I look like a cast member of the Walking Dead after a lower eyelid surgery performed by Dr Nicolas Villanustre at St Luke’s in Tarpon Springs, FL. He did NO explaining of what he was going to do which he 100% should have done. This leads me to believe he didn’t explain for fear I would tell him not to do the surgery and him not getting paid. I only needed a minimal amount of fat removed under lid. His payment was more important to him than my results. He showed no empathy or remorse. Instead, he walked out of room without offering any suggestions or resolutions. This guy has totally ruined my life! I don’t understand how these ppl can get away with such devastating actions to innocent victims who are only seeking to better themselves (ME). I can’t even look at myself in the mirror! 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭I used my savings I had for my knee replacement to come out looking like death itself!!! Sunken, discolored lower eye orbits which make me look like a skull. Now my life is disgraced & I feel like death warmed over. Can’t even look at myself in the mirror! Where is the justice, my Godddd!!!!!!! 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

RUN .. DO NOT WALK . RUN FROM THIS MAN . After paying $11,900 for a tummy tuck this man had the nerve to allow me off his operating table half finished. One side of my procedure looked ok and he other side looked like hell. He had no compassion or explanation for his judgement during my surgery. The notes from appointments were incorrect and he placed the of the out come of his work on me. I am currently seeking the opinion of a second surgeon to fix his errors. He is not the kind of surgeon you should trust with a procedure of this kind. He is all about the money NOT the patient. Staff was extremely nice. The reviews that I read about him were all justified in the appointments I had with him after I was BOTCHED by his hands. Dont allow this man to cut you open. If it comes out wrong , then its your fault not his . COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY

This is the nicest doctors office that I have ever visited. Well decorated and very clean. It is no wonder that the doctor and staff are all so pleasant. Dr. Villanuestre did a great job explaining his diagnosis.gave me a lot of confidence.

Dr. Villanustre is an exceptional and caring physician. He answers every question and really listens to me as we discuss my situation. I’m so pleased with his services that I’m making plans for more procedures. Highly recommend.

I received from Dr. Villanuestre and his staff the excellent, courteous, thoughtful care I have come to expect from St Lukes team of medical professionals. He made no great claims to fix my problems but I feel confident he will do what can be done with my particular and somewhat unusual eye problems

I recently had the Halo Laser procedure done to my face and neck by Dr. Villanustre. Im thrilled with the results. The procedure was basically pain free and the staff informed me exactly what to expect. Less than one week after most of my dark spots from sun damage and fine lines have almost completely gone away. I had both breast implants replaced by Dr Villanustre.I could not be any happier with his staff and the results of my replacements.The surgery was painless and the results were amazing.I never had this great of results from my original surgery.I would recommend him for any plastic surgery . He is tops.The surgery involved removing a implant which a radiologist broke during a biopsy, and I elected to do both breast implants with great results .

The team at St. Lukes is simply incredible from the moment you walk in you see the difference between a cheap cosmetic center and a truly luxurious double board certified surgeons office! The staff are super friendly and attentive. If i ever find myself needing any kind of cosmetic surgery i will 1,000% be going back. My before and after picture will literally make your jaw drop!After years of hating my post pregnancy/breastfeeding breasts, i made the decision to get a breast lift with augmentation. I saw 3 different surgeons and they all said the same thing You have a very difficult case Dr. Villanustre stood out to me because he wasnt giving me false hope or telling me everything i wanted to hear. He was very honest about what my body could handle and how my results would look. The other surgeons were willing to put implants too large for what my body could handle (probably hoping i would go back in a year to get another lift due to them being weighed down) it was a tough pill to swallow going with a smaller implant (i say smaller because i had no idea that they really do look different on everyone) but i am so incredibly happy i did! I went with my gut and picked a Dr whos credentials you simply couldnt over look. Dr. Villanustre is absolutely incredible! He gave me upper pole fullness and lots of volume. His technique and attention to detail gave me results i NEVER could have imagined! I cant express enough how grateful i am. 2 days after surgery i saw my new breasts for the first time and they were HUGE compared to what i was expecting (lots of swelling obviously) but if i would have went to anyone else i would have gone too big and wouldnt look proportioned with my frame, i got exactlyyyy what i wanted with the size he picked. I heavily depend on reviews and research things to the fullest extent when making a large purchase or big life choice and im so happy i went with my gut! If you dont believe me, schedule a consult and ask to see my before and afters that alone will seal the deal. Best investment i could ever make. I have my confidence and mental health back!

I have to say that Dr Villianuestre and his staff are kind, caring and understanding ! I was treated professionally with consideration of what I was feeling and how I was feeling. Dont let this doctors fancy office and nice smile fool you!! Last October 2017 I paid a fortune to have my old breast implants removed and new ones put in, I also paid for a breast lift and to have my areolas made smaller. After a few months I could already tell my breasts were still as saggy as they were before the surgery it didnt even look like I had a lift! He also left part of my old darker skin from my big areolas under my new small ones!! It looks like there is brown skin from old areolas under my new areoles!! So I mentioned it all at a follow up and and he didnt seem to care and brushed it off! He told me I looked great! He clearly loves his own work and doesnt seem to care about what the patient has to say! So I let a few more months go by and I decided to get opinions from my friends and family by showing them my breasts and they all couldnt believe what they saw when I showed them! So a friend encouraged me to make another appointment with Dr. Villanustre so I did and she even went with me, and there once again he told me I looked fine but that he could do a few things to fix my issues but that I had to wait about a year for him to operate again I say ok and I left feeling discouraged. In the meantime I went to see another Dr who saw how terrible I look and told me this was a simple fix that he was highly confident he could fix and I would be happy with the result but that it would cost $3,500 to correct it! I decided to ask Dr. Villanustre to credit me back the $3,500 I would have to pay to have the other doctor fix my issue, So I contacted Dr Villanustres office manager Lori Jessen who was very unfriendly and never called when she said she would, after she said she would look into this issue. I then made one last ditch effort and sent the doctor an email that went completely ignored! Which was a sign that he was just running away from his problems and was unwilling to to make things right. Im blown away by the way I was treated like I was just some number shuffled in and out and completely shut out when I voiced that I wasnt happy with his work! I WILL MAKE IT A POINT TO TELL EVERYONE ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE AT REFLECTIONS WITH DR. VILLANUSTRE!! I feel so bad about how I look that I dont even take my shirt off when im intimate with my fiancee and I paid this man a fortune to look good!! I look worse than I did before my surgery!! PLEASE DONT TRUST THIS DOCTOR!!

Dr. Vilanustre and his staff are attentive, empathetic and they listen! I have trusted my face to Dr. Vilanustre for years, and I cant imagine going to anyone else.

Do not waste your money and time with Dr villanstrue.unexperiance and in complete denial of how bad his work and the results are.all he cares about is money.the only thing is nice about his office is his sweet staffs.
