Easily the best dental office I have been to! I have had both Dr. Wolff and Dr. Ballard work on my teeth, and each have done an exceptional job. The office is clean and the rest of the staff was also friendly and helpful, which made my visit a breeze!

I was in the market for a new dentist and Dr. June Wolff was listed as a dentist within my insurance network. I was needing an emergency visit, and after reading reviews online I decided to give her a try and boy am I glad I did! I made an appointment for a set day and time and when the office staff noticed that Dr. Wolff had a cancellation for a later time on the same day, she contacted me and asked if I could come at that time just in case some work needed to be done that day, it would be possible. Upon arrival I noticed the office was clean, the receptionist greeted me with a smile, and the dental assistant (Tristen) came out to get me within only a few minutes. Both Dr. Wolff and Tristen were very nice, friendly, patient, showed interest in my concerns, and were very knowledgeable about the services being provided. I had a filling replaced and Dr. Wolff was very gentle in her approach and did an AMAZING job!! I highly recommend Clayton Dental!!

I highly recommend Clayton Dental! Dr. Ballard and Linda did an amazing job restoring my smile with a 6 tooth bridge plus more. I get daily compliments on my smile! They are truly a blessing. Also they are very professional, clean and friendly.

It was a horrible experience to deal with the dentist June Wolff. I asked what would it cost to get an x-ray and have a dental cleaning at exam and I was told it would cost $280 and that it would take an hour. And after exactly 1 hour I went to pay and they said you owe us $480 and I said what’s going on? And I said I was told that the cost was $280 (which happens to be double what many dentist charge) and now you are demanding $200 more than what I was told it would cost!!! I told her I would let others know how I felt I was dealt with unfairly and how dissatisfied I was. She threatened to sue me for liable if I wasn’t careful. I told her I wasn’t afraid of her. And to believe me. DON’T WAIST YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE. WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Really like Dr. Kofkoff. Very friendly and considerate of patient comfort. Clinic staff very professional. Has parking. Waiting room is comfortable. Like all dental clinics, have to schedule weeks ahead of time.

I have been a patient at Clayton Dental for about 2 years now. I dont write reviews on someone unless I feel I can give an honest opinion, be it good or bad. So, after 2 years of experience with this dental office, I feel I can offer an honest opinion. My experience begins with a very pleasurable staff. They are very nice and make me feel very comfortable. I have had an opportunity to deal with all three doctors in this office. Dr. Wolff, Dr. Ballard and Dr. Yankee have all showed me that they care about me as a patient. The best part of my experience is the comfort. I was always nervous walking in to a dentist office until I discovered Clayton Dental. Comfort and a caring attitude should be number 1 on every dental office list, and the staff at Clayton Dental have found a way to make this happen. I drive about an hour and pass probably a hundred other dental offices to get to Clayton Dental, but when I get there and see the smile on the faces of their staff, it lets me know that the drive was worth it. If you are looking for a dental office that makes you comfortable and truly cares about you, give Clayton Dental a try, you will be glad you did.

Originally I had a great experience here but lately I have had the worse service. On a rainy day I got stuck in traffic and called and asked if I needed to reschedule since I would be about 10 minutes late, the lady said “yes” and offered appointments 3 months out. I scheduled an appointment and had laryngitis (which I’ve never had in my life) and needed to reschedule, again this time appointments were ANOTHER 3 months out. What’s the point? I said my schedule had changed and I had different availability and the lady offered no other options except for a similar appointment 3 MONTHS out. The lady was rude and rushing me off the phone when I questioned the availability and I told her that I will need to find a new dentist if they cannot work with my schedule. Quickly, she responded with “well do you want me to take you out of the system?”I told her “no, I want an appointment this century” eventually the call ended with no resolve other than “see you in 3 months or go on a waiting list” that we will call you basically day of to come in.So today, a bill came in for me but was sent to the wrong person (to a different household member - I am the account holder for insurance) and it was a cancellation fee. Not only will I not pay this bill but I will gladly go to rounds about it. This is unacceptable service and I will NEVER recommend this office to anyone ever again. Stay away unless you would like a bi-annual cleaning. I seriously cannot believe a 6 month routine was going to be pushed to the year mark. Unbelievable. And they want ME to pay for it. Get a grip.

I havent been to the dentist in a while...they definitely made me feel comfortable. There was no wait which was exceptional and the ladies were all really nice...cleaned my teeth pretty good too and gave good pointers on what i should be doing differently...definitely reccomend to others...

Rude staff. Put me on hold for good ten min and waited till office is closed so I can just hang up and not be able to call back since office is closed. Very lazy unprofessional staff. Don’t waste your time and money!

Strong dental team but terrible customer service from the staff. I left over the quality of the staff and management.

Simply outstanding dental care and office staff are the best ever.
