Angela at the pharmacy was awesome With getting us set up as walk-ins for my son’s first Covid vaccine.Although It was super busy and they had five appointments ahead of him and we were one of three walk-ins, they were so accommodating.Jerika was amazing..super fast and efficient and pleasant while administering the shots.I am not sure why anyone rated this location so because they were safe fast friendly and efficient .Kudos to Jerika and Angela !!

Staff are friendly and helpful. Management are incompetent, passive aggressive with the simplest of question and dishonest along the way. 2 stars for the stellar helpful staff tho.

A new and very clean location, definitely A-OK. The biggest issue here was the checkout. There were about six people in line ahead of us and for awhile there was only one cashier checking people out. After a bit another associate was able to come up and help, and then after a bit more a manager came up to help. So be ready to wait in line.The store was well stocked and had a very new feeling. They had standard pricing and merch youd expect for this chain. I do like to shop them for seasonal items when it comes close to that particular holiday as they do sale pricing.Overall: BNeeds a bit of work on the checkout end, but otherwise a regular experience in a new / clean store.

This location needs to have their staff educated and not take advantage of the elderly. The pharmacy tech should know that Walgreens doesn’t accept caremark insurance. They should refer the patient to their insurance to tell them that cvs take Caremark insurance instead of trying to take advantage of an elderly person saying their meds aren’t covered and they need to pay out of pocket for the full cost which was in the hundreds of dollars range. Very disappointed with this location. Nothing has changed with them. Been like this since 2001!

So unprofessional and unorganized. I work at a doctors office and attempted to call in medications for my patients after the pharmacy filled improperly. I was placed on two twenty minute holds only to be disconnected. Called to speak with a manager who was also unhelpful. Pharmacy tech answered the phone three separate times only to put be back on hold. Finally hung up and told patients to pick up scripts and a better and more professional pharmacy.

This is not my pharmacy however, I had to use it because my store didnt have the medication. The pharmacy personnel at this store has no compassion or sense of urgency for people trying to obtain their meds. When it comes to having to reach out for approvals or to obtain additional information needed to process a prescription they leave it up to the patient to figure it out. They dont move a finger to go the extra mile. Every day there was a new requirement. And important information was never shared until it was too late. At least this was my experience. Had to call for three consecutive days and ended up paying for the medication because they still needed information to process it through the insurance. Three days with no medication was unacceptable.

I’ve been going to this Walgreens since 2000 and have always had great service. Staff is very helpful and very knowledgeable.

Looking past the corporate changes and pharmacy hours, I look to the heart of the store. The 24 hour store/pharmacy was convenient. However I can understand why the changes were made. Especially to the pharmacy. It became a safety thing, especially with the rise in the abuse of prescription pain medication. Unfortunately its the case of a law abiding citizen getting punished for those who break the law. However, I will give the store a 5 star rating everyday because of the employees that work there. To be fully honest in my review theres one pharmacist Im not a huge fan of but he knows his stuff and he does his job well. He just comes across at times as not being a people person. It could be because hes introverted, or just doesnt have social skills. Or maybe I just caught him on a bad day. It is not my place to judge. I do not know him. Its not enough to make me complain about him or the store. The other employees, from management to the cashiers are wonderful. I go to Walgreens often and even though I pay more money when I go there for some things I could get cheaper at lets say Walmart, I like the atmosphere better. They take the time to get to know you. If youre OK with having conversations with them. If your one that really doesnt wanna talk, they do their job, are polite and then you go about your day, and they go about theirs. However, if you are one that doesnt mind small conversations they enjoy that to. You feel like a guest, not a customer. No, to be honest, more like a friend than a customer. They know my kids and they ask about them. If I send photo books in to be printed or pictures to be printed when I come in and they see me they have them out and ready for me. Its a place that feels like home. I cannot speak for all Walgreens stores. However, this one is awesome, because of the people.

Never a time that I dont wait forever for my prescriptions and calling the store is a joke cant ever get a human on the phone. Wish my insurance would except CVS. Never had a problem with them.

I came in looking for one of my most favorite employees (Carlos Robinson). He is no longer employed there. Biggest lost in Walgreens history aside from Charles Rudolph Walgreen. Lost 30 customers, including myself; bad for business. Whenever I go there, Id hear other employees talking down on each other in the aisle(s) across from me on their headsets. Never again will I step foot on this companys premises.

Way to change the times for pharmacy .... I live in winter garden and theyre not 24 hr out there .Literally chose this location specifically for that . I go out of my way specifically for that . My hours are crazy at work so sometimes i cant swing by til 9pm/10pm ... thanks for making me waste my precious time and gas after a 9+ hour day .

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!!This pharmacy is always slow. The pharmacy techs seem like they have no idea whats going on. I have had nothing but problems with this location every single time I have to come here. Will definitely be switching to CVS soon.

I am so upset right now, my daughter has strep and an ear infection, and the pharmacy didnt even have the courtesy to call to let me know that because their system was having problems with co pays they couldnt fill her prescription. So I waited an hour for them to tell me this, then they said its been down since last night but they could call me when they could fill it... what?!? So my daughter can go even longer being sick! Then they wouldnt even send the prescription somewhere else. This place is a joke.

The pharmacist was very helpful. There was an issue with the prescription and she went out of her way to figure it out the issue in order for me to receive the meds for my mother in Law.

The store is very clean and we have never had any issues, other than occasionally long lines. Very helpful to have a 24-hour pharmacy nearby!

Worst customer care ever encountered, some Hispanic pharmacist thinks he is God telling me he would block me from using Walgreens as my pharmacy because I disagreed with his decision even though the night before the pharmacist on duty stated I can refill a prescription on the following day, worst service ever, even though I’m Hispanic this pharmacist is one racist incompetent person.

Consistently have problems at this pharmacy. Im on medication that needs to get filled monthly, and each and everytime its like the first time Im bringing it to them. I ask them what they expect from me so I have my end covered and to make their job easier, like what day to bring the prescription by to make sure they will have it in stock for me when it is due to be filled. And depending which pharmacist is working I get different rules each time and I get treated rudely like I did something wrong when all Im doing is following what they say. Then when the day comes for me to get the medication filled I swear without fail, they dont have it in stock or they dont have enough and I have to wait another day or more, even though I need to take this medication multiple times a day and if I dont take it as scheduled I become extremely sick. And when I ask why they dont have it in stock they tell me I should come in a few days prior so they can put the order in and make sure they have it and that way itll permanently be on file, even tho thats exactly what I do EVERY SINGLE TIME and they still act like its the first time Ive been there. I wish I was exaggerating but this literally happens every single month, i actually become anxious and worry when I get near the end of my medication because I know what Im going to have to deal with to try and get it refilled. It should not be this difficult for someone to get their medication especially someone who is a consistent repeat customer. I dont get how people who have a career in healthcare can be so inept and careless towards people who need medical assistance

Is this some kind of joke...I transfered a prescription to this place and the lady in the pharmacy didnt even check and told me to comeback tomorrow because she didnt had it on sistem..I told her that Im a truck driver and that it was an emergency because I was leaving tonight to Idaho and couldnt just park on every walgreeens witha tractor trailer and she just limited herself to say sorry translation (DIE IF YOU WANT) then I was ready to leave when I decided to call the pharmacy that made the transfer and the guy pharmacist said he did transfered it...so I came back and the same person that told me all the BS had a face like Ive killed her family or some like that,then this other lady checked and WHAT ARE THE ODDS.???it was there and they were working on it...REALLY....???THAT OTHER LADY DIDNT WANTED TO HELP ME...WHY YOU JUST DONT GO TO ANOTHER JOB IF YOU DONT LIKE YOURS...

Sat on hold for 45 minutes for pharmacy to check on my 4 year olds prescription and got no answer you would think it would be a little more persistent smh very disappointed

I would liken my experience at the pharmacy like going to a bad macdonalds where they screw your order up EVERYDAY TIME but overall CVS is the worst walgreens is right behind them,no I take that back they are both equally worthless

My prescription was sent yesterday and now today at 12 pm they claim to not have it. I’ve been to places where in less than 30 min they were calling me to say it was ready to pick up. That’s 30 min after leaving my drs office!

Not friendly and helpful

The pharmacy section does not deserve a single star. Terrible service. 9:30 pm the prescription is delivered, they dispatch at 11:00 pm and they have the nerve to tell you that they do not have the antibiotic. A case of diverticulitis, which without antibiotics can get worse, Thanksgiving Eve, nothing opens the next day. Being able to tell you quickly that they do not have it to be able to go to another pharmacy before they close. Total irresponsibility, lack of professionalism and ethics.
