Despite the pressures and extra demands of the past 18+ months, the staff here are always polite and professional. These attributes are in fact becoming less and less part of the norm. For me and my family, a visit to the pharmacy has been one LESS thing to worry about.

They called my doctor for a refill on a Thursday, said they didn’t have it on Friday. I called my doctor and they told me it was filled on Friday by Joanna. I called them back, 3 days later and they said it would be ready in an hour. Very disappointed.
I had them have the automatic refill which worked for about 3 months. Then the refill ran out and no mention of it was made to me. It has been over a week to get my cholesterol medication refilled. My sister and parents died of strokes. No one seems to care at this pharmacy about me not getting my medication
The text messaging for refills and readiness doesnt work. And the main pharmacist is so rude! Went to pick up my prescription and he just stands there, six feet away. When I say my name he shouts I cant hear you! Then come up to the window when you talk to customers! I lost my voice and dont want to yell across a noisy grocery store. Incredibly rude. Wont be back.
