Everyone is really nice but very expensive. They told me it would be between 3k-6k for the program. I figured if it was around 4k I would of tried it out. You go for the free consult first. They don’t tell you how much it will be until you talk to the nurse and give her all your medical information which cost about $350. You fill out all the papers then you tell her the same thing you just filled out, which was a pointless appointment. After that you have to do another consult with the Doctor which cost another $350 and he said the same thing in the first consult. After that they want the evaluation with the chiropractor which is another $250. So you are already out almost $1k before they tell you the fee for the program. The fee was close to $7k plus the chiropractor is another $100 a week for a 6 month program. It averages out to about $400 an hour or more. Not to mention they told me I could use insurance for the Lab work then said no they won’t cover it, so that’s another $500. Way too expensive. I wish it was more affordable. I estimate about 9k or more for the 6 month program. You meet once a week for one hour and it doesn’t include all the extras they will want you to do. They should tell you the price at the first consult before you are out $1k. I guess they figured they have to make something because once they hit you with the fees you will be out.

Root Cause Medical Clinic and Dr Sterling Peterson have helped me feel so much better over the past few months. I have gone to chiropractors before, but this facility is top notch. Dr. Sterling is patient and effective. His adjustment style makes you feel very comfortable. The clinic itself is also very inviting.This is by far the most impactful chiropractic experience I have had on my overall health.

Love Root Cause, the place is spotless clean, friendly and professional staff, and Dr. Sterling is very thorough, caring and gentle yet effective for those of us that have a tricky neck situation. I feel I’m in safe hands and have felt better each time I go. I also love that along with the adjustment I get to have decompression therapy which feels amazing on my neck amd back.

I had been to many doctors and had what seemed to me to be an unsolvable situation as all the doctors just told me I was fully healthy and couldn’t explain the symptoms I was having. Root Cause helped me find a solution that is working and for that I’m very grateful. They are definitely on the expensive side though.

I came here for the first time a few days ago for a Chiro adjustment. It was truly wonderful! The space so clean and inviting. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming. Dr. Sterling was thorough with his adjustment process. And everyone I encountered was very friendly making me feel like I’ve known them for ages. 5 stars are well earned!

Just wanted to say thanks for ‘straightening me out’ – I had never seen a physical therapist, only trying chiro after chiro and seeming to improve only to have the underlying problem remain. Once the PT, Ron, and I consistently ‘peeled the onion’ of which issues I had, and found more related and basic muscles and issues, I was able to understand for the first time what stretches and exercises this body (as opposed to all bodies, which generally are described in some books I’ve read) needed to improve. I feel the most stable as I have felt since I was a teenager, and am very glad to have met the great folks at the Root Cause…even the front desk staff!

To me, this is the future of medicine. Having a team of professionals that have different backgrounds coming together to try and create the best treatment plan is the best way of doing things. Each person I came in contact with was kind, caring, and professional and was truly wise in trying to provide the best treatment and care they could for me.

Woke up with severe lower back pain with no explanation as to how I got it, and I left with an understanding of what was happening and the pain completely gone!

I love the staff and place. They genuine care for you and want you to get better in a different way. I recommend it several people to go there. Its a great place to get better without having pills push that you finding out what is the cause of your sickness.

Very high end, clean & professional environment and staff. The Chiropractors are extremely competent and knowledgeable. The head doctor is awesome and has a holistic approach to finding the root cause of your problems not just throwing you on drugs which only mask the problem. Strongly recommend.

Awesome clinic with a super clean and aesthetic place. The doctors are really committed to explaining everything that their doing and making sure you understand! They really push to ensure there are no momentary fixes and whatever the pain is handle it for the long term.

Very competent and friendly staff whose sole purpose it is to make you well by handling the cause of your problem, without using drugs or surgery, not by putting a bandaid on the symptom which is the modus operandi of most medical professionals.
