Do not take your children to these people. They acted like they wanted to help us and then took over her medicine and then droppef us 2 months later because they said they gave us referrals but we couldnt get into anyone. Then they decide to stop filling her medicine before we could find a place for her. Least helpful place i have ever been to would leave zero stars if i could.

I read the reviews and should have went somewhere else. I confirmed my daughter appt and we like her therapist, but she started running a fever and coming down with a terrible cold the night before her appointment. She is getting a covid test tomorrow morning. She missed her appointment today and before I even had a chance to call them after work I got an emailed bill for over 100 dollars for not cancelling the appt. I’ll pay the bill but I called and cancelled all future appointments. Things come up and I’m sure they didn’t want her there. If you do decide to take your child to this place DO NOT MISS YOUR APPOINTMENT. Take them with stomach bug, flu virus whatever, put a mask on them and go or else you’ll be out 100 bucks grocery money like us. Trust me it’s all about money with these therapists.

3 months in a row now they have said I owe $100. I said this time let me check my bank account,cause Im pretty sure you guys said that last mnth. I went to check my account and they had charged it that moment without me present or my permission. When I called to discuss the issue the manager explanation was well you said you werent going to pay it so we charged you as I see some of the other reviews this is normal operation for the unprofessional, uneducated theives!!

Horrible place!! Unprofessional and unethical staff. Charges added on for non-existent appointments, double booking appointments and then refusing to see us and charging us anyway, medications not refilled (for my child.. said they forgot!) Nurse Practitioner is the one prescribing medications.. we never got to see the doctor.

I was a client for a long time and there were 2 different occasions where they would not refill my much needed prescriptions saying I had 50 dollar balance when I did not so I simply Stopped going. The gal on phone said youve played that song and dance before. Now, is that any way to talk to a bipolar with anger and anxiety issues? The nurse was great but she couldnt do anything it wad the office staff..

Ive been going here a few months for therapy and prescriptions. I truly dont know why they have bad reviews. Ive had nothing but pleasant experiences from all the staff.

New patient out of 3 scripts would only refill 2.Told me to get blood work. I was shocked it cost $1,740.00No one would return my call & they said Dr Loper doesn’t call patients. So who has the right to do this to a new patience.i waited 30 days Dr. had no test results 10 minutes later said call if there were any problems no word. So I get stuck with this bill& a new patient treated terrible with nothing wrong to begin with.

My son was supposed to have his first appointment there this morning. After driving 30 minutes, we discovered the office was closed. When I called the number, the automated message said it’s the patients responsibility to make sure they are open when there is “inclement weather.” I didn’t realize that inclement weather meant ridiculously cold to them. The roads everywhere were fine today and it should NEVER be the patients responsibility to verify that a doctors office is open. I wasted time off work and gas. Absolutely ridiculous

Im a patient at gcbhc in Muskogee and I see a PA from this place in Claremore. She is excellent and best mental health Dr Ive had in over 30 yrs

Definitely not returning. glad they let us go. doctors are insensitive, interrupt you, have no compassion. you miss one appt you are let go. claremore location is not surprising of how uneducated it is. broken arrow is way better.
