We had no eye doctor in Fl yet when my wife had an emergency situation at 6:00 PM. We found Dr. Dupree on the web. I called his office. The answering service contacted Dr. Dupree and he called me back. We talked about the problem. He gave us a prescription and we saw him the next day. He was extremely helpful and attentive to our situation.We highly recommend him!

Dr. Dupree and his staff were very professional, friendly and positive in their approach to my eye care. I went into the office feeling fearful about a diagnosis that I had received elsewhere, but came out feeling much more positive about my future eye care treatment. I had an appointment today with Dr. Katherine Macoul for an eye exam. All of the staff in the office are exceptional. If I could give them 6 stars, i would. So excited to be treated so well! All of my questions were answered, the office was very well organized and everyone was knowledgeable and helpful.

The office & prescreening process was friendly & very efficient. Dr. Tolentino was honest and complete in evaluation. He is in process of getting me into a trial study. Highly recommend him.

The staff is wonderful. Exceptional care from the doctors.The atmosphere with the dim lights is great when your eyes are dilated!!I highly recommend this place. There is a wait, but its worth the waiting when it comes to the eyes. Just bring a good book to read and make sure you dont make plans that day.Again, I highly recommend this place for your eyes.

The doctors and staff are incredible at The Macula Center! I was concerned at the possibility that I might lose the standard of care I was accustomed to at the Wills Eye Institute in Philadelphia, but I am glad to say that I have been incredibly pleased here. Dr Macoul has been my eye doctor for many years. She and her staff have always been professional, thorough, and caring in their treatment and recommendations.

The staff are all kind, fun and responsive. While wait times can be long, I strongly feel I’m getting good care, service, & treatment. I was told before my first appointment that the appointment time could be 2-3 hours. It was 3.5 hours but I chatted with some wonderful people and survived.My doctor is knowledgeable and was comforting. I can deal with waiting.Had my 3rd visit today and it was in and out.

Ive been to a lot of eye doctors over the years but I must say Dr Dupree and his staff somehow reminded me of the small town doctor and dentist I grew up around. You asked the question about should I referral my answer is yes ...I just have my wife Dr Dupree office information to set up her first appointment!

Dr. Tolentino is not only brilliant and talented in his field, but has the most compassionate relationship with his patients. His confidence is reassuring. I feel so fortunate to have him available as my physician.

I love how Dr Tolentino listens. He is caring and explains things so I understand. I can see he cares about his patients. His knowledge is amazing! He makes an effort to find solutions to make his patients’ lives better.

I met with Michael Tolentino today to discuss my macular degeneration. He is young and bright and so full of himself. He told me that seeing patience at this clinic was just a hobby.He is the most conceited, arrogant person I’ve ever met. All he did was talk about his accomplishments, as well as denigrate his colleagues. He told me I had bad Irish genes and 80 year old eyes.. I’m 60. And with all his accolades, he offered me nothing.. nothing!He should have payed me to sit and listen to his unabashed conceited self talk. What a jerk!I Do Not recommend Michael Tolentino .

Take my 92 yrs old mother in law and service was excellent. The Dr speake Spanish and my in law feel really comfortable with him. Staff was awesome too. Highly recommended

I am very pleased with the service I receive each time I go to The Macula Center in Clearwater. The staff is attentive, accommodating, professional andvfroendly. What more could you ask for? Well, I also get text appointment reminders and a follow-up text asking how my service was. Dana Duepree really takes the time to ensure I understand how my vision is progressing or declining. Wow! I recommend!

Of the three times I went for annual checkup, they overbook, they make you wait 1 or 2 hours. Clearly disorganized and arrogant, brushing off these complaints.

Had an appt with Dr Duepree after a hit to the head caused my vision to be clouded. Everyone in the office was nice, friendly and attentive. You could tell they tried there best to keep things moving along. I ended up having a tear in my retina and Dr Duepree made sure my insurance covered the procedure - got me into the laser room and performed the procedure to fix the tear. It was quick, painless and I felt so relieved that it was all over and done in just over 2 hours. I would recommend them for sure.

Dr. Dupree is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. He was able to start an aggressive treatment plan for an eye issue that I have had for two months that no other ophthalmologist was unable to diagnosed. He actively listened to me. I just wish he was my primary care. The world needs more doctors like Dr. Dupree.

I really liked Dr. Barish and the staff and that counts for a lot. A long wait though and no WiFi provided in the office area, which I think is kind of inexcusable.

Dr. Deupree and his team absolutely care about their patients. It amazes me how much time he spends with his patients and how he really listens. The staff is great, doctor is good too but the wait time from when your appointment actually is.. can be to up to 3 hours to actually see the doctor.

I went two times already & and still cannot get the right side of puntal plug. It felt out the 1st time & I came in the 2nd time to have it done again it felt out the next day. The doctor should use a bigger size, but no she used the same side from the last time. I asked do I need to pay for this since the incorrect side was used. The answers was even the the doctor use the wrong side I have to pay. Now I am hesitate to come in to have it done again for the 3rd times because I don’t want to be charge again & it not going to work. I have been use puntal plug for almost 10 years & never have to go in for more than 1 times to get it done. It not only I have to spend an hour of waiting for service but also financial too.

Dr. Dupree is a gifted surgeon. I trust him completely.

Very disappointed with this doctor. The clinicians call you in, and dilate your eyes. Then they put you in a waiting room for hours. Everyone, even retirees complained about it. When I went up to desk at 5:15 pm, they said it would be at least another hour. Already been there for 2 hours. Lady said it takes 3 or 4 hours per appointment.......there is no excuse for such overbooking.....our time is valuable, too!!!!!

Top-notch doctor: Dr. Dupree is best in business. Only negative is that typical visit takes 3 hours or more.

Appointment was at one1:15 pm, was told to get there early to fill out forms. So I got there at 12.30 did all the forms and didn’t get out of there until 4 o’clock. I was a new patient but my lord the waiting is ridiculous and will probably not going back.
