I am a extremely hard stick and the lab personnel here are beyond wonderful. They are sweet, kind and patient. They are excellent at their job. A huge shout-out to Dana, the lady who was able to obtain my lab draw (out of my foot no less) and the lady who assisted her; Janene. Thank you both and everyone in the office.

The girl who did my lab work got the stick on the first try. She was quick and it was almost painless. They need a better check in process. My insurance information was read to me in such a way everyone waiting could hear. So much for HIPPA. Other than everyone waiting being able to hear all your business, its a good place to go for lab work. All the phlebotomists Ive had have had great skills and are very professional and personable.3 stars because of privacy issues

They always do a great job on taking blood samples. But their follow-through is terrible. I had to sign a release and request my results to be sent to one of my doctors three times and follow up with phone calls before it was actually sent.

While I hated having to be here, we had a good experience. The nurses drawing my sons blood were super friendly, gentle, and caring. Maybe it was an off day, but the lady working the front desk on our first visit was really cranky.

Awesome facility to have lab work done. Everyone is so friendly and skilled at what they do.
