These people are there bc they want to help you. None of them had to be kind to me today, but they could sense that I needed a kind spirit and so many of them were there for me! With the help of GLMHC staff and God, I have been able to stay out of mental hospitals and that means so much to me! I send blessings and gratitude to all of you! From the bottom of my heart, I thank you for helping me and telling me to not give up. You all are my hope and strength.

I absolutely love GLMHC! They have always been there for my childrens and I! Every need we have ever had they have helped . Or every question I have they answer and if they dont know right then they ask till they find the answer . If it wasnt for them I wouldnt be who I am today and let me tell u I can came so far living the best life and coping and dealing with ANYTHING life throws my way with the help of GLMHC!

This place is AMAZING! I went in with an emergency type situation not knowing what I needed or what was happening but they quickly processed me and got me treatment as soon as they could and help me out in almost every way possible. The staff are very friendly and respectful. Its also hard to find facilities and professionals that know how to work with certain mental health issues such as schizophrenia but I was lucky enough to find someone so good here. They also listen to you and work with you to help find the best treatment plan resources and medication.

If you have an appointment they get you in pretty quickly if u call on the way there they will be waiting for you in front

So Im assuming this is the same place that they take you when they need you to stay for a week so they can monitor you and determine if youre a risk to yourself before you go to Wagner for 2 weeks.I was here in 2005 twice and the staff is incredibly cold and and it is disturbingly obvious how much they do not care for the people that are there for help.When I showed up, I was not in any kind of bad way I was ready to go to sleep and they said take these medicines theyre going to help you sleep and I said I dont need that I dont need help to sleep. They threatened to forcibly shoot me up with some kind of drug and I said no Im not going to take that Im fine I just want to go to sleep. They were not going to let me be there without being under some kind of medicine to make me docile so I took the medicine I cheeked it and then I spit it out. There were mice running around on the floor they served us thick rotten bologna that had spots of green mold on it. we tried to alert the staff several times but they did not care they told us we were not getting anything else.This is a horrible place to be if you dont need to be there

I think its ridiculous that Grand Lake refuses to see a Sooner Care recipient simply because the said person doesnt feel comfortable with a stranger or multiple strangers knowing about there past , traumatic occurrences , right off hand. I am so happy that you have never had to deal with flashbacks or memories from abuse & that your comfortable with treating your clients like trash over the phone. Not everyone feels comfortable speaking to somebody about things so personal , especially when they dont know them. I will be reporting Shelly from Claremore to the state board and making a complaint on Grand Lake as a whole. You will no longer receive my time or funds. have a blessed day.

Head up to everyone If your not depressed and or suisidle enough THEY WONT TAKE YOU! you have to score a 10 on thair depression sheet but of you make a 9 your told that and I quote word for word Im sorry you dont seem depressed enough to receive help here CLAREMORE OK 74017 GRANDLAKE MENTAL HEALTH FACILITY!

Ill start off by saying i love this place! They are so good to us! They have so much positivity there. My son loves our therapist. They have programs for after school where they take the kids out and do activities. Im so happy here so far! Thank you guys for doing awesome.

They really care about your mental health. Everyone has went above and beyond to make sure all needs are meet and all questions answered. A great big thumbs up to a very professional staff.

Happy with everything and staff goes out of there way to help you ...but I dont like the red tape paper work you have to go through to get your medicine.

Great staff and my counselor is amazing, the nurses and doctors actually listen to you when figuring out the best medical treatment. Never had a doctor actually listen to my concerns and experiences, in regards to meds, until I came here

Terrible!!! A-10⭐ rating!!! None-caring Incompetent staff that care more about the money they can suck out of you. They charge you for everything and charge 3× the price for your meds even though you have insurance. BLOOD SUCKERS!!!!
