ,Especially Riley she obviously knows and goes really in depth 10/10.

Very rude, never acknowledged entering shop. Then when I asked a question about buying a supplement, he remained behind the register looking at his computer. He stated,” I don’t know what do you want it for”? I gave him my answer, looking at a wall of supplements and he never came from behind counter to assist in choosing a product. I shrugged it off thinking the guy is just having a bad day, then I asked how long another product would be on sale, again no movement from the counter, looking down, he answered, “I don’t know”. I left the shop. Never again, the Vitamin Shoppe is courteous AND knowledgeable. SMH!! (Clermont, FL location)

I love this location! Steven was very helpful and knowledgeable. He pointed me in the right direction when trying to search for a women’s daily vitamin! Highly recommend this gnc

Useless n lazy customer service. GNC employees are always helpful n make recommendations but when I asked the guy behind the counter he mumbled to himself n did not bother to come out n help me.

Clean facility and friendly staff always willing to talk or offer recommendations on products. A wide variety of brands to choose from, and usually a wide variety of flavors. The merchandise can be expensive and sometimes the volume is a bit larger for untried items.

Very overpriced and the staff wasnt friendly and was irritated because I had to return something.

Awesome place had some MRE Bars which I dont see that often at GNC. Worker there was a bit distracted lol maybe bad day 🤷🏾‍♂️

Tried 5 different items over a period of six months. Nothing works all a gimmick. Save your money. Eat right and exercise...
