While I was waiting for an appointment, an angry person arrived needing help. Kia was the person who talked with the patient, and I was so impressed with the way she handled a very difficult situation. She was very kind, clear, patient, and was able to resolve the situation beautifully. My gratitude for her professionalism and compassion. You are so fortunate to have her working on your team!

Awful practice. Staff doesnt even know how to read an authorization and schedule you for the right provider. Then you show up to an appointment to be told your cancelled cause your authorization is with a different doctor in practice. In reality no one called to cancel and I verified my appointment by text the day before. When I called to schedule I told them who my authorization was for. When you cant hear and have been having ear pain and wait a three weeks to be cancelled. Worst customer service ever. They called me back 2 hours later to tell me I could be seen by any provider under my authorization and they would be more then happy to see me this afternoon in an office 2 hours away. Needless to say thats a no go. Im not driving two hours away for you to clean up your mess. My appointment was 20 minutes from my home....not two hours.

I had been going to Dr. Malone for some sinusitis issues. He prescribed a few antibiotics and other things. When it didnt go away, he suggested a surgery called Balloon Sinuplasty. I was very skeptical, but he said it would probably help the mucous flow there. I researched it and it seemed to be safe. After he did it I had a series of complications. The result is that he messed up the surgery and I have permanent nerve damage and I am take several pain medicines for headaches. There isnt anything that can be done. Im devastated from all of this. I live life 24/7 in pain. I never had this problem before. I would definitely never recommend this doctor to anyone. I went there to get better not to be in pain for the rest of my life!!

Everything about my experience was exceptional. The women at the front desk are warm and inviting, I always enjoy seeing and chatting with them. They go above and beyond by making me feel special. Dr Malone saved my life by catching thyroid cancer - his surgical technique is top notch and he has a wonderful bedside manner, always open in answering questions to my understanding. I felt totally safe in his care for two needed operations. His assistant Stephanie is a gem - she personalizes her care and I felt the love she has for her patients. I work in healthcare so I have very high standards - they all exceeded my expectations!

I waited 2 weeks for an appointment here and I walk in for a cleaning. They saw me for litterly 3 minutes and send me away saying your ears are fine this and that. I wanted to do some cleaning but they did nothing. Waste of time, super disappointed. Wow.

Ive struggled with ear problems since I was a baby. I have had many surgeries & left physicians because their care lacked knowledge. Dr. Malone is the ONLY doctor I have fully trusted with my ear. He performed a flawless surgery and has always answered any question I can think of. His staff is amazing & makes sure I am seen ASAP when I call. He always takes the time for his patients, and bedside manner is outstanding. I cant say enough great things about this Dr. Malone & staff (Stephanie is the best) !!! They rock!

I had an extremely pleasant experience here at this office. Started off with the pleasant desk staff, then nurse Stephanie and Dr Malone. Everything with my appointment was on time and ran smoothly. I felt like everyone listened and cared. I would definitely recommend trying this office to anyone in need of an Otolaryngologist.

I have suffered with chronic sinusitis for 20 years because of allergies. My sinuss have been a sincere struggle for me to the point of emotional outbreaks because of the misery. I have time and time again consulted doctors to get some relief including allergy specialists.Well finally I met a doctor who cared and showed me a different way to keep my sinuss clear. He steered me away from surgery and helped me to see a program that I could do to help myself. For the first time in 20 years I feel like - even though I can not get stop my sinuss from having allergic reactions- I now feel empowered to deal much better with my ailment. What a wonderful person Dr Malone is. So thankful I met you! THANK YOU!

Very professional staff and a clean waiting room. Had one of the lovely nurses take the time to walk out and thank me and another gentleman for are service.

Front desk was amazing, Kinbeli went above and beyond to get me set up and scheduled right away. Dr. was very thorough and took the time to answer all of my questions.

After repeated poor results at a larger competing ENT practice, I researched and took my business to Dr Leto, who was THOROUGH and PATIENT and whose bedside manner FAR exceeded those of the prior physicians Id seen at the other practice. Am very happy I found him and his team....!

Everyone was great especially Linda who took me back and assisted the Dr. I would definitely recommend FL E.N.T & Allergy not only because of the wonderful physicians but because of the awesome staff as well.
