I highly recommend this practice! Office staff were professional, prompt, polite and helpful. The Hygienist and Dentist were knowledgeable, detailed, explained everything they were going to do and extremely professional. I will be making this practice my perminant office for dental services.

Every appointment I’ve had has gone smoothly—the practice runs on-time, friendly, very clean and COVID safe. It surely isn’t easy to work in a dental office during a pandemic, yet the staff are upbeat and friendly. I feel welcomed and cared for. I feel everyone is well trained and good at what they do. The location is convenient to local highways, office is easy to find, ample parking very near the entrance. Light, bright waiting room.

Office staff is always professional and kind. This visit was my second cleaning since the Covid restrictions were lifted. The extent to which everyone in the office protected themselves with PPE and protective glass barriers, I felt safe being in the office and getting my teeth cleaned. The hygienist, Erica, always does such a great job making sure my teeth are cleaned and I am OK during the procedure. Dr. Cassar has a great staff and I highly recommend her as a dentist.

My mom is elderly and on a fixed income and came in to your office to get a tooth pulled. Halfway thru her appointment a lady came in and told her she had to pay for her bill in full that day. My mom said she needed to speak with her husband and was told he could not come back. She was told that they like to take some of her blood and mix with bone morrow to pack it. My mom only wanted her tooth pulled thats all. Then she was charged over 600.00. I believe that my mom was taking advantage of and ripped off.

Wonderful team and environment. I suffer from severe dental anxiety due to experience. Which has made me avoid consistent dental care. I knew I needed much work. CDC made me feel at ease from sign in until check out. Very painlessly thorough. I left with my teeth looking amazing after step one of my dental plan. Cant wait to go back for step two! Who wouldve ever thought! Awesome team and staff! The dental hygienist is AMAZING!!!!!!!!!

This is an amazing place to have your teeth taken care of! They care about more than just your teeth! They care very much on your comfort and feelings! Great conversations and very comfortable! If I have to wait for the doctor to come in for a final overview, I have no problem waiting, because I am comfortable and happy.

I was planning to leave a great review before I received a bill. Very friendly stuff and it seems like they’re professionals. They were very friendly with my baby while I got my examination. BUT be prepared to be charged additionally. Before my examination I asked many times if everything will be covered by my insurance. I didn’t want to receive any additional service only annual examination +cleaning, during my visit they told me that everything will be covered by insurance.. A few weeks later I received a bill and now I had to pay them 80$. They just told me that it was just estimate before my visit. Well, you know if you do not know if some service will be covered or not just tell about it before, don’t lie, so I could check it with my insurance before and then decide if I want to receive that service or not.Updated: they made a refund. Thanks for that.

I had such a wonderful experience with this dental office. From the time, i entered the office until i left the office. I was treated with such a pleasant demeanor from everyone ii came in contact with. I also noticed that others that came in the office was treated the same way. I definitely would recommend this office. This was my first time, but i am committed to returning to this office for a long time.

I’m from the west coast and needed an evaluation for tooth ache. I found the reception and assistants kind and helpful. Was extremely impressed with Dr. Cassar who spent a lot of time evaluating and explaining possible causes and treatment. No doubt that she would be my dentist if I lived here!!!

I can’t say enough GREAT things about this AWESOME Staff, from the first time I ever entered the doors of this office I’ve been treated like family (you know, the family you like to see coming). They are very professional, thorough, and explain things in layman’s terms - for those of us who aren’t as versed in “teeth talk”. From having a fear of dentist as a child - I no longer have anxiety when I know I’ve got to go - Thanks to Dr. C. and her staff! If you need a dentist - she’s the ONE!

My son had an immediate need for a tooth repair which turned into a root canal as well. He was a first time patient, and they got him in within 2 hours of me calling the office. The staff were all very nice and made him feel comfortable. We are switching our whole family to this office for our cleanings and any other dental needs we may have. I highly recommend this office!

Lost a crown one night and they saw me the next morning, even though I was not one of their regular patients. (My dentist is still in city we moved from).The entire staff was friendly, courteous, and respectful. They took my concerns seriously, and listened, as I have anxiety when it comes to dentists. They took every measurable step to make sure I was comfortable. Realizing that some procedures aren’t pain-free, they gave me the option of numbing to make sure I didn’t have a negative experience. I did go without, but that rests completely on me and I didn’t suffer too terribly. Was good as new when I left!I have found a new home for dental care, and I highly recommended them to anyone else who may be looking!

I had a wisdom tooth that had broken almost completely off and had a huge cavity in it. Im terrified of the dentist due to past experiences. I also dont have insurance. Going here and having the staff be so friendly and not judging me at all, reassuring me every step of the way, being patient with me and taking their time and making me laugh meant the world. I cried on my way to the dentist before I met everyone and left with people I trust fully. I didnt feel much the whole time and when I did feel something once they didnt hesitate to fix that with out any problems. I love this place and have already referred 2 people since leaving 45 minutes ago. This is my new dentist office!

I love this group! From the moment you walk in you’re greeted by friendly professionals who go out of their way to make sure your expections are met. Alex and Margaret are so fabulous! I’ve been seeing Erica for two years now and I think she might be the very best dental hygienist EVER. Like seriously, she makes getting your teeth cleaned almost enjoyable. Because really, there’s no way it could ever be totally enjoyable, but she’s fantastic! Angela is such a great dentist and she’s great about addressing any concerns. She’s understanding and there’s never any pressure. I’d recommend this group to anyone.

I was initially pleased with the care. I was new to area and had a front tooth chip and chose this office due to needing an emergency appt. I had no dental insurance amd had go pay out of pocket for everything. I had only had a few cavities in my life so I thought it would be fixed easily. But This chipped tooth turned into a root canal and a permanent crown placement as the only option and I had to do it or a veneer if I wanted my front top tooth to not be chipped in half. So I did as she said against feeling pushed into it due to desperation to be rid of a chipped front tooth whem I had always had beautiful straight teeth. Some fillings for some cavities and filling for a little decaying was all that I had experienced. Nothing that could be seen on my teeth when I smiled or spoke bc it had been on the lower back area of the tooth when I had it filled.I cared for it properly, however the crown fell out less than 18 months after paying over $3000 for root canal and crown! There was a small piece of tooth they had left that was the size of a needle that slid and fit perfectly into the tiny hole on the crown they had fit it for, so tiny that it almost seemed it was made to fail. I had No tooth issues during pregnancy that would have caused this malfunction.Apparently, No post was placed, just that little sliver of a piece she left from my original tooth... .I went back the day after it fell out. The solution? Put a little more of the concrete and place it on the needle size piece (needle size around, it was less than half a centimeter in length) and no other offer to fix the problem. I was evenassured it would not last woth no care or concern on their part. Just blunt, matter of fact attitude. And big surprise, w it didnt last a week even.But This time the concrete broke off the small piece that was created to hold the crown and so it was not just my gum and my crown... I went back and was told they could apply more concrete for temorary fix, but I would need to pay for a new procedure if I wanted it fixed permenantly. No offer to discount. No concern for it because it wasnt their problem anymore. When I called and requested my full dental records from theur office, it was over an entire month later before they informed me my records were finally ready (for less than 2 years servoce which consisted of only a root canal, crown and a quick glue job after they failed) and could be picked up.... No, I am not exaggerating a bit.By that time, I had already received 2 second opinions, one by a dentist specializing in cosmetic dentistry and cosmetic reconstruction and another by an endodontist, both validated my suspicion of a botched job that was down with many parts of the procedures either done wrong or skipped completely due to my lack of knowledge on what all was supposed to be taking place. I washed my hands of it and had a new post and crown placed for almost half the price paid before and still lasting strong now.It would be one thing if I had been shown some sort of empathy for the work they did failing very quickly. A crown is tp last 5 to 15 years. But 5 years minimum and thats on a short end of its life span! Any dentist with standards would have offered atleast an apology or a discount for another procedure to fix this!!I see some good reviews listed here and thats great. However, I believe there are more cases like mine though. Many more. bc if it was most all happy patients with so very few to none unsatisfied patients, then this wouldnt have been the outcome to my case.** To your reply: I have no decay/gum diseased issues to use for an excuse. So after doing the root canal, you saw no cavity and believed 100% that crown would hold for years w/out posts? Really? Front tooth or not, you failed to secure my crown & NEVER, NOT ONCE offered any discounted procedure. You only suggested a flipper or an implant & quoted me full price. So I suggest you refrain from insinuating it was my doing w/ your hypothetical scenarios. Theyre nothing but a way for you to claim youre 0% responsible....

Hygienist was great...felt like they werent being truthful about certain treatments and were trying to sell me products I didnt need. Extremely pushy... your a dental office not a used car dealer.

Hygienist is kind and made sure I was comfortable. Dr Cassar noticed my filling from another dentist had chipped away and worked me into her schedule immediately to have the filling repaired all in the same visit! Dental assistants were helpful and the front staff were very welcoming! Im hesitant to go into any doctors office. Everyone in the practice were so helpful and accommodating! Clemmons Comprehensive Dental Care is the best dental office I’ve been to in a long time.

My visit yesterday (for a filling) was, as always, a great experience. Ive had more than an few dentists in my life, in three states and seven cities. All of them were sastisfactory, but this one is clearly the best. Friendly, professional, and up to date on all newer (high-tech) dental care methodos. Highly recommend.

I was very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism exhibited by everyone during my visit! Even though this was my first visit to this office and I was a few minutes late because of a problem with my GPS, I was received graciously and treated as though I was exactly on time (which I am, almost always). Each person with whom I had contact: Tori (secretary), Teresa (hygienist), Dr. Cassar, and Teresa (office manager) was very professional and friendly. Even though I have several dental problems that need to be corrected, I left the office feeling that I would be in good hands throughout the process. The office has a very welcoming and caring atmosphere, which I am sure is do in great part to Dr. Cassar!

I must say that CCDC is by far the best dentist office I have been to. I chipped my front tooth at work and Dr. Cassar at CCDC was recommended. Not only did Dr. Cassar fix my tooth they also were able to work me in and clean my teeth the same day. I must say Ashley Carter the Dental Hygienist was great and my teeth have never felt so clean. It had been awhile since I had been to the dentist and they all made me feel very comfortable.
