My husband and I think that Dr. Tracey Scully is the best optometrist weve ever had. She is so thorough and conscientious ‐‐ just having her perform the exam inspires confidence! My husband went for glasses ‐‐ mission accomplished. I, on the other hand, had a more serious eye problem, which she addressed thoroughly and efficiently. I was promptly promised a referral to a good ophthalmologist. Other staff at this location is also very efficient, and friendly. Altogether, a win/win experience!

Dr. Gonzalez & Janay were great! Dr. Gonzalez was very nice and I felt like she genuinely cared about me as a patient! Janay was very helpful in the checkout process and answered any questions I had! Would come back because of the great customer service and care I received!

Brought my son in for an exam, when he was all done I asked what the results were and was told he needs glasses. I asked if the doctor needed to talk to me or explain the results and I was told nope. If we want glasses talk to the people in the main area. There was zero consultation from the Doctor, no discussion on his eye health. Just pay for the picture and move along.

Every single person at the optical center was amazing! They all were so personable, observant of my needs and answered all my questions taking their time and making sure I was satisfied. Will definitely be coming back for future eye appointments. Also loved being surprised that target opticals blue light filter is actually clear unlike other facilities!

This visit was terrible,I went in for an eye exam and she said it wouldnt matter that I had a stiy in my eye,that I should put the contacts in ,when I did that,I noticed that I couldnt see my phone numbers,which I could previously,she said she wasnt going to change the contacts and I should wear them untill the next appointment,,just think about all the ways see did a shirt job on just me,then think about going to a different eye doctor and thx, customers be concerned with her

Best eye exam I’ve had!

Very helpful and welcoming. On time and quick appointment. I have always been nervous of trying contacts, but she gave me some good info and confidence to give it a try.

A month ago I had my annual eye exam and got new glasses. At the appointment, Dr. Nguyen said I could also get contacts. At the time I was not sure if I wanted contacts, but then thought about it and decided it might be good since my glasses fog up when wearing a face mask. When I went to pick up my glasses, I told the technician that I decided that I wanted contacts and thought I would have to make another appointment to discuss. I told her that I had already had my eye exam and Dr Nguyen said I could get contacts. The appointment was made for December 10. I arrived and now I am told that I need another eye exam for contacts, and since my insurance will only pay for one eye exam per year, the cost would be out of pocket. Having another eye exam did not make sense to me since I had just had one 4 weeks earlier. I ended up not having the exam and will just discuss getting contacts next year. I do have to mention that all the staff are lovely and handle their customers with care. I think this may have just been some confusion on the staff member’s part and maybe a little training would help.

It was my first time going to Target Optical. Was able to make an appt on a Sunday afternoon & Dr. Scully was very personable, thorough and attentive. She explained what she was testing and why and listened to my history, in regards to Lasix and cataract surgeries. Will be back every year for check ups.

Eye exam was okay however the technicians didnt seem that well trained with the machines. Didnt like the back and forth wait after dilation of my eyes. Im use to once the Dr starts the exam it is from start to finish no waiting in between while other clients are seen.
