Avoid this practice! Had a cancellation of an appointment the day of appointment as I was loading father into car, completely ridiculous. Pharmacy could never get refills refilled! I could never get through either to refill! Called several times, even left personal messages with staff, these were never addressed. Left messages with answering service no response! Was told we would be contacted by staff for a cat scan six months later and after several calls and being put on hold still no response. In my opinion this office is just collecting patients and not fulfilling their personal needs! I eventually got a hold of management and they had no idea this happened and assured me my father would get the attention he needed, one month later no one answers phones. Still same old same old. Avoid this practice at all costs.

Called me at 3:03 on a Friday to cancel my appointment for Monday at 9am. Phones are turned off at 3 so couldn’t talk to anyone after they left me a voicemail. Glad I’m not wasting my time at this clinic (based on other reviews as well). I’ll bring my money to a clinic that actually gives a $hit.

Dr. Zelle is awesome. She cares and really helps you consider options. She made me feel like I was in good hands, and has surpassed my expectations.

If you need this type of service this is the place, the staff was wonderful and the surgery co-ordinator Denise went out of way to make me feel at rest and was able to make me forget my fears.

Had a great experience today. Dr.Kapadia’s nurse Monica R. drew my blood without a problem. I urge you to try AUI St.Pete for great service.

I had a higher than average PSA score on a blood test that my internist ordered. I left a message on-line at Urology Associates and two days later someone called and told me that they could see me a few weeks later and that paperwork would be emailed. A few days after that I called back to tell them I never received the paperwork and after 20 minutes on hold, left a message asking for a phone call and explaining who I was as well as the paperwork issue. The next day I sent the office a message from their web page. The day after that with still no response I left another phone message - again on hold for 20 minutes.Two days after that I called and canceled.You know its one thing not to pick up the phone for an appointment but what if I had a real problem. Before I get too far down the road with these folks I think Ill find an office that makes patient support a priority.

Juanita is so incredibly kind, welcoming, reassuring, & helpful. Left feeling encouraged that she was going to help!

Once again as usual Angelica and Taneshia welcomed me almost as a family member on my monthly visit. They were ready for me before I arrived and I am always early for my appointment. A visit to a doctors office is not something that one looks forward to but my visits could not be more comforting. Thank you Angelica and Taneshia as well as DR Sherman.

It takes 30 minutes to hour for someone to answer the phone. I have left 5 messages so far and still have yet to get a reply. This is by far the worst customer service experience I have ever received its almost criminal as they are a medical facility.

The doctors are great but getting a hold of anyone in the office takes longer than 30 minutes each time. Is there no staff working? After trying to reach the office twice with wait times over 30 minutes, they said a nurse will call soon to go over the new prescription. Two hours later and no call. Here I am on the phone again over 30 minutes waiting for someone to answer their phone...terrible!

Dr. Beilan is great but the scheduling in this office is horrific.I have been here for two visits so far and the entire process from check-in to check-out has been a 2+ hour process. Out of those hours, I got to speak to a specialist for 10 minutes and the rest was sitting in a lobby only to be called back to a private room where I waited even longer. This is with an appointment mind you.I guess this is acceptable if you’re able to take the entire day off of work.

We were referred to this office and a Dr in the practice by our primary care physician, however after several tries being put on hold for a significant amount of time, they did not answer the phone. I guess we will look for a different Dr. and will let our primary care physician know.

Dr Christopher Sherman is a personable and professional physician. My husband felt very hopeful leaving his first appointment. Thank you.
