Dr. Swoager always takes the time to address my concerns and is patient in doing so. His staff is friendly and they do everything in a timely fashion.

Dr. Swoager is the ultimate professional, he makes you comfortable by his presence. he does not try to shove things down your throat. He makes recommendations and lets you make the decision. He and his staff are courteous and helpful as well.

The office staff are great but Dr. Swoager worsened so much for our family. All 3 of us went (2 adults & a teen at diff times) and the DR didnt once examine any of us (2 had injuries) even calling the one with a back injury healthy before moving on.He saw me for chronic pain & when focusing on nerve pain prescribed Cymbalta saying he takes 2 every morning himself for back pain. Red flags piled up in the few appointments we had with him between Sept-Dec 2020 & then the bill arrived & was coded for a mental health visit for just me, the one who was given an anxiety med for nerve pain.We called the office & his staff even felt like this was an error & assured us it would be taken care of & Dr. Swoager would call us back. Instead the front desk called us with a statement saying the DR believed I was depressed. We never once discussed this in the office ever & I had family there with me every time. Misdiagnosing someone is serious and stealing money is also a crime. I have PTSD but never discussed this with the DR because I was seeing him for pain. I vaguely mentioned some of the conditions I had previous diagnosis for but continued seeking help & an MRI for pain & a tumor I have, not anything else & that was clear.Dr Swoager took full advantage of me and my family, our health, & finances. Medical care isnt cheap which is why most have to pick & choose what they can afford to be seen for within that year & Dr. Swoager took that right away from us. The 3 people in my family (self included) needed medical care and paid with time & money & still need to be seen to this day for the issues we saw Dr. Swoager for starting in September of last year and we are just now receiving more bills being charged at the higher mental health rate, not all, just some & no explanation for why other than a false diagnosis from a doctor who never discussed my mental state with me ever.

I can’t say enough about Dr. Swoager and his team. They are extremely efficient, informative and helpful. Everyone is so friendly and make you feel comfortable. I’m so grateful I found this doctor and his team finally. Kudos to the whole team for doing such a great job!

I was dropped by my Dr. After a year due to them no longer carrying my insurance. I have tried since Nov. 2018 to get a kit instead of colonoscopy and the other staff had continually put the blame on the lab for them not sending it out or sending them the results... they take zero responsibility for taking care of me as a patient... making a phone call because they didn’t get the results by such n such time, heck they never even bothered to call me,not even once. Still today I have no answers... I sure hope there nothing wrk g with me,because my doctors ( the one that’s suppose to care for me would be the last to tell)

I tried to contact the office, and phone was busy, then one time Lori answered, and put me on hold, which because I was calling from Illinois lost the signal, and call dropped! Gave up trying to call! My work starts at 7:00AM, and Ends at 7:00 PM I am in Nuclear Power Plant so phone doesnt work well at all! I have lost, or someone stole my medication, in which I just renewed in PA, and wanted to get a refill, but dont know what to do at this point because I am out of State! If DR. SWOAGER sees this it will be good! He can contact me on my email!
