We used Home Depot this year for new windows and sliding glass doors. The process took a ridiculous 9 months to complete with terrible communication. Then we made the mistake of trying to get them to install carpet in 3 bedrooms. Customer service was a joke and we canceled the project before it was even started after they failed to complete the necessary process to send someone to measure the rooms. We called a local flooring company and they took care of it the same day. Never again.

Look out ,AC installers tried to scam us with prize matching,you will pay more for a cheeper unit.
