Very friendly staff. Didn’t wait a long time in waiting area or to see doctor. Dr. Clavenna was very nice and personable not robotic as when you meet a doctor for the first time. I liked that when I mentioned my Mast Cell Condition, he was aware of it, but mentioned he will do some research on the condition. I like that kind of personal interest! Highly recommend this practice.

Doctor did not take my concerns seriously at all. Office overcharged me for my co-payment when I specifically stated the accurate price. I will not be returning and couldnt recommend this office at all.

I love how this office functions. I am usually seen within 5 minutes of my appointment time, the office staff is well run and managed. I have never had any billing or referral issues, and the office staff goes the extra mile in a timely manner. And if you are looking for an excellent ENT doctor, choose Dr Clavenna! He takes the time in his busy day... for YOUR appointment. I have had many long discussions with him and he has always answered all of my questions and concerns. I have never felt rushed at this office during my visit.

Mr.Clavenna was very good! It was a little wait to get in but it was a day before a holiday so I am not holding that against them! He listened and understood my problems very well. Which would be congested heavily around this time of year and then also the rest of the year. He prescribed me the short term relief so I could breath right now and I will be following up soon to go over the long term relief! So far it has been very good!

Dr. Clavenna has treated me for over a year now and I have to say he is one of the best doctors I have ever had in all my 78 years. I went to him for ongoing sinus infections that I had for many years. Desperate for relief, he spoke with me about all my options, one being sinus surgery, which I finally consented to. He explained thoroughly all the risks involved, which I didnt want to hear, but he said he had to. With all surgeries there is always some risk which I was aware knowing of previous ones that I had. Well, all I can say is, out of all the doctors I had gone to up north and here in Forida I wish they had given me the options Dr, Clavenna had. All the years of suffering , the sinus problems which also affected my asthma, finallyafter the surgery alas I could breathe properly and with no major sinus infections. I have followed up with him since and I can honestly say that I highly recommend Dr. Clavenna. He is a brilliant surgeon and doctor and truly he does treat you with compassion as he would his own family members. I wish, as in years past where the doctor was both a physician and surgeon, that he would treat all my medical issues.

Despite the fact that I had to wait over an hour and a half to be seen this doctor seemed as if he was in a rush and just wanted to get in and out. He did not explain what my ear problem was or what the course of treatment was either. I had to ask all of the questions and it was like pulling teeth getting information. I am currently going to school to work in healthcare and this lack of bedside manner is not what is being taught now or ever. I then asked for a referral to get my ear surgery done back at school and he told me he would look into it. I came back after my hearing test, which takes a good amount of time, and asked for the referral and he forgot and decided to look on the computer back in the room. He simply googled something and told me to look for a doctor of that sorts. I could have done that exact thing myself and was hoping for more information. He then proceeded to tell me all I needed to do was call them and make an appointment so I did just that and they told me I needed a referral. I asked for this from the start and it is extremely frustrating that I had to have to call back to your office asking for something I asked for from the start. I proceeded to get a rude tone from the person I called in your office for a referral after I was told I needed one. I will not be coming back to this office for any reason in the future and will not be recommending either.

Super nice guy. Seems to really care about his patients. However, I do not recommend him for surgery. He removed a tumor from my parotid gland, but accidentally cut some facial nerves, which caused facial paralysis on one the right side of my face. Its been almost 2 years and I still cant smile or raise my eyebrow on that side, plus I have a lump in my neck on the right side and my right ear lobe is still numb. I am not a happy customer!

A very professional and well run practice. Minimal wait time. Dr. Clavenna had a fantastic bedside manner and took his time during the office exam.
