I have been waiting for months to have my 2nd total knee replacement. First one went great. There seems to be a problem scheduling this surgery. Cant get a return call from Allyson to let me know what is going on. Very frustrated.I give Dr Donnelly 5 stars for first surgery. Have been very happy with it. Only 3 stars for communications with office.

I have called to take an appointment and lady asked about my insurance company. I gave the name of my insurance company, and repeated it a few times. But lady said that she never heard about this company. It was like a torture to talk with a person who doesnt want to hear you. Will call to another clinic, this one has very cheap and not smart staff.

Been here 4 different times for a broken leg and I cant say enough good things. The front desk personal are always so friendly and helpful. I have never had to wait very long and have gotten great care overall

Stay away from this place! They did nothing for me. They were supposed to contact me for injections for my back, and after 3 weeks I called them. They said be patient, so I waited another 2 weeks... nothing. I went somewhere else cause I was still in pain. I’ll tell you what they do well is send me a bill for $250 for doing nothing. I spoke to 2 different Dr’s and they did nothing. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Dr. Donnolly and his staff have always been very helpful and courteous. Dr. Donnolly perform an anterior lumber fusion with disc spacer in May 2020 and the pain in my legs is gone. I have returned to his office to resolve neck pain. I would definately reccomend Dr. Donnolly at Full Circle Orthopedics.

I was terrible back pain and spasms. I was hurting severely. My primary care physician referred me to Full Circle Orthopedics. I have am glad she did. I was able to get into a timely appointment. Front desk staff are the worst Ive ever dealt with! Spoke to Anna at front desk who did nothing but transfer you to someone whom I already left a message with who never called back at all! Anna never even tried to help me at all when clearly the information I am asking was available at the front desk. I called again, spoke to Alecia who was also useless, could not answer a simple question, put me on hold for over 15 minutes to check on patient appt and never got back on the phone. I called twice, Anna answered and transferred me to Alecia who then sent me straight to her voicemail not once but twice! WOW!! Complete disregard of patient care. I dont even know how they got the job or still has the job with this kind of treatment. I would never go to this office or recommend anyone to come here. Go elsewhere and save yourselves a headache. Nobody cares at this office!

The staff here are super friendly and helpful. You do have to be pretty direct about what you want or they will transfer you around but thats most places now a days. Samantha was very helpful with getting everything situated with my insurance and the best way to pay for everything. Alecia, Abby, and Anna were always super helpful and answered any questions I had. Dr Donnelly himself is def a character but awesome dr.

Staff is on the ball, very little wait times, good communication and never had any paperwork problems. Had two surgeries in one year and the staff helped me with signing up physical therapy setups etc. I am very pleased with the experiences I had at Largo Medical Center. The only problem I had was some extra assistants in the OR that werent covered by my insurance and that would have been good to know beforehand.

I don’t know. ... I think a lot of these reviews are fake. I had bilateral knee replacements back in 2016. I still can’t walk. The knees are still swollen and full of fluid effusion. They don’t even look like knees anymore.Unless they hired an entirely new staff I can’t believe they are organized at all. I’m so sorry I ever had surgery done. I was better off with my old bad knees

This facility is so careless they do not even check your temperature when you get in.

As soon as I walked into the building I knew that all of my needs would met. From the caring staff at the front desk to the x-ray tech. The doc was on top of his game and answered all of my questions and took his time to listen to what my concerns were. You could tell that these people are not at just another job. They love there job and it shows! Thank you everyone!

The younger girl at the front desk was very kind and did her best to help me out. Everyone else was rude, especially the doctor. Waited for an hour and a half and decided to go to Baycare Urgent Care instead, and they saw me and got me out in 45 minutes. Save your time and go to Baycare.

I went to Full Circle for knee pain.i have been seen by Physician Assistant Sean. It was determined by MRI that I had a torn meniscus. Instead of going directly for surgery, Sean presented some options. I have received a series of three hyaluronic acid injections in each knee.and it has helped tremendously. Sean also advised me on ways to strengthen and stretch my knees and legs to avoid further injury, and it was extremely helpful.Sean is very knowledgeable, skilled and empathic. I had had injections previously; however, he is able to do them with a minimum of discomfort. All the personnel there have been very friendly, skilled and helpful. I highly recommend Full Circle.

Having back pain and hip pain I came to this doctor to figure out what’s wrong and it I get some treatment. The doctor and the PA are both knowledgeable. I women who check you in are all so nice especially Allisia she always works with me to get a quick appointment

Previously having had a neck fusion done over 11years ago, to say I was a complex case is an understatement. Dr. Donnelly took great care doing my disc replacement. And I am blessed to have him as one of my doctors.

I had a partial knee resurface done about 10 years ago by Robert Donnelly. That was a big mistake in many ways. First of all he is not at all what his write up said He was described as the gentle dr. This guy didnt even say hello to my wife when he came in the room. Very poor bed side manners. It has hurt since the surgery was done, as a dr. he should of told me it needed a full replacement. So here I am at age 64 looking at anther surgery to redo what he shouldnt of done in the first place. After about 6 months post surgery I asked him why does it still hurt, he said he didnt know. I was tempted to ask him if he went to med school? You are suppose to know. He didnt recommend rehab after surgery and it wasnt getting better. I had to go to a rehab place who contacted him. He said, oh yeah that would be a good idea. So why the hell didnt you recommend it before I did. You suck pal, It still hurts today, and I wonder if it is because you didnt recommend rehab? Did scar tissue build up and it was too late to get rid of it? NEVER would I let this guy touch me again. It was a big mistake and I bought into the hospital he was at that I would be back to what I was doing before surgery in 6 weeks. HARDLY, in 6 weeks my knee looked like a watermelon. Find someone better than this guy. Dont believe what is written about him, they pay people to say good things. What do you think he would allow them to say about himself, that he is terrible? NOPE

Dr & staff all are great .I was ready to gv up and they helped me mk plans for a nurse and admittance to hospital despite technology messaging communications not working ...so supportive when in severe pain too..not just efficient .. empathetic.Thanks for all ur help w my surgery.Dr. Donnelly and Sean and staff excellent.They are very knowledgeable and treated me kindly too.. I was.in allot of pain.Doctor knew exactly what I needed for my fractured wrist treatment plan.I am very satisfied.My PCP Dr Jaegger Keen recommended Dr. Donnelly highly.Thanks for such good care.Katie

This was a difficult review for me to write in a way, I was back and forth on whether I was going to leave it. Although I believe the Dr. and PA to be ok. The front desk people made my visit the WORST I have ever had at a medical office. I already am not a fan of going to the Dr. office but I am still a reasonable person. The women at the front desk seemed like they didnt know what to do with my insurance and were saying I had to call the company to do this and that, when I have never had to do any such things at 5 other offices. Why you ask? I am assuming the other front desk employees at other medical offices are able to process insurance properly. I have never been so frustrated dealing with the unnecessary hassle. All I can think of was how crappy the situation was and I couldnt wait to leave. I felt they were a bit uncaring or maybe just ignorant with a mix of a bad attitude. Because of this incident alone which occurred more than once I will never return. You may be sitting here thinking why a 1 star review simply regarding the front desk staff. Well the reason is because before I even got to the Dr. I felt like I was living a nightmare. So to me, no matter what, I walked out of there that day feeling very unhappy and displeased. I also tried to be slightly more fair by not slandering the Dr. or PA during this review because as I said, I believe them to be decent.

I have had only excellent treatment by Dr. Donnelly & P.A. Sean; wait times are no more than 10-15 minutes if its busy, convenience of two office locations. Office staff is on top of things, insurance manager is awesome. Dr. Donnelly is very thorough and so is the physician assistant Sean. Injections for my knee & shoulder are fast & painless!!! Highly recommend.

Dr Donnelly, his PA and staff are incredible. Dr. And PA very honest about their feelings about the outcome of ones procedure, what to expect after and during the recovery of damage of injury they are trying to fix. Hospital staff even mentioned Dr Donnellys thoroughness in surgery saying he will take time to do it right. I am in the medical field, work at the hospital, so staff are more apt to tell me truth about their opinion on Doctors they work with, again hospital staff said he is the most thorough.

Great place from the front desk Alicia who is very efficient ,friendly and accomodating (and the other ladies are all good too) to the PA Sean Croteau and MD Robert Donnelly that are both excellent .Donelly performed my hip replacement and I mostly get follow up with Croteau who has been also very knowledgable and explains things to you very well . I went there for back pain and walked out with a prescription, but no examination. Apparently, nobody looked at the x-rays that I was charged for, because the next place I went actually gave me a diagnosis about my back from their x-rays...

They dont even deserve one star. this is the worst doctor Ive ever been to. they never answer the phone and they charge an insane amount for the smallest things. i need some files and they dont answer the phone and they are the reason i cant get my knee fixed now. so i have to sit in pain until they decide they want to help people instead of ripping them off. go to any other doctor besides them.

My name is Mario Territo and I had an appointment today. I found that the staff was courteous and friendly. Sharon, the Xray technician was very personable and efficient. My knees were Xrayed right the first time. The PA was knowlegeable and very caring I wish I could remember his name. I only saw Dr. Donnelly briefly but enough time to get an assessment of my problem. It was a good visit.I dont know why I didnt get to my own Google account.

I would like to inform everyone who reads reviews that this place is very dysfunctional, unprofessional, and untrained.I had two visits which where the worst two visits I have ever done from a medical facility. On the first visit, the check in personnel charges me $375 without explaining why. I asked to please provide me a itemize document to show why those charges. She immediately got mad, went back to the office to speak with someone else, and return 10 minutes later with a general document with explanation of charges. I asked her why in the website it states Call for a Free Consultation. She replied that Im lying. I showed her the webpage where it states that. For your convenience, I have attached in this review. At the end of the appointment, I received an emergency call, and had to answer the phone.I was told by the Orthopedics personnel, You need to get out of here, you cannot be here. I replied You can at least ask me nicely, not just kick me out like a dog.On my second visit, the surgery scheduler tells me that she does not know the number of the medical facility in Largo where Im supposed to be operated. She asked me to Google it, or try a number that she has in a document, but she wasnt sure. She told me to call there, and ask if they accept my insurance. Later she found another document that had the number, and so I called. As I was asking if my insurance was accepted, to please schedule me, the surgery scheduler screams at me not to do that, that she will do that, so I asked why did you tell me to call there in the first place?. Either she does it, or I do her job, I asked. I asked her if she knows how to do her job, and so she just left mad. The physician assistant intervened, and explained he will figure it out, and have stuff done.My personal experience with this Clearwater clinic shows that they are dysfunctional, unprofessional, and untrained. Furthermore, rude people after you ask them questions to explain in detail.To make things better, I received a letter in mail from Dr. Robert Donnelly, explaining that I was rude to their office, and he will no longer take care of me.Dr. Robert Donnelly should show some professionalism too by listening to both sides before kicking out a patient out of care. Patients, beware.

If you walk through this door youre basically a dollar sign to them. Recommended by my chiropractor to see an orthopedic doctor for my back, so I went to this one. Doctor Donnelly only works Mondays and Wednesdays so unless you like waiting while in pain for about two weeks just for him to tell you to get an MRI at another location and wait some more time while in pain he would be a great pick for you. After I called my insurance company I found out that they were supposed to charge me 15% copay instead of 20%. If I were to go for the recommended surgery he proposed I would have to wait a little over a month while again still in pain. I wasted all this time and money just for him to tell me that Im in pain and I need surgery. The staff also had the audacity to try to charge me for collecting my medical records for xrays pictures I did not request. Apparent the staff believes MRI CD means xray pictures. The office is a joke, please do not waste your time or your hard earned money. Find a more honest doctor who cares for their patients.
