I’ve had an account with these guys since I was 16 with my dad as a cosigner. They never removed my dad is a cosigner after I turned 18 Like we had asked. Attempted to start some credit with them at 19 and no one took me serious until about four months ago. I got approved and ordered my card. They didn’t even submit the order for the card and three months went by until I called to find out they didn’t do they’re job. I closed out my $6000 savings, $1500 checking and took it Mountain America who took care of me. In one day I was set up and ready to go with my credit card and debit card in hand. I was even canceled on which credit card would be the best for me and it’s working out great. I suggest you go to Mountain America.

The drive thru says its open till 6pm. I came here at 530pm. The drive thru signs said all the lanes were closed. When it was my turn to get to the window everybody inside the window disappeared. Sat there till 610pm and nothing. Horrible service. Everyone that currently works at this location should no longer have a job. Total bullcrap!!!!!!!

When asked a year ago, I gave this a 5-star rating. Unfortunately a lot has changed since then, all of the upstanding individuals who deserve their job have moved on. I have no idea why But what is left its just a bunch of entitlement that dont think they need to do their jobs or treat any of your consumers with the slightest amount of human decency. I really would have hoped it was just a location matter however, anytime my son or I have gone to another location we run into similar issues. Dont tell me that you cant do something that youve always done for us in the past and then do that exact thing for one of your coworkers. Not to mention the gender diversity is quite appalling. No young men are interested in banking anymore?

THIS IS HANDS DOWN THE WORST CREDIT UNION THERE IS. THEY ARE VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY WILL GO INTO YOUR ACCOUNT AND TAKE MONEY FOR NO REASON AND THER SERVICE IS AWEFUL. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND GO SOMEWHERE THAT WILL ACTUALLY TAKE CARE OF YOU.

I wish there was a 0 rating. Extremly unprofessional. While putting in for a loan I sent all information that I was suppose to and they never got in contact with me. I called three times after with each employee giving different reasons as to why nobody processed my application. The first excuse was the loan agent was out to training and wasnt in the office to process it. The second excuse was they have had a lack of employees in which the employee told me it wasnt my fault and he will call me back after getting the inquiry removed. The third call was the lady telling me she found my fax with all my information I sent 5 months ago along with the emails I sent with all information that was asked, although she admitted that I did everything I was suppose to do that their employee never processed it and instead withdrew my application and she will not delete the inquiry. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LACK OF ABILITY TO EVEN FOLLOW THREW WIRH A SIMPLE APPLICATION THAT THEY OFFER. HANDS DOWN WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BRANCH TO ANYONE, especially since I sent personal information and they treated it as a joke.

Most horrible banking institution Ive ever dealt with. Makes it way too difficult for me to pay my bills or just use my institution without you putting my accounts on hold for any little blip. By blip I mean the same deal I pay every year at the same time of the month

My Mom had an account here for most of her life. She trusted them to do right by her and they were very caring and respectful when helping us with her accounts when she passed. I reccomend them if you’re looking for a a credit union that still cares.

We went in to open up an account for my daughter and finish up her car loan. Both of the loan officers were tied up with other customers, but we waited over an hour before we were helped! I understand that things take time, and we didnt have an appt, but I really wish someone had poked their head out and said it would be a long wait, asked if we would like to come back, or even acknowledged us in any way. Quite frustrating!! Once we were helped, we had a good experience.

Sora was my loan officer. She was awsome and helped me get a loan for my new truck. She was very professional and was able to answer all my questions. She was fast and efficient when responding back to me about the approval process. Thanks again for the awsome experience.

I did an auto loan through them and got burned pretty bad. Purchased the gap insurance and when I purchased and the lady did not tell me the gap insurance would not cover all of what I owed on the car. My car ended up being totaled not our fault and we were still underneath the car that we had to cover personal money.I ended up writing an email to the CEO and he was very unapologetic and could care less. I offer them several times to make the wrong right. And then told me that the gap insurance gives you $1000 towards your next vehicle She said she would look further into that and never got back with me. I have called four times to get a hold of her and the teller told me they would give her the message and have not been called back once. The very day I had a $30 overdraft fee they called me and they have called me three times about that issue. Never won call me back when I called in to speak with that loan officer.We Have not had a good experience with them and because so we pulled our money out along with other family members doing the same. Poor customer experience to say the least.

I have been through LOTS of banks. NONE compare to Horizon Credit Union! They love their customers and you can tell! They are very quick and very friendly. I dont think i have ever been more happy with customer service then i am here. Tiffni has been the biggest help in two really sticky situations! If you have the option, choose them!!! I promise you wont regret it. Thanks for all the help and the constant support! So hassle free!

Wouldnt recommend starting an account. They arent willing to work with their members and dont listen to your needs. They are very good at charging you extra fees though.

Posted hours say drive thru is open till 6 but told me they were closed while I was there at 5:34. When I said I wanted to pay a loan they told me to use the ATM outside which wouldnt do it anyway. Crappy service.
