Wife had surgery yesterday and so we headed to CVS to pick up some pain medication for her. Now note we pulled up sat in line at the drive through for 20 to 30 minutes all the while a person in front of us was at the window for at least 15 minutes. The prescription was called in from Claremore Regional an hour before. We waited and pulled up to the window and the person says You order is not ready come back in 20 minutes. We did and it was ready...basically my issue was with the amount of time it took to complete this order not the service.

Rude employees followed us around the store after the first thing I even did in the store was purchase an item. Not even in there for 10 minutes and they go over the intercom blatantly telling security to love to the aisle we were in and then stayed no more than 2 aisles away the entire rest of the time we were in there. Went back in to ask why or what could have made them think we were stealing, and the only response I was given was that it was a coincidence that they just happened to be in the same place, same employee, same customers in 3 different parts of the store.

Terribly unprofessional. I came in a day AFTER my prescription transfer was scheduled to arrive and they couldnt tell me where my medication was or even it would arrive. Im traveling from out of state and had a limited time to pick up the script - as far as the primary function of a pharmacy is concerned, they completely dropped the ball.The most specific answer I got was, I dont know, maybe its on the truck. I havent checked yet... Classy.

Twice now this site has messed up on my medication refills and they didn’t notify me at all. First time they submitted the wrong drug number, second time they told me my claim was denied because my manufacturer coupon can only be used once every 30 days. They hadn’t even sent it through my insurance, yet told me it was denied because the refill was too early. Disappointed that they have such little regard for patient well being. Would have loved to at least be notified when there is a problem with my prescription. Hello again Walgreens!

It’s 14 degrees out I live in a camper I needed propane to run my heater called and talk to employee on phone said he would sell me propane got to the store at 11pm and he wouldn’t sell me any prolly because he didn’t want to walk outside in the cold so now I’m going to freeze tonight because I don’t have any propane to heat my camper. They are the only store around that has any propane left.

I called asked if they participated in GoodRX Gold (a paid membership) and they said yes. I literally asked if I show you the price on my phone, you will honor it? And she said yes!! Moved all scripts over from current pharmacy to CVS went to pick them up and suddenly, even showing the pictures $19 script they said they would honor turned into $113+. Do what you say and be honest if you want to keep customers.

I drove 2 hours for a COVID test because this was the closest one to me. I made an appointment online. I got there 10 mins early waited in line for an hour and then once I got up to the window they told me that the provider decided to leave early. So I drove two hours WITH AN APPOINTMENT for them to tell me they left early..

This pharmacy has got my prescription wrong, been rude, and made my anxiety go through the roof. I do not reccomend this pharmacy. They transferred my prescription to another cvs because they gave me the wrong brand of pills. Now they say I need permission from my doctor to transfer my prescription back to them. They didnt bother to tell me this until it was time to refill my pills. I have to use cvs caremark because att took over and that is the only choice they gave us. Please steer clear of this Cvs in Claremore,Oklahoma!!

I hate places that only give you sale prices when you apply for membership or credit cards. I’d shop here more if sale prices were for everyone.

They can’t get anything right in the pharmacy. Time after time I have issues. They have shorted me pills when it’s a prescription of only 9 pills they’ll give me 6. It clearly states to take one as needed. But was even told I couldn’t get a refill because I had already got a months supply. I stated I can get it whenever I need. And 9 pills Is not a month supply. He says you’re suppose to cut it in half. I said it clearly states to take one 10 mg pill as needed. You can’t cut it in half. It’s a 10 mg pill! And once pill is opened you have to use it. It’s a migraine pill not a narcotic. He then apologizes and says we will get it filled. Then go and try to pick up drops. I receive a three months supply for $15. They charge me $15 give me the prescription and I said there’s only one bottle in here. Don’t I get three months? Yes that is three months. No it’s not, this is one month supply. They ask for the bag back. I give it back and they say you only have enough refills left for one month. Then why charge me for three months? Sadly these are only a few of the things I’ve dealt with since using CVS pharmacy. Unfortunately our prescription insurance is with Caremark/cvs and they only want us to use them.

I typically have nothing but good things to say about CVS.. Ive never had a problem there... Until the overly hateful and extremely rude woman at the pharmacy drive through, today. My daughters medicine was a necessity to pick up, today. I would have had her prescription sent to another place, had I known I was going to be talked down to with a hateful tone. I sincerely hope her attitude is fixed before the next time I have to get my childrens medicine. She simply has horrible customer service.

We have used this CVS in the past with great experience. However, today we were told it would be a 45 minute wait. So I went to a drive thru and got my husband some dinner..went back and the girl at the drive thru was rude and said it would be another 45 minute wait..he just had a heart Cath at St Francis and had been in the hospital for 2 days..and to wait an hour and a half was a bit much when he already had rode that far with farther to go. I was simply going to ask for the prescriptions back so I could take them to our pharmacy in Vinita in the morning so my husband didnt have to sit longer in pain..but the young brown hair girl at the drive thru window was rude and wouldnt let me speak. She waived out the window and told me to pull back around and they would just fill them and slammed the window being hateful. There was noone behind us but I pulled around..so at my 3rd attempt with this young lady, she was rude again. I proceeded to tell her that my husband had just been released from the hospital and we had a drive home so I was simply going to pick them prescribe back up and she had no reason to be so rude..she told me she was just tired..as if this justified. We were in for surgery #19 and had just had a heart cath, we hadnt slept in 2 days.. I told her thatwe understood tired because we hadnt slept in 2 days and that my husband just was released from the hospital and I was trying to get him home and there was absolutely no need for her to treat people this way. Someone seriously needs to address her behavior before it affects business. We switched to CVS because Walgreens took so long..but with this type of service, we wont be back to CVS in Claremore.

My 1st visit was fairly fast but 2nd visit we were told to come back in 20 mins just to arrive and the pharmasist said he was the only one on duty and it would be another 10 to 15 mins...wouldnt be that big a deal except its 920 PM and we are tired ! I wish they wouldnt tell us to come back just so we can wait even longer !

Horrible customer service!! They don’t care if you need help! They won’t take the time to look up you information to help find a reason or a solution to your problem. They talk to you like your ignorant and like you don’t know anything about the prescriptions you’ve been taking for almost a year. Their rude and could careless about you!
