Declined to give me a COVID vaccine because the man serving the pharmacy said that my insurance wouldn’t cover it. It’s ridiculous that I would have to explain how this is an idiotic reason not to give this government funded vaccine. That man was chewing gum and had a rude tone. Furthermore, if you come with your spouse they make you wait 30 min because they insist that appointments have to be made online and be spaced by 30 min apart. Unprofessional service and incompetent management.

In line and the employees helped the guy behind me first. I politely asked to get a vaccine and the management was strangely rude to me. Also, the pharmacist was chewing gum which is unprofessional.

Went to this location for the first time due to convenience and could not have had better customer service from the two ladies working by the cash registers. not only were they helpful, nice, and attentive, but took extra time to educate me on a few things and also went above and beyond to get me the most % off possible. 10/10 would recommend this location for their staff! :)

This cvs is really huge and has everything you need!

CVS is listed as a some kind of trusted travel partner for Hawaii, yet cant deliver test results within the 36 hour limit that they require for entry. Wasted $140 here to get drive-thru testing and am stuck scrambling for solutions when they cant deliver on a COVID test.

Years before, entire staff was friendly & helpful. Abt 2yrs ago store changed, especially the pharmacy. Kasandra is Rude, hatefully condecending, totally unhelpful: NO Cust Serv skills at all. Hubby & I are done here; there are 2 other CVS stores close by.

After struggling with a lindell location. I called here. This place was so helpful and fixed the issues I was having immediately 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 Thank you

My standards for drugstores are pretty low. Dont be rude to be when Im checking out and make inappropriate remarks about my appearance. This place failed to meet that standard.

Close to the Saint Louis Galleria, about 10 mins walk. It is very big and clean. The only problem is that the cashier charged my friend with something she didn’t buy. My friend found out by reviewing the receipt. Although they refunded her, it was weird.Better double check your receipts when you check out.

Very very friendly NEVER had issues in 4 years shopping in there. most coupon people want there iteams Free and try to abuse the coupon policys and use multi coupons for same iteam and raise the devil and cry if clerk can make it work and hold up line one lady was 22 minutes with manager i stood back and watched kinda sad for the honest customer

They lost my prescription had me calling and driving all over. Kiana and trent were both unfriendly and unhelpful. Clearly morale is way down in there they hate their jobs and make it pretty obvious.

If I could give this review a negative 5 stars, I would. I can’t believe the experience I just had. I’m Cvs coupon every week two to three times a week. Decided to stop here because it was by work. Not only are they not friendly and incompetent of providing customer service but the store manager Ray has no leadership skills when shows why the staff is horrible. My coupon would not come off and all he could was I don’t know why. Like what’s that. In customer service you are supposed to find a solution. Then they was talking about me in a group right next to me like I could not hear and found it funny that he was unable to help me. Clearly he is not right for this job and I can’t wait to talk to the dm

Typical CVS, reasonably efficient customer service, easy to find items you need, good place to make a quick stop. Slightly more pricy than Walgreens, though.

Pharmacy attendant prioritized those with products in their hands before those who needed prescriptions filled. Would not answer phone either.

Easy to get in and out.

Well-organized and they always seem to keep things stocked. Short walking distance from nearby hotels and Galleria Shopping Mall.
