Dr. Verma has been the only doctor in the past ten years who has truly been able to fix my skin. I have struggled with breakouts my entire life and in March of 2020 my skin became unbearable. It’s been nearly a month since I was seen here, not one call back, a plan of care, time frame expectations or a formal review of my labs that I provided Dr. Verma from multiple sources. I have called her office 3 times and each time I have been told I would receive a callback and not one single callback. They can’t even tell me my lab results. Dr. Verma seems like a very knowledgeable MD, her staff on the other hand is a joke. They can’t even follow through with a simple callback.

My husband after multiple attempts to treat his shoulder pain with different non-surgical options finally decided to get his medical cannabis card. Dr. Verma charged a hefty amount for her service to authorize his card (no help in filling the forms, etc). He finally was able to get his pain cream and was happy, but not for too long: yesterday his prescription was cancelled at the dispensary by Dr. Verma for not coming on his quarterly appointment which is requirement by the state. First of all, no one from the office let us know he has to do it. If they have a time to cancel scrip why not to call us and remind about appointment? But the worst part we learned - there is no a such requirements from the state! So we felt that it is all about money not the wellbeing of her patient.We do not mind to pay, but we will not come back to this doctor ever.
