Dr Newbold came into my life and really helped me turn it around. Hes well versed in a variety of therapeutic tools, and is a genuinely kind, knowledgeable, safe feeling person. I was resistant to therapy and clinging to alot of trauma. He made therapy feel less like a cold evaluation (what I feared and had experienced in the military) and more like a conversation with a trusted guide, as it should be.
