Mr. Electric has been our electrician for about 20 years and we are very happy with all the work they have done. John Kane was the electrician for our most recent work and he is very good, efficient and did a great job.

Impressed with the whole process. They answered the phone prompty, was very friendly, and got me an appointment the same day. I recieved a text message that Israel was on the way, and even got a picture of him and a short bio. He even showed up a little early wearing a mask. Was friendly too and very professional, and really knew his stuff. He diagnosed the issue fairly quickly and and got power restored to my AC air handler. Pricing was very fair too and I will definitely use them again if I ever need anything.

Easy booking online and Great Communication throughout. Electrician was professional, explained the scope of work and supplied an estimate. Work was completed efficiency, everything was cleaned up and sealed up and I received an invoice via email.Highly recommend.

Jason Pricher was out to my house and gave an estimate, and while this estimate may have been higher than other companies, I still chose to have Jason install my 50 amp plug, soley based on his professionalism, industry knowledge, and his ability to dumb down his technical talk so that a homeowner can understand. The work is also very clean and clearly high quality. Keep up the good work Jason!

Lee Ward is the ultimate professional. He completed the install of a whole house surge suppressor and the replacement of a cut off switch for our A/C compressor. I made an appointment with Mr. Electric, Mr. Lee Ward (Technician) came out to my residence within the time frame given. I explained the problem I was experiencing with Mr. Ward. His statement was, I can fix it. Mr. Ward took care of my Generac issue. He was very knowledgeable of his craft. I would definitely call Mr. Electric again!

We received excellent, professional service from their technician Lee. He was wonderful! Kathy and the entire staff in the office were very organized and a pleasure to deal with. They have clear communication, prompt scheduling and reasonable rates. The highest customer service with no hidden fees is what you will get from this company, so do not hesitate to hire them! We were quite impressed and will definitely use them for all of our electrical needs in the future. :-)

The electrician itemized and quoted the price we would pay if he were to proceed. The price was then locked in. No surprises. As he worked, if he noticed any issues we should be aware of, such as an out of date Surge protection system, he then provided us with an estimate for our consideration. The electrician walked into my home and within 3 minutes he found out it was the GFR button on the outlet and charged me $145. So if your outlets are not working check your GFR button it may have tripped and save yourself $145.

My mother says the guys that conducted the electrical job on her home were very professional, nice and took their time which everything turned out great! All 3 ceiling fans and electrical wiring was done on time and as scheduled. I spoke with Kathy on the phone and made the appointment and paid for the service. She was awesome contacting me and doing me a favor of letting me take care of the bill instead of my mother. Thank you so much! Would def recommend your service again.

This company outsources its’ appointment system. You have to provide a myriad of information EACH time you call. It took me at least 5 calls in order to find out what they charge just for showing up. Extremely pricey. $139 for the service call. I can only imagine what they take you for any work. What is irritating is the call center doesn’t know their service call fee. But, they ask everything except your shoe size when you call. I only got a tech from Mr Electric because I pleaded with the call center as my appointment was the next day. I felt the $139 charge just to show up was excessive, and the customer service lacking...while they have good reviews, you are going pay a bundle using Mr. Electric. Save time and money going elsewhere.
