Its tiring every single time you to drive thru pick up for a prescription you have to wait 30 minutes while stuck in one line where the second line is moving people way faster. They need better staff. Today I was in line 45 minutes and They didnt even talk to me right away because seeing that I was there they decide to clean instead of help me.

They have been amazing to work with. They helped me fight my insurance company and have always been above friendly. I don’t understand the low score here.

The front end cashier was very unpleasant to deal with this morning. Will gladly take my business across the street where they appreciate their customers.

My husband and I mainly use Walgreens for prescriptions. The staff has always been helpful in all the years we have been there. There facility is always clean and well stocked.

There are a lot better places to get &/or refill your medication(s). I had to fill a partial & 1 of the countless times they didnt have the meds to fill my rx they entered in the computer I picked up 5 days & then filled 2 weeks which NOPE . My Dr. Doesnt write rx that way & after another pharmacy asked them to fix their error, they still didnt care too.

I would have given five stars but one of the regular cashiers obviously doesnt like her job or people.

These guys are a FedEx pkg drop off point. I could have delivered it faster myself. No one seem to know anything about being able to drop a package off there. When they finally figured it out, the girl was not friendly at all. She acted like I was quite the inconvenience at interrupting whatever she was doing behind the door. It took me 30 minutes to drop a package off. Unacceptable.

Really disappointed that this Walgreens’ pharmacy isn’t open later, and for being a 24 hours store, you’d think it would be. I really needed Sudafed, which you can only get over the counter, and there wasn’t a single person there to help me because they close at 10pm. Had to take my business across the street to CVS, where their pharmacy was definitely still open (and the pharmacist was very nice). I’ve always been a Walgreens person before moving to Claremore, but I think I’ll start being a CVS person.

Terrible. I would have gave them 1 star but a lady stocking the aisles helped me find something I needed. The lady at the register shouldnt be interacting with people at all. She was complaining about her job to the lady in front of me about how she would do stuff if she were the boss. Yeah, in her dreams. When it was my turn I needed a torch lighter that was behind the counter so I asked if she could get me the lighter. She gave me this disgust and disappointing look that she now has to move her lazy butt off the chair to grab what I needed, she motioned like she was going to do something then rudely said get it. I was caught a little off guard so I questioned her then she said it again with a more aggressive tone. So I had to walk behind the counter about 2 feet away from her and grab it. Got back to the front of the counter and she asked if I had a rewards card which I didnt. Took her sweet time and then asked if my mom had one acting like I wasnt old enough to go shopping on my own. My mom died so that hit me wrong also. She was just terrible and probably should be working the night shift at Wal Mart stocking things and not actually interacting with anyone. One thing she did do right though was remind me to take the survey on the receipt lol. No wonder this place has a less than average rating. The people they hire should be better.

They carry great perfumes

My last two photo orders have been messed up. The first time there was a big white streak on the side of all my pictures. I was told it was my fault because they were digital photos. This had never happened before, and when I reprinted they were fine. The second time I ordered Christmas cards. They are so curled up in a C shape that they cant even go in the envelope. When I pointed this out I was simply told it was my fault because I ordered photo cards rather than on cardstock. I have always ordered Christmas cards from them and while they have always had a slight curl, it was never like this. Both times Walgreens took no responsibility for their own mistake. No one apologized. Today I was expected to pay for these cards that I am too embarrassed to mail out. I will be taking my business elsewhere - luckily a CVS has opened across the street! Walgreens has now lost me as a patron.

Tonight was the second time I’ve ordered photos from them. Both times the photos were messed up, they were blurry and yellow toned. Since these were taken by professionals, the quality should not have been so poor! So disappointed.

Worst customer service! Won’t go back to this store for anything!

I went to the drive-thru to pick up 3 prescriptions and at the Claremore Walgreens. The pharmacy tech, Michelle said she was too busy to provide an item over the counter that the sign said was available through the drive-thru. I wanted Omeprazole and she didnt even know what it was. l her it was available through the drive-through and she said she was just way too busy to get it. There were no other vehicles in the Drive-Thru. I dont know what what it was like inside the store but I assume the customers inside the store were able to purchase the items that they wanted without being told the staff were too busy. I am disappointed in the customer service I received.

One of the worse experiences Ive had at a retail store. Management is disorganized and doesnt pay attention to customer needs and can often be heard chatting about customers in a disparaging tone.Employees stand in the photo department and other portions of the store for long periods of time talking about other employees they deem disinteresting in some way and seem to be overall incompetent in their jobs.I once heard aJen literally yelling at an employee for asking too many questions. This is wholly unprofessional on a salesfloor or any portion of a store.Ive seen this same employee in the past speaking to a larger wirey haired blonde woman for long periods of time while employees are calling for back up at the front register. I was in line once for ten minutes while the employee called for backup at least three times. When the blonde woman walked up she said, What do you need? (The line was four carts deep so this seemed like either an unintelligent question or a very flat odd response.)Along with all of that, pharmacy techs can be seen on their phones in the corner of the pharmacy eating fast food while customers are waiting to be helped. Sometimes one employee will be helping three people while another tech stands to the side.All in all, Im unimpressed with this Walgreens and the experience I had with the employees I was in contact with in the times I had to make a trip there.

I cant give it a 1 star because its not always horrible but the only reason I would ever use them is if Bennetts pharmacy is out of something or closed. Benefits are the pharmacy is it that its open 24hours and convenient if your out of milk and hate Wal-Mart open every day of the year. The woman with red hair that works nights is a very hateful and rude person. Hope Wal Green

Just wanted to leave a suggestion my husband works late at night, he doesnt get off work until 230 in the morning, we live far off and between his job in claremore and our house theres no one out there that will even cash checks anymore at that hour because Wal-Mart has stopped! As many people that live in the Claremore Verdigris area that work or have jobs you would think that someone out there would cash a payroll check at that hour! Its just a suggestion and would generate money for the store but if every one of your chain stores would charge $5 per person per check to cash at Your store just an idea for corporate to think over if 100 people cash their checks at $5 thats $500 extra for the store! If you cash at $10 thats $1000 extra money generated daily at a extra $3500 to $7000 a week per capita!

My wife took my meds to this Pharmacy after I recently had my leg amputated. the pharmacist on duty said they couldnt fill my perceptions because they didnt have enough history on me which was a little off cocidering I had been going to them for years for my shoulder surgeries. I have a phone number, an drivers licence, and in town address.

Brought a prescription in last Wednesday ... they had problems with BlueCross BlueShield authorization. Said they would get back with me. Its now the following Monday, still havent heard from them. Glad the medication is not urgent :(Their phone is always busy.First time I used them the prescription wasnt ready when promised, drove around until the said to come back (about 45 minutes) Prescription still wasnt ready.
