This place is great they relax you and cater to your body and muscles! And released the stress tension in your body!I left feeling great! Than you and I will be back!

Smh no TLC, therapist was a sweet lady but everybody else, not so much... no alternative oils so I left WITHOUT a massage on my birthday👎🏽... not returning & not referring

I somehow got double booked at this location after i already had a massage that week. When i tried to call and tell them i did not book that appointment they still charged me for the session. the management there is horrible! I will not be returning and canceling my membership

I thoroughly enjoy my massages at Massage Envy! I have been going for over 5 years and have found the therapist who has unlocked so much pain physically and emotionally. Because we know the two are interconnected. If you want the same relief try them. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment with Peter. He is the best, hands down.

Hit or miss on massages or facials. I have had some absolutely wonderful massages and the worst massage of my life. (It included a woman playing with her phone, listening to some podcast blaring so loud that I could hear it, and telling me she didn’t believe in covid).I hate to have that overshadow my good massages but it really is.When it comes to facials, I have had pretty good ones. They do try to oversell you on products. I have bought quite a few things and I have to say that the Jan Marini skincare line has been the worst. I broke out in hives on my neck and face. For the money, much better to go to a derm spa for better products. Their exfoliate works decently but that is it. The moisturizer is the worst.

Oh my goodness, I am just one happy girl right now! I just received the most amazing professional massage in my life. Tony, my masseuse, listened intently before and checked with me during my session to make sure pressure was perfect; I was treated in 3 areas that I have never experienced with the other places in town; and he made it the most comfortable, pampered experience tailored just for me. Thanks Tony for all your effort and care. See you again soon!

Waited an hour to only get half of my order

After trying out a few massage therapists at this Clayton location, Bill is the best ever! I highly recommend him for his great service. He continually meets and surpasses all of my expectations.

My boyfriend and I took a mini vacay to STL from Tennessee, and we decided to book a deep tissue massage while here. Cyrethia was my massage therapist, and she did a 100% magnificent job, hands down. She found knots I didnt know existed and was not afraid to apply as much pressure as needed to knead them out. She was laid back, easy to talk to, funny, and knowledgeable. I walked out of there knowing Id be the good kind of sore the next day, and I sure was! And I got a lot done, because I felt like I could move! She also convinced me I need to maintain these muscles with regular massage, because we only get one body. Such a sweet, loving soul. HIGHLY recommend for deep tissue massage.

First off I called to schedule an appointment and said I wanted a deep tissue massage and asked to be put with someone who was great in that area. They scheduled me with a therapist that just returned back to work on Tuesday. Today is Thursday and from a wrist injury. So therefore she said she couldn’t do a firm as she use to when I requested firm. Then she comes back in after I undress and asks if I’m allergic to latex bc she has to wear gloves because her cat scratched her. She was nice but defiantly not the massage i requested. I defiantly will not be returning

The people are very professional and the massages are excellent. Usually during the holidays and Mothers Day they usually have great deals, thats when I normally go. Im never disappointed. The atmosphere is awesome!

Super upset with the quality of the message, I asked for a firm massage and honestly could barley feel any pressure. Halfway though the massage I built up the courage to ask her to use a little more pressure (as she had not asked me how the pressure was feeling at all) and she laughed at me. As a first timer here I will not be returning. Just felt like it was a waste of money.

Been a member here for years, front desk staff is great, always very quick and helpful. Ive been a drop in and by appointment and Ive always had a good experience. Very relaxing atmosphere and a very clean facility.

Ive gone to both Justin and Jeremy for 60-minute massages, and both of them are excellent! Very responsive to firmness requirements and which areas needed the most attention. Will definitely be returning to them.

This location is my favorite in the St. Louis area. I prefer it over the St. Charles and Kirkwood locations. The staff are very polite and speak softly.

I have been a client since they first opened on Forsyth. Mary Kay does an excellent job managing this location and hires competent, friendly staff for the front desk, which is a must. Peter is my massage therapist that I request and he is beyond 5 stars. He tailors the massage to your needs at each visit. I highly recommend a membership and seeing Peter for a professional, relaxing experience.

Friendliest massage envy Ive ever been too. I was frustrated when I moved to the area and couldnt find a decent massage envy, until I tried this location. Ive now seen four different therapists at the Clayton location and each one was fantastic and highly skilled! Book early everyone books up fast here!

I previously came here to see Trevor for quite a while. The small treatment rooms can be a little stuffy, but overall it was always a pleasant experience.

Variety of masseuses from deep tissue to Swedish. Good service. Wish there was parking as the place gets busy over weekends.

This business is disappointing at best. After a few months of weekly massages, disappointing are my kindest words. My massages are wonderful! Cyretha is a dream in working with me to correct some back concerns. However, it seems that the front desk staff could benefit from additional training in answering basic program and policy questions. Overall, they are fine, although inconsistent, in asking if you need water, to use the restroom, how the massage was after a treatment, or if you want to leave a gratuity. If you have any questions or expect someone to perhaps care and kindly provide basic program or policy information, you might be consistently disappointed ... at least that has been my experience. I now understand I am either to find another place to fulfill my needs (although I really like Cyretha) or simply take time during the week to talk with the manager if and / or when I have basic program and policy questions. Again, my experiences are disappointing at best. I provided a 3 out of 5 as a way to show kindness.

Chris gave me the best deep tissue massage Ive had in years. I dont even want to post this review because I dont want him to get so busy that I cant get an appointment.

I got a facial and it was great. The esthetician was very informative on somethings that i could use on my face. I also get massages there and Im always feeling great when i leave.

Peter is the best massage therapies I have gone to he takes his time and really listens and customizes your massage for you.

I love going to the Clayton, MO location, i been to others and i was not treated good at the other ones. The staff is great and prices good.

This place....wow. First I called to make our appointment for 4:30. Then a day or 2 later they called back and asked if er could make it there at 4:00, I said sure, we will do our best, if were a little late is that ok? She said it would be ok, it was not okay, we got there at like 4:20, paid for a swedish massage that I didnt get. The lady concentrated on my shoulder muscle alot, I dont know if she was who triggered my nerve damage the next day or the concert I went to that night. We did not get a full hour because we werent there by 4 and they quit at exactly 5 oclock. Never again

Beware dishonest business practices. Do NOT believe any offer they make concerning a free massage for becoming a member. The owner deliberately deceived me into paying for a second massage.After my first massage, the cashier/owner asked me if I wanted to become a member, stating explicitly that becoming a member would get me a free massage. I told her that I could not afford to be a member, but she insisted that I could get a free massage even if I cancelled the membership before using it. So I agreed and she scheduled my free massage that day.I showed up for the appointment, enjoyed the massage, only to be told afterwards that there were no free massages. Not only did the cashier lie to me, she had also scheduled me for a longer massage that cost more money than the original.This was a horrible experience and I strongly discourage anyone from patronizing this business.
