I get waxed by Elaine and she is amazing!! I feel so comfortable I have been going to her for years. It’s not weird at all she is so nice and funny. I love getting waxed by her she makes the experience. 10/10 would recommend!

My husband got me a massage and facial gift certificate for here and I finally got to use it. I only wish I hadnt waited so long to go. It was amazing! The massage was so relaxing. I had some tightness on one side by the time it was over, it was all gone! It was my first time getting a facial and Elaine was wonderful! My skin was glowing when I left! Ill definitely be back!

They offer so much here including waxing , facials , massages , etc. the options are so open. I have gotten massages here too and the ladies are so nice. This was my second time visiting Spa Neo for a massage, and boy was it great. Last year I was looking for a local place that wasn’t some Groupon-sub-par spot to buy an hour long massage for my wife. Well, she loved it and me so much, that she bought me a massage scheduled a few days later. I loved it and for months now a good massage has been on my mind; except they weren’t open because of the pandemic, until about a week or two before I called again to check and see if I could schedule an appointment.The massage did not disappoint. I felt so relaxed I fell asleep. She worked out all kinds of knots in my neck and shoulders, and I learned that a lot of my lower back pain originated in my gluts. Once that area was massaged-no more lower back pain. It was amazing, and I was just telling my wife yesterday, I’m already looking forward to my next massage, and that she has to find time to book an appointment and go herself.All and all, 5 stars, we will continue to solely visit this location.

I scheduled an appointment for my husband yesterday to have a massage since his back is acting up and was thrilled that they had several openings for today 03Jul2020. As it turns out though the woman his appointment was scheduled with apparently wasn’t even working today! He sat in the waiting room for about a hour before someone even spoke to him and told him she’s not there! I have never had such a bad experience with a spa before and I’ve traveled all over this country. Extremely disappointed.

After thorough research of aestheticians in the area, we tried Spa Neo and we are so glad we did!! My daughter had extremely sensitive, acne prone, acne scarred skin. My daughter was 15 at the time and very self conscious. At her first visit 3 years ago, Elaine made her feel so welcome. She took her time getting to know her skin and provided a treatment plan for her. Each and every visit was tailored specifically to my daughter. My daughter continued seeing Elaine routinely for all her skin care needs and always has such a beautiful glow to her. Now that her acne breakouts are very far and few, she has recently added acne scar treatments to her routine care. I am amazed at the results!! After just three treatments, her scarring is visibly reduced! I highly recommend Elaine at Spa Neo for all your skin care needs.

Absolutely love getting a massage here. I have been coming since the first of the year and I have feel great. There was one week where I did something to my shoulders so I contacted them and my normal massage therapist was able to get me in when someone canceled.

I had a wonderful experience at this spa. My daughter took me for my birthday and I had Marisol. Without me telling her, Marisol found all my problem areas with ease, particularly in my hips. I felt so relaxed after, and enjoyed waking up with no pain or stiffness. My daughter and I have already scheduled our next appointments!

Marisol is an amazing massage therapist! She is very thorough and focused on the parts of my body that really needed it. I have really bad muscle tension around my shoulder blade and down my back and she always leaves me feeling refreshed and pain-free ! Highly recommended

My massage therapist Shannon is wonderful! She is very skillful with deep massage and has helped me a lot with the tension in my shoulders as well as an issue with one leg and both feet. Spa is quiet and clean, plenty of privacy, you dont have to wait on your appointment.

FANTASTIC! My therapist Sarah H. is absolutely fantastic. In the 18 months that I have been coming to Spa Neo, Sarah has listened to my concerns (aka aches and pains), helped me identify major trigger points in my body, and developed a plan of action to meet my muscles’ needs that particular day. For example, she helps me decide if I need deep tissue, cupping, biofreeze, or a scent. Undoubtedly her goal is not to merely perform a massage for 90 minutes. Sarah’s concern is each client at each visit. Her genuine concern and care for each of her clients is so important in a world where people no longer listen or help each other. Although I have never received the other services at Spa Neo, the customer service of the other therapists and technicians if phenomenonal. Once I walk inside, the staff makes sure that I am comfortable and notify Sarah that I am in the waiting area. Their warm greetings, friendliness, and hometown charm make me feel valued as a Spa Neo client. This 5 Star rating is not the best endorsement I can give for Sarah or Spa Neo. Referring my family and friends to them is. And yes, I have already booked my mother’s birthday massage next month with Sarah. My mother deserves the best, and I know she will get the best. I have had chronic pain for over 10 years and this place has done wonders for my back! I have a L4/5 fusion and although Ive been getting adjustments for many years, the massages done right here in the chiro office seem to really make the adjustments stick and work better. Sarah is amazing at finding the problem areas, and I feel really comfortable communicating with her during the massage. And Dr Ferez is awesome! Everyone in this office is wonderful and make going to those repeated visits happy and easy! Also the massages are very affordable compared to other places.

First time getting a massage at Spa Neo. Usual job stress and a poor computer set up led to neck tension and muscle spasms. Throw in the ultimate no-no...playing games on your cellphone for hours, and you have a recipe for headaches, poor sleep and pain. Made an appointment for an hour massage...ahhhhhh...I feel fantastic! Sarah worked out the knots and sore spots in my neck and shoulders with trigger point techniques and an expert touch. She has helped me with sinus issues, back issues, shoulder and neck issues. You go in thinking you need one thing and she educates you on the source of pain and literally works it out.
