I have been seeing Dr Olivia for quite some time and now my husband sees her as well. I have always thought she and her staff were wonderful and they do go above and beyond to help us both. Dr Olivia takes our health SERIOUSLY and is kind and very clear in the manner in which she explains things to us.I have told others about her and her staff..and will continue to do so.

Ive Known Dr Gillespie for over 7 years, amazing Dr, very compassionate, listens to her patients and provides the best care for their needs. The office staff is also amazing! Little to no wait times to be seen, smooth and safe check-in and check out. Phlebotomy is A+, no over sticking! Efficient return on calls! Great place, everyone is friendly ALL DAY! Our office manager is aweeeeeeeeesomeee may i say, Multi-talented, can and will jump in and help wherever help is needed, and is there for her staff and patients!

VeriMed is full of positivity and I absolutely love both providers that work here. Everyone here is very supportive and gets along very well. This is definitely a company that is where you want to stay long term.

Regine Hargrette, NP saved my life. During my routine follow-up they discovered my BP was extremely high. After waiting a while, they checked it again and it was still stroke-level high. I was given some meds to help bring it down, but it didnt seem to be working so II was sent to the ER for care. Regine followed-up with me the very next morning to see how I was doing and my BP was super high again, so back to the ER I went. Things are under control now thanks to Regine. Not only was my medical care top notch, the care and compassion she and the wonderful team of nurses at Verimed Clearwater, FL exhibited was truly touching. It is so great to have such a wonderful support team that I know I can count on when I need them. Thank you Regine, Nicole, Vanessa and everyone else that helped me during the scariest time of my life. I will be forever grateful for you all. ❤🙏

My husband and myself just moved to Clearwater this office is close to our house, they have available appointments therefore you don’t have to wait a week or two to be seen like most places, the providers and staff are friendly and caring, we are very happy that we found this office!

My husband and I have just changed doctors because the Verimed office in Bradenton is the worst doctor’s office we have ever been registered with. I am 75 and my husband is 77 and we came from the UK where we were under the National Health for the first 40 years, so we have plenty of experience.Firstly the office staff are miserable and you are lucky if you get a “hello” out of any of them. The nurse begrudgingly speaks, because she has to ask the mandatory questions. And to get a referral or a prescription refill is like pulling teeth.When you call to see a doctor, there is seldom one available and you are told the nurse will call you back. That would be three days later.I could not find corporate details so complained by E.mail on “contact us”. That was a waste of time. No reply. I have given them one star so you could see I had not missed the rating section, but they do not deserve it.

I was a patient of Dr. Kosers for many years until he retired and Verimed and Dr. Heimstra took over. The new doctor is not very attentive to patient (no bedside manner), he asked a few basic questions and typed in his computer the whole time.The front desk was awful, rude, no common sense. Very heard to get a referral or anything smoothly. I changed doctors and havent looked back. Anyone with any type(s) of illnesses should not go there.

Unable to see my primary that has joined this group. Had to see another Doctor which asked me absolutely nothing, hardly looked at file. No dialogue what so ever. Without question the worst experience with any physician I have ever had.

Dr Gillespie was fine, nice office,2 girls in front 1 for referrals. Out of 3 referrals needed, had to spend hours in the phone insurance company finally put all three in for me. Took3 months to get a biopsy/ second mammogram, arrived 3 times to a referral and the doctor did not send the order had to reschedule. Went to office personally to collect order had nothing but arguement that 1) I did not need one 2) they already sent it. Gave me a printout and told me it was an order got back to test and it was not an order, again couldn’t do test. Very frustrating told them I would change drs the girl at the window ( Yasmin) said go ahead.Yes I was short tempered with her before, it’s difficult to have to drive 30 miles and be told referral not done. And they could not reach the doctors office. Seems phone trouble frequently. Re scheduled again. It’s ftustrated to spend hours on the phone with insurance company, because the doc office won’t call them. And have to have them do the offices work only to go through it again to get an order. I’ve had doctors for 13 yrs. no prob. Had one in Tampa for 3 years no prob. Moved 30 miles away so had to get new doctor. Been with them less then 4 months. I’m sorry but my vets office is more competent than that front office. And never had nasty attitudes til Yasmin. Filed grievance with insurance company. Not against the doctor, she was fine. But against the front office. Now I have to go through finding new primary care doc again.

Olivia Gillespie is the worst. She took over from Dr. Koser and most of Koser patients left. She has no empathy what so ever. Ive been on a medication for 15 yrs. but she doesnt believe I should be on it. So shes given me another one that she likes better. Dont waste your time with her. As for VeriMed maybe they should be more careful who they hire for their clinics.

Unfortunately I cant give 0 stars! I have been unable to see the original physician, who I absolutely adore. I had to see a new Doctor. Dr. Himestra who made the experience of meeting with a new physician completely uncomfortable. He asked me one question and then typed on the computer the whole visit while I sat there. Very awkward and unwelcoming. Very judgemental doctor. Not only me, it seemed like he spoke down to the front office staff, who are very friendly. However, I will not be returning and I do not recommend this office to anyone.
